This takeaway spot is awesome – the food is tasty, portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it. At lunchtime, there might be long queues, but don't worry, they move really fast, so don't let that discourage you from giving it a try. The quick service makes it worth the wait!

After you place your order, they give you a flashing device that signals when your food is ready. There's seating, but you might need to share with others, so be prepared for a communal dining experience.

This was our second visit to this takeaway with my family. We were there last year and found the pizzas to be okay but lacking toppings, and the staff seemed a bit distant. Despite the previous experience, I decided to give it another try, hoping for improvement. To our pleasant surprise, this time around, we received a warm acknowledgment within a reasonable time. Although there was a bit of a wait for our order, the staff informed us promptly, and the service was more efficient overall. The pizza, once again, had a nice base, and this time, there was a noticeable improvement in the amount of cheese and toppings. The customer service seemed better, with staff showing more courtesy and responsiveness, even during busy times. It's great to see positive changes, and I'm considering giving them another chance. There's potential for improvement, and I appreciate the efforts made during our recent visit.

Not impressed. Phoned 4 times over the span of 2 hours to no answer. Messaged their Facebook which said to place an order through the phone number. Got there to find the place rather empty. Placed an order and received finally. The food is trying to go too fancy for what it is. The flavours clash and are relying on salt to keep them afloat. It just doesn’t work. Cheese on the pizza isn’t fully melted. Saving Grace are the chips. Can’t really go wrong with them and thankfully they don’t. Just order a bucket load of chips and avoid everything else. Attempted fancy food with prices too high for what you get out of the flavour.

Banked on getting a takeaway delivered from this place as menu looked great. Phone went unanswered…do not advertise as a delivery operation if you cannot back it up. Really disappointing.

got a couple of takeaway pizzas from here with a few sides, placed my order and waited inside for only 10/15 minutes and was ready to take back to our lodge. Everything was fantastic, staff friendly and pizza was so fresh! Cheers guys!

Waited 3 hours for a pizza delivery from Pappa John's Maida Vale London, eventually rang them and cancelled the order 3HOURS TO TRAVEL A DISTANCE OF AN 8 MINUTE JOURNEY, AVOID OR WALK THERE, IT'LL BE QUICKER!!

Great pizza but very popular, needed to walk in as phone wasn't answered

On our first day in this lovely village and 8 hour drive we decided to get a takeaway. We order a 4 cheese pizza, meat feast pizza, Parma ham and mushroom pizza, kids burger and chips and sticky ribs. All pizza were over done, yes they use a proper stone pizza oven, however the quality and care was absent. The bottom of the pizzas were totally burnt And hardly any topping what so ever. My boys chips were dry, like they were cooked at lunch and just warmed up in the oven. The ribs were sticky ribs and you only get three small pieces. The whole takeaway cost 40 pounds. I would not recommend, we were really disappointed

Worst pizza ever was minging!! Wouldn't even give it 1☆ had no cheese on it was basically a pizza with tomato on it it was a rip off & disgusting!!!

Have eaten at the Three Lemons before but wasn't sure what to expect, was not disappointed! Pre-ordered for collection, was bang on time, great service from the young lad on the counter, we ordered fish & chips and pizza, both amazing quality, the fish was the star of the show for me personally, crispy batter, excellent fish, perfectly cooked! Value for money was good too! Will be back next time we're in the neighbourhood!

Contacted in advance and confirmed open Wednesday to Sunday. Picked up a takeaway menu from 3 Lemons next door earlier in the day and phoned order for collection. Food was ready within 15 minutes of order and have to say pizza was best I've had in a long time. Also ordered a kids burger and fries which was huge and delicious.

This place only opens on certain evenings fo ra short length of time so please check before you decide. The menu has a lot to offer and we ordered two pizzas over the phone to collect. We were told how long to wait before coming to collect but unfortunately we had to wait quite a while longer. Pizzas were delicious

This was the second time myself and my family have visited this takeaway. We were there last year and found the pizzas to be disappointing. Nice base no toppings and staff unfriendly. Thought I would give it a try again, perhaps the staff were having an off day, however we found this not to be the case. We were literally stood there ten minutes before being acknowledged and after giving my order and paying I was told it would be a 20 minute wait more like 30. Perhaps should have been told this beforehand. Pizza itself - again the base was nice but not enough cheese or toppings. Customer service was poor- Staff need to sort their manners out. Doesn’t cost anything for a polite smile or ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ when they are busy. Such a shame really but won’t be back a third time....

Popped in to the restaurant at lunchtime today for a takeaway menu for later that evening - website and opening times on the shop window all tell me the takeaway should be open. However, after a trip from 10 miles away for a takeaway I was confronted with the CLOSED sign. I am sure that the restaurant and the takeaways are good (when open!) but not dependable if you are in the area on holiday and looking for a convenient meal. On the plus side the Co-op is over the road...

Myself and partner are staying in Aberfeldy for a few nights get away and decided to get a takeaway. Had a look on Trip adviser and came across the Good Food Takeaway with good reviews so decided to give it a try and very glad we did.We ordered a wood fired pizza, rack of ribs (which just fell off the bone), portion of skinny fries and hummus with bread all for £20.No complaints whatsoever. We actually struggled to eat it all in one sitting so had to return to some of it a few hours later. We are still staying in Aberfeldy for another night and have decided to go back tonight but to the restaurant part of it, ‘Three Lemons’ so we can sit in for our food this time.Great place and plenty on the take away menu to choose from.

Really great takeaway pizzas from here. Probably on a par with what we've had in Italy and very reasonable prices for takeaway - recommended!

I'm absoulty shocked that this kebab cost me £6!! I've always had Good service and food from here but lately it's been get crap to be honest they are late with thwfx order even when they add time to there delivery and the food has been either cold or wrong recently bit being a loyal customer I have stuck with them but after tonight delivery that is it from Me!!

Average food, miserable service. Mardy guy took our order. He didn't pass the time of day, no pleasantries to the point I couldn't tell if he was from Oz or NZ....but that's your man. We picked up our food and once back at the car discovered a missing side dish. Quick dash back and was questioned on whether we'd looked for it properly. Yes, we had. The young chap shouts to a colleague 'we need a side of tapenade'. Colleague finds said tapenade on the counter and hands it to me. Not a word was uttered other than 'here it is'. As I left I offered a few words of encouragement. Won't be returning. Oh, and the pepperoni pizza had 3 slices per 1/4. Rationing still in force here?Restaurant next door was a joy for a quick glass of vino whilst waiting for the food.

Pedimos una pizza de cerdo y barbacoa sacó un pan de ajo, vimos las hizo y se coloca en el horno de leña delante de nosotros. 10 minutos más tarde vinieron, perfectamente nítida! Tanto estaba buenísimo - único punto sería un poco de salsa de la pizza. . .

Fue en una fiesta de cerca y entramos a conseguir un bocado para comer. En orden y me dijeron que no iba a ser de 10 minutos, lo cual fue genial. Fuimos y luego volvimos los diez minutos más tarde, donde nos sentamos por unos minutos antes de que nos dijeron que sería otro cinco minutos. Creo que habíamos olvidado para ser honesto después de que nos fuimos. En general, el '10 minutos' se convirtió en una cerca de 25 minutos de espera para una pizza margarita.

Return visit after two years. Not lost any of it's quality. Great food,great value. Take note,you can't go wrong here. Going back for pizza in a few days.

We visited the Good Food Takeaway a few years ago and often talk about how brilliant the food was and how nice the owner was it was that nice we visited three times in a week. so when we found ourselves visiting Aberfeldy again we were really looking forward to trying it again.

Love to come here for my usual burger. Despite the fact that half the town were ordering at the same time- my food came out very quickly and was very well cooked and tasty. By far the best burger in the area and I noticed that there are new things on the menu which I aim to try for the next time.Very professional and friendly staff delivering excellent food on time despite being mobbed.See you again soon!

Popped in for a pizza and curly fries. Veggie pizzas were a little limited but they sorted me out by rustling me up a veg pizza with mozzarella rather than the goats cheese on the menu. Ten minutes later: voila! Pretty tasty and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this takeaway if you are in Aberfeldy. Felt like restaurant standard rather than usual takeaway. Lovely place and friendly server. Parking available in the supermarket next door

We went to the restaurant The Three Lemons which is ran from the same exquisite kitchen as this takeaway - which was the reason behind us trying the Good Food Takeaway. Pizzas range from £6-£10 which is good value considering their quality, size and taste! We were both stuffed and satisfied after devouring a pizza each. Only complaint..it was a 30 minute wait (perhaps my fault for not calling ahead), however this was due to no menu being accessible online. I would really encourage the owners to get a menu on their website/Facebook/Twitter as I tried them all with no luck. Overall, lovely pizza and we would return.

Thank you for our amazing pizzas yesterday. Despite us rocking up at 5 past 9 you still let us in and made 8 delicious pizzas. Best I've had for several years, really similar to the bases/tastes in Italy. Love the oven and the staff were great too! Looking forward to coming back.

This place is part of the nice cafe next door. Good burger, moderately priced, friendly staff (a couple of Aussies to lighten the mood). We were staying at the Moness Resort where the choice is a) to eat at the cafeteria by the pool - similarly priced but not as good or b) the main restaurant, much more expensive - not sure about quality but I'd guess very good judging by breakfast.Take a bottle of wine to your room and get a Good Food Takeaway is a good option for one night anyway.

After a great experience last year for which we left a good review we wanted to repeat the experience on our annual visit to Aberfeldy.However despite the sign on the door saying that they were open for another 45 minutes we went in to be told they were now shut.Maybe we will try again next year.

Read the reviews on here so had to try it, wasnt disappointed at all. I got a bacon cheeseburger which was massive and cooked to perfection on a charcoal grill. Prices were very reasonable and service was really fast and friendly. Only downside was my mouth was not big enough to fit the burger in! If you are ever in Aberfeldy or anywhere near you have to go here.

We read reviews on Tripadvisor so decided to try the GFT on a visit to Moness Resort with 6 adults and 4 kids. Ordered our food which was ready for collection in 45 minutes (which i thought was reasonable as it was Saturday night).It was worth the wait, everything was absolutely delicious.Huge burgers, nice fries and divino is fresh pizzas.It was so good we went to their new restaurant the following afternoon.Definitely recommend it for a night in!

Visited GFT on the recommendation of the family on the first night of our holiday (then several times more during our holiday). It is a ‘gem’ with great service, excellent value and more importantly quality food. All the best with your expansion plans, if the quality of the take away service is a marker for your future restaurant then you can't fail to succeed.

Had a wee look before we left for our wee day trip and thought we might pop in to try a pizza. Couldnt resist the burger in the end as we could see one being made as we walked in the door. Our wee one had a great time watching his pizza being made and was delighted to see a pizza being tossed on request. The burger was delicious with the super fresh ingredients and short work was made of the pizza. Even the portion of chip we all shared were fresh and really lovely. We will be back next time we go to Aberfeldy. A wee breath of fresh air to find scrumptious fresh food as a wee treat for us all at a really reasonable price.

The young man who runs the establishment cooks the pizzas in his woodfired oven whist you watch.You are able to choose any size of pizza and choose any toppings you like from his extensive menu.He uses only fresh ingredients and he makes all his own sauces. He is knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. The pizzas are very reasonably priced.I would really recommend this establishment.

Paid a visit to GFT on the first night of our visit to Aberfeldy and was blowin away by the food and the service. Honestly one of the best burger and fries in Scotland! The pizzas too were amazing. So good in fact that we came again on our second night. The place is being turned from a takeaway (well I say takeaway but Jake moved heaven and earth and a table and a few chairs to let us sit in and eat.....and drink!!) to a restaurant/takeaway over the next few months and I will definately be back to see what Jake and Susan do. Keep up the great work guys...your doing something right!

This is just a takeaway at the moment, and is shortly to be extended to include a restaurant I believe, in which case it will be very successful. The premises is most unattractive, and the couple of tables inside does not invite you to "eat in". However if you want a takeaway this is the place. We went twice. The first time for pizzas, we ordered 3 for 5 adults and 2 young children. They are made from scratch upon order, telephone orders are welcomed, so if you don't want to wait while they are made and cooked, phone up. You can see everything being done. The oven is very visible and fired by sycamore wood. The pizzas were excellent, and everyone enjoyed them. The second occasion we had freshly made home made beef burgers (best Scottish beef) with cheese and bacon. These were brilliant and I especially liked the homemade relish which appeared to be primarily (sundried?) tomato, (caramelised?) onion. It was so sweet and not vinegary like other relishes. We also had a portion of fries. A massive amount for £1.35! The burgers and the rolls were first class. This place is a real find, so do try it, despite the appearance from the outside. The owner is very friendly and up-front, working as he does exposed to all customers entering the shop, and clearly values his customers, giving a first-hand and personal service, with a view to repeat orders. I wish him every success in establishing his business over the ensuing years.

Great food & good value. For a family of 5 2 delicious pizzas, garlic bread & stringy chips for less than £18 We will definitely visit if we are ever in the area in the future. The restaurant is open later in the summer & I would imagine they will be very successful!
