Pasé por un poco de almuerzo y este era un lugar increíble! No hay asientos disponibles y la chica amablemente se ofreció a tomar nuestro número y llamarnos cuando algo disponible. Llamado dentro de 5 minutos y se muestra a un encantador acogedor pequeño lugar de esquina, pero chicas encantadoras en la cafetería. ¿La comida? ¡OMG! ¡No puedo hacerle justicia, está más allá de lo esperado! Teníamos alma de lenteja en una taza dinamita en una tarde fría. El rollo de salchicha Haggis fue increíble, con tanto detalle a la calidad. Tuve una manzana, queso y mermelada de chile tostada que de nuevo se armó maravillosamente con tanto cuidado, sabía increíble. La mejor comida que hemos tenido durante tanto tiempo y ya buscando volver cuando estamos en la zona de nuevo. El personal es increíblemente atento, amable y tan profesional, un verdadero crédito para el negocio y por qué tales lugares son un éxito! Gracias a todos hoy por cuidarnos, nunca subestimamos lo duro que trabajan para hacer algo tan bueno.

Este café ha cerrado. La cafetería ofrece una variedad de productos libres de gluten para comer en el restaurante o para llevar. Por desgracia ya no es abierto.

I booked a roast dinner for my mum and her friends at Forgans. I put in a request to make it halal and they were super accomodating. They all loved their meals and had a great afternoon together! Thanks so much for making it a lovely experience for them!! Particular thanks to Robin who made it happen.

Great bakery with scrumptious pies, traditional pasties, and fantastic morning&butter rolls! Definitely good value for money!

LAS ACEITUNAS DE TERNERA ERAN SOLO GRUESOS DE CARNE DE BAJA CALIDAD ENVUELTOS EN PAPEL DE FILETE FINO. LAS PAPAS FRITAS ESTABAN POCO COCIDAS Y LAS VEGETALES CLARAMENTE HABÍAN SIDO METIDAS EN MICROONDAS. UNA PINTA DE TENNENTS LAGER QUE ESTABA CALIENTE Y PARECÍA QUE LAS LÍNEAS NECESITABAN LIMPIEZA DEBIDO AL SABOR Y EL OLOR. PEDÍ VINAGRE QUE NO PARECÍA GUSTARLE A LA CAMARERA. Cheery and friendly staff. Warm welcome. Full breakfast was a delight with warm toast and a mig of filter coffee. Egg was cooked to perfection. Doesn't look much from outside, but it was a great breakfast stop.

Hotel itself is lovely. Basic but good enough. Happy to stay here again. Room big enough for two. The Bar is lovely and the beer garden , especially if it’s a dry and sunny day. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a disappointment. Booked for dinner due to some lovely reviews. Wasn’t expecting much but the food are overpriced. Soup for £10? Skipped the starter and ordered Venison casserole. Waited for an hour for our meal. Yes, an hour! It wasn’t a busy evening, so not sure what taking them ages. Waiting staff are lovely though. Food arrived an hour later, and just looked like a total mess. Presentation was just very sloppy. Looked liked everything was just thrown into the plate in a rush. Sides of seasonal vegs were overcooked, all of them. Potato gratin looked and tasted awful. Tried a bit of the venison meat but just can’t pass the fact that they’re charging £22 for a mediocre main that looked awful and tasted like a watered down stew. Didn’t really eat it and waited for my other half to finish his meal which he enjoyed. Told the waiting staff about the issue and they only took the drinks off from the total costs which was really petty. If you’re gonna charge a £22 pound main, at least make it presentable and eatable. For the future guests, do your self a favour and drive to Braemar, the flying stag at the Fife Arms does a fantastic pub grub with similar price of food, or go to Blairgowrie. Certainly won’t be eating in their restaurant again.

Food was very good, but the service was really awful - very slow. I dislike sitting with the dirty main course dishes still on the table when we are having our cakes, despite actually having asked the waitress to remove them! I did message to complain afterwards and was told they were short staffed, but there was no apology or explanation at the time. Such a pity - I know it was busy but we had booked and it was a special occasion.

Decidimos venir aquí para un desayuno del domingo. No estaba seguro de qué esperar, pero me sorprendió gratamente el plato de comida (desayuno escocés) todo bien caliente y delicioso. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Volveré.

Qué terrible decepción. Traté de tomar una taza de té y un bollo o pastel en su cafetería Broughty Ferry. Estuvimos allí 20 minutos antes de cerrar. La grosera del personal estaba muy mal poniendo en su manera. ¡La cocina está cerrada! 20 minutos antes del cierre, ¿de verdad? Ella y su asistente no podían manejar 2 tazas de té. Ciertamente no volvería.

Cuando llegamos al mostrador de la caja es demasiado alto para comunicarnos con el personal. El hombre en la caja llamado Neil fue grosero y condescendiente cuando di mi orden. Conseguimos nuestra mesa era demasiado pequeña para 2 personas. La comida era muy sabrosa, pero no volveremos a sentarnos en una habitación estrecha sin ventana y paredes negras James lavando mesas y mostrando a la gente a las mesas era muy agradable, educado y servicial
