The best sandwich in Derry. The doorstep sandwich is a meal in itself. My wife and I had the chicken, cheese, creamy pepper and carmelised onion. We both loved it. The latte and americano were perfect. The staff were friendly, bubbly and perfect hosts. It was a perfect experience from start to finish and looking forward to our next visit very soon no doubt.

Honestly one of Londonderry's absolute legends !!! The food here is always amazing and staff are so friendly there breakfast crepe is my absolute favourite and everything here is always spot on :)

Esta es una pequeña panadería fantástica que vende deliciosos pasteles, envolturas, sándwiches y panecillos calientes dentro de la Ciudad Amurallada. Los precios son realmente buenos (una taza de té por 80 p, por ejemplo) y la comida deliciosa. Excelente servicio amigable. Visitamos aquí tres veces en dos días porque era tan bueno y conveniente, y como está ubicado justo al lado del Diamond, hay muchos lugares cerca para sentarse.

The Ethical Weigh is a great spot to get healthy vegan food. Vegans certainly are not the only people who go there. Lots of local villagers love the fresh, delicious snacks you can get. There is also a wide range of coffees. You need to come to the Ethical Weigh.

Sólo cayó en Bar Dukes para una rápida pinta antes de llegar el tren a casa. La categoría de 5 estrellas es para el Guinness. Nunca he probado una pinta de stout tan bueno como este. Media docena de intenciones de estar en el bar cuando fui, principalmente hablar de fútbol. Parecía un tipo simpático camarero de colega y me agradeció en mi camino de salida.

We really wanted to find a locals pub with live music. Didn’t fancy the touristy bars in the centre. This was one of the friendliest bars we found on our tour of Ireland. Great atmosphere and live music on the Friday night we visited. Couldn’t fault our night in here. Superb Guinness. Many thanks to the staff and locals for a memorable night.

This looks lovely and has a nice vibe. The food however was disappointing. The full breakfast consisted of reheated, shrivelled meat. The pancakes were dry and cold and burnt. The coffee was decent but generally we were very disappointed, waste of money I’m afraid.

Truly an excellent experience. One of the finest meals I have had in a long time. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Very good service. Don’t leave Derry-Londonderry without paying a visit.

We visited this restaurant with a group of friends to catch up, but unfortunately, we felt rushed throughout our experience. Upon arrival, a front-of-house staff member quickly directed us to sit by the bar, which was fine, though it was crowded and there were no available seats. Once at our table, we were promptly asked for our drink and food orders. While the starters and mains were delicious, I was disappointed by how my dinner was served — it was essentially thrown and slid across the table. I also didn’t appreciate how quickly the plates were cleared after we finished. Afterward, we weren't offered dessert or additional drinks. When we went to pay, we were instructed to head downstairs, which was fine, but the payment area was awkwardly positioned near the door and the busy kitchen. Based on this experience, I’d be hesitant to return.

As we were staying down the road we thought we would check out the local pubs the Rocking chair seemed to be for locals but they were ever so friendly,a nice pint of lager at a cheaper price than other bars.We will be back.

Terrible Service, Mediocre Food, and overall the Worst Experience. If you're looking to be serviced by patronising, condensing and incompetent staff then this is the place for you. Our table was not cleaned for so long that it became a standing joke at our table - even though most of the staff looked at our table as they walked past with empty arms! The restaurant was less than half full so it was more bewildering why no one cleaned it for such a long time. We had to ask for our drinks numerous times as it was obvious that no one cared about the customers in the restaurant. In light of this, we anticipated that the restaurant would get our drinks bill incorrectly as we had to constantly ask for our drinks even though the place was less than full. True to form, the restaurant did get our drinks bill incorrectly - every time that we asked for our drinks that we had previously ordered, our follow up request seemed to have added another round to our bill. Overall not good at all. When we drew this matter to the attention of our small barman, he really did not care at all. In fact, he was so patronising and incompetent that he added up our bill incorrectly for a second time. Definitely not going bad here!

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Husband had butter chicken curry and I had the beef dirty fries with side of onion rings. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The beef was melt in the mouth and the best onion rings, huge and crispy. The staff were just lovely, pleasant and attentive.
