The food was excellent and generous portions. The place is clean and comfortable. Thanks to everyone and looking forward to our next visit

As always the atmosphere, food and service were excellent. We have never had an issue with the service or the food and have recommended to family and friends.

Lovely food and lovely wine pairing. Staff all very friendly and nice. The Restauraunt was very noisy with “the lads” all in from the clay pigeon shooting. Even after they left I felt that the restauraunt didn’t feel as cosy as it used to -but food was excellent as always . I missed the wee touches in the ladies bathroom too- feels like it’s catering for a larger crowd which is fine but I loved the exclusivity it used to have.

Very good experience. Friendly efficient staff. Reasonably priced great tasting food. The back room lacks atmosphere if you are not in a big party.

We had a fantastic meal in Browns, staff were extremely helpful and the food was delicious would definitely go back on our next trip to the Walled City!

Fantastic experience as always. We were so well looked after by Sophie and Ian who attended to our every need. We had a warm welcome and the service was second to none. The food was excellent from the canapes to the various courses from the early bird menu. We couldn't fault a thing. We love coming to Browns on Bonds Hill. As always the food was excellent quality and presented very well. There was a good choice of options on the menu which was the Foodie menu with paired wines. The service was good too although once we had finished dessert we weren’t offered the option to purchase more drinks but perhaps this was just ab oversight. The only small thing that I missed was a few vegetables for a side to be fair the menu did state that the side served was fondant potato (which was very good) however it would be nice to also get a small selection of vegetables included, I think there are options to purchase vegetable sides. The cod cheek starter was delicious, as was the sirloin steak my friend had the chicken main and enjoyed it too.

I was treated to a meal in Muddlers in Belfast during February 2024. My meal in Browns on Easter Sunday was far superior. Each course delicious and beautifully presented.

Fantastic restaurant. Food was perfect, every course a treat and with beautifully paired wines. We went for the early bird option and it was great value. Ambience and service excellent. Food fantastic. Just 2 criticisms; firstly, the tasting menu is quite substantial (eg bowls of chips with the beef - totally unnecessary!) and much less would do. Defeats the purpose of this being a tasting menu. Secondly, after about 10pm, the heating where we were sitting at the back of the restaurant was turned off so we were cold! A special word of praise for the service - it was first class.

Average service, friendly however felt inexperienced and needed to be reminded of asks. Chateaubriand was cold and lacked any flavour. The cauliflower veloute was excellent.

Our friend Maria was visiting from Castlebar so we took her to our/her favourite restaurant! We had the Foodie menu which was delicious and excellent value. The food was first rate with excellent presentation. As an aside, I chose the chocolate delice for dessert and I'm mentioning this as, I never have chocolate desserts when I'm out as I find them too rich and don't like chocolate! . This was really lovely but what made it was the peanut ice cream, It was beautiful but a tad more would have been welcome! The wine pairings were delicious too, each one matched the relevant course. It was quiet but it was a dreary Tuesday night and the service, as usual, was excellent. A lovely evening was had by all.
