We stumbled across this little gem on a Saturday late afternoon. Fabulous pint of Marmalade Porter followed by a gastronomic extravaganza of small plates…..all amazing! So good we cancelled Sunday lunch plans and are returning today! We have eaten at Michelin starred places on many occasion and this food is right up there but in a relaxed environment and very reasonable. We have found our new fave place for our visits to the east coast and will struggle to go anywhere else now. Would highly recommend 🙏

This is the Hornsea Inshore Rescue Boat Launch Cafe and Shop where we stopped on our walk for great coffee and cake. We live in Hornsea and have been here many times. It is unfailingly spotless, as are the loos - always a good sign - and the welcome is friendly. You can sit outside under a canopy out of the wind and eat your lunch while watching the activity around the boats. This out-of-the-way jewel is run entirely by volunteers and supports the work of the independent lifeboat. On our most recent visit we were served coffee by one of the crew who had two weeks before taken part in a hazardous and fortunately successful rescue from the nearby cliffs.

Went for the cheesecake which was excellent. Attentive staff. Made to feel very welcome. A definate to go there again soon.

Sunday takeaway lunches are good value for money and the ham salad sarnies are the best quality and price for miles around not the cheap ham like a lot of places and lovely fresh crisp salad made to order..

I stopped here on the way to catch my bus. The lady who served me was polite, professional and friendly. Good selection of both hot and cold drinks as well as snacks on display and at reasonable prices, for the wear traveller. Unfortunately, the waiting area next door was closed, but this didnt matter on a warm and sunny day, but would be different in winter! Will be back again when on my travels.

Went 3 times in a week, i sat in the same place everytime! Had the same meal and drink everytime and it was perfect. Best cafe ive been to personally! :)

What a wonderful place! Nothing to fault and only heaps of praise to be lavished on everyone. A small place, I'm so glad my parents chose to book here. We had 10 dishes between 4 and 2 desserts as well, 2 bottle of wine, beer and soft drinks yet the bill was well under £200. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented and very well balanced as a plate. 2 of the party are coeliac but so is one of the key team members. Loads of dishes available GF and we pre-ordered some dishes too which were GF on request. Nothing seems too much trouble, and every member of the team was friendly, attentive and helpful. The toilets are well decorated, clean and brilliantly stocked with everything you could need, even at the end of the night. Don't have any doubts about whether to book, just do it and enjoy a fantastic eating experience and wonderful atmosphere in this seaside gem.

Este es un pequeño pub brillante que me gusta mucho! 3 o 4 cervezas tiradas a mano que cambian constantemente, diferentes fortalezas y estilos, cajas de sidra en la parte trasera, pasteles increíbles (con guisantes mushy y salsa de menta) del carnicero de al lado. Muy amable propietario y lugareños. Una hora feliz jugando a las cartas con los niños y charlando.

Had a birthday party for Dave and Ivan, about 20 of us, as usual the food was awesome (thanks Nikki), good beer, great atmosphere, highly recommended 😀

La comida es la parte más fuerte de este establecimiento. Único (no se puede comprar en una tienda) alimentos veganos en oferta. El menú no parece ser una selección fija, cambia regularmente. El servicio al cliente es un poco débil con el personal que parece tener sus mentes en otras cosas.

Tuve las mejores tortitas que he tenido aquí el día de las tortitas (aunque están todo el año aquí - incluso hacen un reto de tortitas imposible)! Fue un martes por la mañana bastante tranquilo, pero se hizo sentir muy bienvenido por Bonesy (gracias!). Una verdadera joya de un café que recomiendo encarecidamente. Muy buen precio también!

We are here on a Saturday evening with a group for a birthday celebration. We only ordered a main which was the Mexican Pizza and Lamb Pitta. Well presented and hot on arrival, very tasty with quality ingredients. Excellent value for money, friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Ideal for couples, friends or families. Trinity draught beer very good. Will be returning if we get the chance!

Absolutely spot on breakfast. Could not praise enough. Plentiful portions. Great staff. Clean and presentable. Well worth a visit.

Booked this venue for my mam and dads Diamond Wedding Anniversary and it was excellent. Buffet was amazing lots of choice to suit people’s different tastes and drinks were a reasonable price also. Couldn’t fault it at all .
