My mum and I have been meaning to pop into mirandas for a few months and we finally did today; safe to say we were blown away! The food was homemade and delicious and the drinks were lovely. I would definitely recommend the mint hot chocolate, made with chocolate buttons! We will definitely be back again soon!

The atmosphere appears to suit all walks of life. Often busy without being overcrowded. Served quickly. Staff aren't particularly chatty (in my experience) but come across friendly enough. Just doing their job kind of thing. I have eaten here a couple of times, each time was a pretty bog standard level of food, vegetarian bucket (they offer a chicken bucket too) which was cooked well and filled me up, and ciabatta with hummus. I don't feel you can go wrong with either of these, but still it arrived quickly and was presented well. Clean and presentable bar, ample seating out the back with heating and lovely plants. Overall I would recommend it for a pleasant experience, offering a welcoming pub grub/drinking service. It is one of the few pubs in Trowbridge that offer a consistently good level of service, food and a pleasant environment, suitable for all.

The Piano Café, The Old Joanna is quite unusual in Trowbridge and boasts excellent decor, excellent coffee, excellent service and outstandingly huge, freshly made sandwiches and cakes. On Wednesdays there is a live pianist who also records himself onto piano rolls which the piano plays when he is not there. It's a must to visit this venue and enjoy the musical atmosphere.

My daughter is a full time wheelchair user and we frequently have evenings meals and sunday lunch. Fully accessible throughout the venue. Any issues were quickly addressed would recommend.

I've got to be honest, the hot chocolate looked very very light in colour and tasted very very weak..... Sat in here almost on our own for 30 minutes before working out that we actually had to order at the table rather than having a waitress or waiter...... Let's be honest, they only have one thing to do. Serve coffee, ice cream and puddings. You would have thought they would have a more snappy service and a happy attitude at the till....... Answer bringing my hot chocolate to the table. It would slam down with such force that after the chocolate covered the table. See pictures...... I really couldn't recommend this place at all.

I visited the cafe in county hall the sandwiches in the chiller looked disgusting thin white bread with horrible fillings .. I opted for a sausage roll priced 1.85 to be told it actually cost 2.50 as it was a chunky one.. well it wasn’t cooked the pastry was greasy and the sausage inside raw.. I will never visit again I know these owners have several businesses all I can say is your cafe could be a gold mine if you served some decent food at a better price but currently it’s horrible
