The best restaurants in Trowbridge Central Wiltshire South West

My mum and I have been meaning to pop into mirandas for a few months and we finally did today; safe to say we were blown away! The food was homemade and delicious and the drinks were lovely. I would definitely recommend the mint hot chocolate, made with chocolate buttons! We will definitely be back again soon!

I called in here recently and it is now under different ownership. I had a full breakfast and a cappuccino at £9.50. And very nice it was too. Note that the breakfasts are now served only until 12 noon. This is a lovely little cafe in a delightful (and listed) building in Trowbridge. Recommended.

Found this by mistake but it is a lovely little coffee shop with great service from the very friendly owner. Theatre themed which is great although one or two of the tunes playing were not my favourites but there were plenty of better ones (and we stopped for a while as it was so comfortable). They also have a hanging coffee scheme (check out their web page for details). Have already been back and intend to return again.

Last night I had the pleasure of going to this pub. I was made to feel extremely welcome, I had walked in there on my own and the landlord took me straight under his wing and made my night the best night, he is extremely friendly and has loads of banter. It was my birthday and he got everyone singing happy birthday to me. The place was really well set up and it was clear where the toilets were. I will go back there anytime and I'm recommending it to all my friends. Thank you Roy for a brilliant night.

Awesome pub with awesome owners. These guys do amazing burgers and dirty fries. Always a pleasure going to the Stallards !!!!

Best Kebab shop in Trowbridge. Finally a decent take away with a good array of menu. Fresh top quality meat , very tender and tasty. Even the pita bread is fresh and baked to perfection. The cheesy chips were also top tier with mature cheddar . Will be visiting again soon .

NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Was one of the best places to eat but now sadly closed since Xmas.

UPDATE: Sadly Caffè Italiano has now closed. Carlo and family are the new owners of this lovely little restaurant as Mamma Nadia has retired. We've been three times since Carlo took over and I can say that the place is as good as it ever was. It's lovely to see his wife and very small children in the place. We went for lunch today and the place was full. A mixture of couples and families it was buzzing. This place needs the support of customers old and new. You'll get a very warm welcome and great food! Always good. Our regular eatery that is a lovely little piece of Italy in Trowbridge. Family owned and run with food freshly prepared. We absolutely love the place.

Brilliant kebab meat, massive portions and friendly staff

I used happy valley chinese for the first time this evening and had a chicken curry with egg fried rice It was lovely and hot,plenty of chicken and sauce and lovely flavour Will definitely order from here again

Mia, Ash & Liam are brilliant they all run a tight ship. They all quickly resolve any issues professionally. The atmosphere in Legends is always inviting and entertaining. Haven't tried the food yet but have heard that the sunday dinners are excellent many times. x
