Ordered a combo kebab cost £11.50 got home to find it was just chicken shish, to late to do anything, feel ripped off, check your order before leaving, I learnt the hard way

Used this kebab place now couple of times absolutely brilliant food very fresh and chicken is good quality .kebabs very fresh and lots of it …usually we eat the rest the next day there is so much !We have also bought pizzas and very well topped and really prompt delivery you will now be our go to takeaway thank you

Well, took Punt on a new kebab place. As getting bored with our regular and the rest in town are awfull. Won't be going anywhere else again. The best kebab I've probably eaten? Chicken shish and lamb donner is sensational. The shish has an Indian spice to it. The flat breads also makes a welcome change to pita. Was also dubious about the rice but that too is a welcome addition. Also brilliant having salad in seperate pots as this keeps the kebab hot and salad fresh. Absolutely fabulous. Thanks guys!!

Amazing as always, best takeaway in town

The best takeaway in town by far, food is cooked fresh, food is always tasty and by far the best quality in town. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will be recommending to everyone and will only be ordering from here in future.

I didn’t enjoy this at all. The chips were dry, 4/5 pieces of dry chicken on a bed of rice, the bread was hard and inedible. I paid £35 for this!!! I’d like a partial refund for at least 2/3 of the meal.

Ordered from here a few times while working in Trowbridge, was unhappy with the other kebab shops in Town and gave up on trying out these kinda takeaways but discovered this place and was really pleasantly surprised! Quality and taste is far better than the other places in town, happy customer that will return whenever im working in Trowbridge! Cant wait to try more items on the menu. Staff are friendly aswell and it seems a family business who takes pride in serving a high standard of food. Nice seating and tables and they can plate up the meal for you if eating in. Would definitely recommend to try it out.

Food was great. The wraps were delicious and the salad was fresh. Chips were good, chilli sauce was good. Wings were also good, cant fault anything. Delivery was on time too. Would definitely order again.

The burger was good except no spicy cheese or the extra cheese we ordered. The chips were the best we've had delivered. Hallumi fries were nice...breaded would be my preference but still tasty. the Jalapeño poppers were nice but more jalapeño would male them perfect. Great value for money, big portions and will definitely be trying more of the menu.

Great to have a better representation of Mediterranean kebabs presumably Turkish. Trowbridge needs this new style of takeaway. Thank you for making a difference

I can't understand why they they don't say anything about it in their advertising. But all the kebab meat is cooked over real charcoal, it tastes amazing. Ordered food for delivery twice now and visited the shop once. Burger was amazing, best I've had from a Trowbridge takeaway. And chicken kebab was also amazing. I really liked the bed of rice which the chicken was served on. Nice to see a takeaway providing something of better quality and a little different to all the other kebab/burger takeaways in town. I won't bother with anywhere else in town now.

Ordered a chicken kebab the quality of the food was very poor and also was the presentation the customer service was alright definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone only as a last resort there lots of better quality food for the same price or less all around Trowbridge will not be coming here again useless changes are made

PS: don't be fooled by the fake 5* reviews, check their profiles and you'll know they're fake. I had a mixed experience at BBQ House. The interior is nice and the chairs are incredibly comfortable, but the total silence made eating there awkward and uncomfortable. Prices are on par with other takeaways in town, and the food itself was decent. However, my chicken wrap was bare, with very little salad (which was fresh, even at the end of the day). The wrap also wasn't grilled afterwards, so it was a floppy mess. The only thing holding it together was the paper it was wrapped in, but you can't eat paper! It also wasn't wrapped properly with an open bottom so it was dripping all over. Overall, I'm hoping to give them another chance and try more of their menu, but I hope they listen to feedback and improve where possible. There are a lot of other takeaways in town, so I'm looking for something that stands out. With a few simple changes, they could be one of the best takeaways in town. Update: Ordered a pizza for delivery, it was almost the same as every other Trowbridge kebab takeaway, not in a good way, tomato sauce was tasty but there was barely any tomato sauce on the pizza, it tasted 5/10 but it can easily be 7/10 if they used more tomato sauce, maybe 8/10 If they used higher quality ingredients and offered a wider selection of pizzas, but this is on a kebab takeaway pizza rating scale, if you compared this pizza up against one from mega pizza or pretty much any other high quality pizza it would be 2/10. Reply to owners reply: I offered constructive feedback and what I think would help you become better, instead you overlooked all of it and focused on the negatives, I suggest you listen to feedback rather than shut it out and make outrageous claims like I'm a friend of your competitors, I am not, but I am curious how you came to that conclusion? If you take issue with my photos of your business, take it up with Google, I'm just going what Google rewards us for, I also didn't take a single photo with your staff in it. Instead of getting your friends to give you 5 star reviews, improve your business using real reviews, you'll get those overtime as you improve. You have potential, don't waste it.

The food is absolutely amazing that I can not fault but having chicken kebab I'm not sure about the rice as it's tasteless and doesn't really add anything to the meal would prefer the chips with kebab as the chips was tasty and spot on but the chicken kebab was the best I've ever tried 👍

Best lamb shish I’ve ever tasted. Not chewy at all, no gristle and perfectly seasoned. Staff are very friendly with amazing service. Clean restaurant with nice music in the background whilst you eat. 10/10, will definitely be back.

Banging kebab, my favourite place to go for food after a big night out in Trow. Don’t know what people are saying about the atmosphere, I’d prefer to be in here than in the club. 10/10 shish as well.

Recently went to the BBQ house and boy can I telly you it was the best restaurant I’ve been to in this country by far I highly recommend the BBQ house to everyone. Amazing atmosphere the service was top notch and the food was just fantastic if I could give this place higher then 5 stars then I would in a heart beat

Lovely food but no atmosphere! Some background music wouldn’t go a miss.The owners were very attentive! There was no hot drinks or water only fizzy drinks which l can’t drink! Food was hot & very nice although the salad was very limited. The rice was as to die for & would love the recipe. Will definitely be back & hopefully they have hot drinks to offer.
