Completely divine as always. Hubby and adult son choose croque monsieurs a piece and I selected the sourdough topped with fresh curd blackcurrants and honey - sublime. The food never disappoints. We were all feeling extra hungry and wanted to try the SOTD so ordered a portion of celeriac soup to share. Truly delicious and perfectly seasoned. Really some of the best food I’ve eaten at this welcoming and wonderfully decorated establishment ( a visit to their previous site I ordered a beetroot and mackeral salad) a real gem of an eatery with excellent selection of drinks ( licensed). Llegó a las 2. 25 pm el sábado por la tarde después de un largo ciclo por el camino del canal. Pedimos comida para que nos dijeran que no había comida caliente ya que estaban limpiando la cocina (abierta hasta las 4 pm) Ellos aceptaron hacernos un BLT que era agradable, pan espeso, un montón de tocino y muy apreciado en ese momento. Los cubiertos servidos con él sin embargo no estaban limpios, el tenedor todavía tenía comida congelada en las puntas por lo que no se había lavado correctamente. Por suerte como era un bocadillo no necesitábamos ni usábamos los cubiertos. Precio razonable

Anoche fuimos a comer a San Valentín. Fantástica relación calidad-precio 3 platos incluyendo una botella de vino inglés rosa gaseosa que era delicioso por £ 45 por persona. La comida era excelente, bien presentado y bien cocinado. El servicio fue excelente como de costumbre.

Great pub! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with good portion sizes. We will be back!

Great pub, and the food was delicious. Set against the river, there is a large car park and outside seating for alfresco eating. It was dark when I visited, so I didn't get a feel for the whole outside area. The prices were reasonable, surprised to see 20% vat on the bill. However well worth a visit.

We enjoyed a really lovely lunch here on Valentine’s Day. Excellent food in a very relaxed and friendly environment, we were served by Sasha who allowed us to linger and looked after us very attentively.
