Great community coffee and cake shop with delicious smoothie. Lovely friendly staff. No lunch food but you're welcome to byo and eat in.

This place offers a promising illusion of decency and quality, but it is a long way off the mark. It is cashing-in on its enviable location beside a lake, but they have no clue about what constitutes decent food, decent service or quality. It is a DIVE! The food is dreadful and the owner is a thug! STAY WELL AWAY!!! We are here recently, it was hideous.. The quality is just awful, and they don’t care. If you raise an issue, the owner comes and gives you a mouthful. He’s not a decent guy, and this is a place best avoided!

Took my 3 kids there for a little cake date and was lovely. Both the staff were very polite and friendly and fair pricing. They always get our orders spot on. Presentation is exactly as the menu shows as well. Throughly recommend

I was convinced I had reviewed this fantastic venue, but here's another shout-out: it's definitely worth a visit for the outstanding service & the scrumptious breakfast, complete with a mug of tea & toast. Yum, yum! Additionally, its claim to fame is its role as a backdrop for the Channel 4 ident, featuring a moving robot with a "4" strolling past the building's facade.

Its amazing to find an independent coffee shop that not only serves amazing coffee but also delivers with a great loyalty scheme.

Food and service was top draw, ty

Had a meeting in an area behind the bar, but the pub was very busy, ladies darts match, and noisy. Beers were good and service, too, but we could've picked a quieter night.

The starbucks’s girls are so amazing, everytime I come in Maria and Ashley have such lovely smiles on their faces and are always happy to help with anything at all! The store is kept beautifully clean and always got food. Favourite place to be.

Update, haven't visited in a couple of years and decided to return today. Super delicious food! We had to wait to get a table and it was well worth the wait! Staff were so friendly as per my first visit. Original review: Very friendly. Purchased frozen home made momos to take home. 😎 Very tasty. Tried the restaurant today and the food is so flavoursome 😁

A good and wide selection of brews available. Lovely old pub feel.
