Filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day

Great team here, gave good recommendations and made a wonderful latte in a clean environment.

They did not put in Caramel in one of the lattes.

Always an issue with Costa Aldershot. Ordered a tropical bubble frappe and it arrived with no bubbles. Also on previous orders the Frappe turns up with the wrong straw so you need a spoon with your drink.

Cake was super dry, despite paying to eat in the girl put my coffee in a paper cup and despite ordering a medium, got a small with loads of frothy milk ,disgusting never going back .waste of £7.not happy

unfortunately for pre order for opening time for delivery food was stone cold not nice to eat at all, seems the reviews are correct and aldershot branch staff need looking into before they get shut down

was just left on doorstep. no notice of being delivered so was left outside for over half hour at least.

I’m a regular customer and this is the third time no straws and one was requested with cream and it came without it. I have always ordered from you guys but I’m disappointed.

Nice coffee shop, with pleasant staff. However 2 things let the whole experience down - 1. The ramped entrance WITHOUT an electric door, which makes it VERY difficult for the independent wheelchair user to enter the shop without getting help from either another customer or someone passing by (to open the door). 2. Access to the disabled toilet! The door to the toilet opens into the shop, by pulling the door towards you, up against a solid pillar & in the corner of the shop, which makes it extremely difficult to traverse the gap. This is only compounded by the baby changing tray just inside the toilet (which, in my experience, are usually left open by parents) as this makes it almost impossible to enter the toilet if it is left in the open position. Then there's the issue of opening the door when finished with the facilities. The room is so small that it is impossible for most wheelchair users to turn around (forget trying to turn around in a mobility scooter!!). This means having to attempt being a contortion contortionist or pushing a HEAVY door whilat also trying to reverse your wheelchair out of the toilet. In all honesty, your only hope is that an able bodied person is waiting for the toilet & is able to open the door for you!

Popped in for a coffee and cake at 11am. Found a table ok but there were too many single and doubles using tables for the larger numbers and lots of 'business type people' using laptops and spreading themselves over more space than they needed. Why don't Costa allocate tables or spaces for these types? Oh, the coffee and cake were good.

Ordered a latte and berry granola. Was delivered fairly quickly, the latte was great, however, they didn’t deliver the berry granola. They gave me mango Bircher without informing me the granola was out of stock. Usually I wouldn’t care, however the Bircher had coconut on it, to which I’m allergic to, so I couldn’t eat it.

This branch used to be very good but has gone downhill. The tables are not cleared or wiped over. The toilets are dirty due to the fact that they are used as public toilets. People are not purchasing anything just using the toilets. They need to have a lock on them. We went in yesterday and they are out of stock and the front door has been smashed. This store is not getting the proper help from Management.

Didn’t even know it had arrived driver just left it on doorstep, ridiculous. I work from home not sure why he couldn’t of just rang the door bell or knocked on the door.

The food in the fridge looks nothing like the adverts. There wasn't a lot of veggie options either as they had run out of them. The place looks grubby and needs an overhaul. But having said that this branch is popular with lots of different groups of people.

I have visited this cafeteria a couple of times, it is always almost full and they have a variety of drink and food options. So far I have only consumed medium cappuccinos at a price of £3.75 and it tastes very good, the coffee bean is not burned and in general it is good. It is a little messy and untidy but I think it is because of the influx of people, it is always almost full and they need a little order but everything else is fine. They have a very good location, I have visited the Aldershot branch although they are everywhere. One observation I could make is to never buy Costa coffee from an automatic machine, it is an iced coffee and bad to see.

Is it so hard to check that all orders are in the bag before they delivery it. So annoying when your looking forward to your food and something is missing.

I got a "birthday treat" award from Costa but they refused to give me a free cake. She said "your birthday was ages ago". It was only a day ago and the award was still valid.

Aldershot looks like 1980s New York I reckon. So guess most establishments in the Town are going look run down.

Justeat have become quite frankly a joke. 2 hours for a coffee and it turns up cold. Also going through a dispute over a £45.00 delivery yesterday. Guy dropped all our food on the driveway in the rain and mud and he was even handing bits of chicken to us with his bear hands absolutely disgraceful. Had wrong menu items so I purchased something they no longer did and rather than cancel the order or call me to ask if I'd like something different they provided me with another drink with no info to what it was and no straw to drink it with

2 days in a row my order has been wrong.I contacted justeat as per process- they refunded my items in the first instance but won’t refund my delivery charge and won’t provide explanation as to why. Ordered today both items incorrect and one I’m even allergic too. Requested refund and again won’t refund the delivery charge nor provide explanation all they do is send a generic email back. Still waiting for a response from justeat- customer service is awful

Stopped off for a drink only but others seemed OK with the usual Costa food. The service was good and the heating was lovely as it was very cold. There was a good atmosphere with groups chatting and laughing and yet they noticed when a baby dropped their dummy and advised mum. Others were reading, and a mum was enjoying her food and looking after baby. Friends met up and hugged each other. It was a lovely atmosphere.

Food was delivered still in packages not warmed up not warning to say it wouldn’t be warmed bit disappointed nothing available on the menu either not sure what going on here?

All the staff at this branch are lovely and friendly. The only concerns I have are with the furniture that lets the appearance down as it badly needs to be cleaned professionally and the toilets need updating as they are used as public toilets and need to have a lock on them to stop this as the public are not purchasing any drinks/food.

Coffee and hot chocolate cold, missing all the food items we ordered and was 25 minutes late

The guys who work there are very lovely, they treat their customers with respect.

I’m in the area for a short visit and fancied a coffee and cake with a couple of the grandkids. What fantastic service I received, the staff on shift were friendly yet efficient and they made me feel welcome, Thank you so much to Shanice and the girls x

Had a coffee and a Pizza type something or other. Quite good although the bread base was very soft. just shows how good service can be in Costa compared to the one in Stoke on Trent that I visited a while back which got one star review. Keep up the good work.

I come to this Costa Coffee cafe occasionally and enjoy the soft latte. But when I went yesterday the staff were really helpful to me with my app and with my order. Full credit to them. It was a joy yo be served here.

I ordered 2 drinks and caramel waffles and they didn’t pack the caramel waffles. Plus the drinks were messy/leaking. I don’t know if the caramel waffles are able to be refunded but I’m not happy about that.

I needed to contact the restaurant due to a error in delivery address but both numbers were invalid and I couldn't contact anyone.

The driver was at the restaurant for a very long time delivery time was 13:50 -14:10 for ages

On my most recent visit here I had my latte served to the counter in such a way to the counter that I left with some on the saucer (great customer service). It could have been that the girl making the coffees was having a bad day but who knows, she wasn't very busy. And needless to say my latte required some foam, more resembled a flat white than latte. Generally speaking I really like what Costa do as a company, the drinks on offer, the snacks as there is a good selection to choose from. Not sure I'll visit this branch again anytime soon. ------------------------- UPDATE ---------------------------- More than a pleasant visit on a recent visit, always child friendly, plenty of highchairs. I’m an exhausted mum of a toddler and a baby, we popped into this Costa, the baby was crying because she was hungry, I quickly made my order and then found somewhere to sit down to breastfeed her. I hadn’t noticed my payment didn’t go through. I’m guessing the manger, he brought over our food and drink and mentioned that my card payment hadn’t gone through and I could pay when I was ready. And when we were leaving he was waving and saying bye to the toddler. This was so lovely and really made me feel comfortable breastfeeding, such great customer service, I felt like they really care about their customers.

Staff need to pay a bit more attention to what's been ordered! We keep being sent caffeinated coffee instead of decaf, so it sets my hubby's gastric reflux off, and also means he can't sleep! Also whenever we order x2 of anything, we consistently only get x1 ...very disappointing!!
