Such a hidden gem! Who knew that in a tiny alley in Oxford I would find the most authentic taiwanese tea house I’ve seen yet in the UK. The little shop has years of history, but its interior is contemporary and pristine. The teas are brewed in house and taste amazing- the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us taste tests and recommendations based on our personal preferences. There’s a cozy study area for longer stays and bar seats for short visits. Will absolutely be coming back if ever in Oxford again. A must visit!

Just had another amazing experience at Clouds Shisha Lounge! This is my second visit, and I actually travelled specifically to come back—it’s that good. I tried their freshly pressed pomegranate and orange juice, and it was truly delicious. Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is always welcoming and chill, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend if you're after quality and great vibes. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Fuimos atraídos a este bar de vinos por un letrero fuera que mostraba un 25% de descuento en comida y bebida para el almuerzo entre semana. Tenía un bonito interior, que era cálido. Compartimos una tabla de queso para un almuerzo ligero y una botella de vino rumano. Tuvimos una agradable hora de comer y con el descuento era muy razonable precio.

Fantastic place with an imaginative menu. English breakfast with a twist - homemade beans and ketchup. Corned beef hash was the best ever, now replaced with Nduja hash that is just as good and perfect for a cold day. Coffee is very good. Lively with friendly staff and very reasonable prices too.

El hombre mayor era; respetuoso, paciente y comprensivo demostrando gran paciencia, entendía al miembro verde del personal como novato. Al pedir ayuda a un supervisor, culparon al cliente (caballero mayor) por su error, sin demostrar responsabilidad por causar frustración o retraso al caballero mayor, me impresionó su calma, comprensión, amabilidad y paciencia. Mientras que decidí comer en otro lugar, pagando más por un servicio educado, en principio. La comida es de buena calidad en comparación con los competidores locales, el personal tiene un buen temperamento general y tienen buena energía. Suelen trabajar bien en equipo. El personal aquí mantiene su establecimiento limpio y está en la pelota con la higiene. He visitado un par de veces, espacio al aire libre de buen tamaño, los lugareños son amables, un buen lugar para socializar.

A nice pub with a good selection of beers, several screens for watching sports, and a decent terrace area. Unfortunately, the experience was completely let down by the extremely rude and unpleasant female manager with short hair. While the bar staff were looking for the channel for the football match, I politely mentioned that it would be on the next page under TNT Sports, as they were struggling to find it. At that point, the manager began snapping at me, telling me not to come in and bother her staff, followed by several further rude, snappy, and argumentative comments. Overall, it was a completely avoidable, unnecessary, and unpleasant situation. I should also add that the delay in finding the correct channel meant we missed the first goal of the game. It is disappointing to see that a very similar comment regarding the same staff member was made in a review a few months ago, indicating that no meaningful action has been taken to address this behaviour. If this is how she deals with customers, I can't imagine it is a very pleasant environment for her staff either.

Had a lovely lunch at Quod in Oxford. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The building itself is stunning – beautifully presented, with loads of character and charm. Our food arrived quickly, even after we made a last-minute change to our order, which was impressive. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. It’s clear they’ve got things running smoothly, both in the kitchen and front of house. Would definitely recommend, and I’ll be visiting again without a doubt.
