I ordered an afternoon tea from Plumcake today and it was the best I have ever had. Kath had made fresh tarts and scones that morning and they were amazing. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The attention to detail was so special.

First of all food was fantastic arrived at 2-30 Saturday afternoon for a catch up chat with friends by 4-30 could not hear yourself as everyone brought there children in got very noisy so if you're taking your kids and dog out it's good if you want a chat go late evening a pub for everyone just different times

Came in after a sweaty game of five a side for some post match rehydration. Kieran on the bar was very friendly and pours a great pint of Guinness!

I go daily and the first I should mention is the old reviews of 2022 with should be ignored as new ownership. This is a great luxury cafe, great for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee maybe with a scone or toast. Great staff, very friendly when treated properly.. Yes I am biased but try yourself.

No hot sandwiches as they turned off the grill 70 minutes before closing and were sweeping around your feet.
