Our second visit to Turquoise and enjoyed it both times. Lots of choices on the menu. I had the breakfast which was so fresh and delicious and my partner had a vegetarian dish which she loved.Finished off with one of their home baked fresh cakes and coffee..Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I have been to Turquoise cafe on numerous occasions since April this year for breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake and it never fails to disappoint. Good portion size, value for money and tasty. Friendly service and happy to cater for any special requirements. When a friend wanted a cake for an 80th birthday celebration I knew where to go and made us a beautiful coffee cake. There wasn’t a crumb left which just shows how tasty it was.

Went for breakfast 11th June. We ordered English Breakfast & a Vegetarian Breakfast. Poached eggs were hard boiled, avocado was inedible completely unripe, mushroom and asparagus were cold, ‘toast’ was bread.. only thing decent was the hash browns. Waitresses and staff are always lovely and polite however no one came over to ask if everything was okay. Disappointing as normally pretty good.

A regular customer here and always get great service, with a smile and laugh. Despite being busy they always try to accommodate us and food is always good. My go to place in Bramhall.

I have been here twice this month with friends. It does not disappoint, always busy but the cakes are just amazing, nice generous slices you can take away too. There is a big selection and I have chosen the Rafaelo and also the biscotti cake, need to keep going try the rest. Service is very good staff very friendly and engaging. The breakfasts look incredible too

We are regulars here. We love sitting in the window and watching all of bramhall go by. The coffee is lovely, we bought a cake to takeaway last week for a family member and they said it was amazing. My favourites are the paninis! They have some really good staff members here, a nice tall young man and a lovely chatty brown haired girl.

This is a great place for breakfast/lunch or coffee and cake. Firstly the service and welcome is great, it’s so lovely to go somewhere where you feel welcome. The food is excellent and the cakes are extremely good! We would definitely recommend this cafe.

I’m visiting Uk again this year and went here last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, however my mum wasn’t keen on returning as mentioned portions had decreased and prices had increased. (Hasn’t everywhere?) I ordered a baked potato and beans - was massive I couldn’t finish it. Mum ordered a wrap - seemed an ok sized portion - ordered a cake was very dry Restaurant was packed and quite difficult to have a conversation as very noisy, the step at the door is a tripping hazard when exiting. The staff were pleasant Nice thing about Bramhall is that there are a number of good restaurants and pubs so Turquoise off my list mainly because it seems always to be packed and you can’t have a conversation due to the noise

We all love Turquoise Patisserie! At whatever time of the day be it breakfast, lunch or early tea, the food is delicious. So well presented by the friendly staff, such a good experience, the place has become one of our regular venues to enjoy ourselves. Recently I ordered a tray of sandwiches for a get together we held at home, they were beautifully presented and tasty.

I don’t understand the bad reviews at all!! We come here as a family of 4 and with friends all the time as we live in the area,, the staff are amazing,, so friendly and personable!!,, the food is always delicious, the menu is huge!! Price is good., and sometimes you do have to wait outside as they are busy because they are so popular in bramhall!! Can’t fault them and we will be back for our breakfast in the week!!

This place is terrible. Here is our experience. When we arrived we were asked to stand outside in the cold for 15 minutes. Looking back we should have gone elsewhere. Not a great start. The staff are blunt and rude. We had cake and coffee. The cakes are dry. They are kept in a fridge. I think this drys them. There are trip hazards on the floor due to the extensions with the french doors. Several people tripped in our visit alone. When we came to leave my wine realised the roof was leaking and her coat was sodden. When we told the staff they looked disinterested. Dont go.

Visited 5th december for breakfast, first time. We both ordered scrambled egg on toast with black coffee. Told by strange waiter that they didn't have enough eggs but we could have fried or poached eggs on toast. We were served with awful underdone fried eggs on soggy toast and coffee in cold cups. Never again

We visited today as a party of 9 for my mum’s birthday. The staff could not have been more accommodating! The food was fantastic - most of us had the Full English Breakfast - the portions were very generous. Can also recommend the Eggs Benedict and Avocado on toast. Great service too with friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

We went to Turquoise as a couple in early January, when the weather was exceptionally heavy rain. We hadn’t been to Turquoise cafe previously and despite hearing negative reviews from several people (we live in the area), we decided to give it a go. On opening the door, we were blocked by a member of staff who couldn’t tell us quick enough that we needed to “go and wait in the queue”, gesturing to a single person, stood outside at the side of the premises (not outside the door), on their phone, in the hammering down rain. The tone of voice of the staff member was rude and there was no way we could have known someone stood off from the premises was in a queue. Also, is there any need to be rude about it and speak to us as if we’re an inconvenience? We went across the road to our regular cafe instead and experienced exceptional service and delicious food as usual. My partner said it’s unfair to leave a review having not eaten in the cafe. Until he saw the other reviews for Turquoise cafe and he then understood the importance of feedback. My opinion is that if you have a poor experience before you even get through the door, this is something that can be fed back to learn from. They have occupied a prime location and I suspect they will depend on that for footfall rather than good service. I will try to visit in about six months and see if things are different and re-review.

Nice busy cafe. The food is really good - simple, well presented and tasty. Good portion sizes and reasonable in price. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 is because, although the cakes and the cake counter look lovely and pretty - the actual taste and texture doesn’t live up to it. It’s a shame really, because it’s sister restaurant around the corner, has amazing home made deserts that are really flavourful. But having said that - it’s the place I go to most in bramhall and am happy with it.

We came to cafe turquoise after seeing it busy all the time. We really don't understand it's popularity. Awful service from Rashkor (apologies if name spelt incorrectly), who was very rude and often forgot things we'd asked for - water (we waited 25 mins before being able to ask again because they never checked on us), condiments or even things we'd already ordered. When the food did arrive, the beans were watery and the mushrooms had clearly just been taken out of a pickled jar. The vinegar taste from the mushrooms was overwhelming and when you sliced them, your plate was doused with vinegar which ruined the taste of everything else. As positives, portion sizes are generous - fries were large and we got three poached eggs each with brunch, hashbrowns yummy.

After seeing the Café constantly busy since opening, decided to visit with my mum one day. We had initially intended on visiting for coffee and cake, though upon discovering the cakes were £5 per slice (extortionate considering there’s huge slices of homemade cake for £2.50 at the plum cake cafe nearby) we decided we might as well have lunch. The meatball baguette was okay. Nicely presented and filling but a little lacklustre considering how fantastic the food from the turquoise restaurant is just a few yards up the road. My mum ordered the maple syrup and bacon pancakes which were, in honesty, an embarrassment to a cafe referring to themselves as a “patisserie”. They were very clearly warmed up scotch pancakes from a packet. We mentioned this to the waitress who offered no apology or compensation. Disappointed with the service and food, we will not be returning or recommending.

Decided to treat ourselves for a working lunch on Friday so called in, placed order and was told 20 mins. Came back all ready and was being boxed up. Drove home 5 mins away, still nice and hot. Huge portions, delicious - totally recommend this establishment. Not cheap but you certainly get your moneys worth. Chicken cajin wrap x 2 and a Big Butty, Inc chips and salad.

All show and no authenticity! The 3 cakes we bought cost of £15 and were nothing but factory floor work with no flavour to live up to the price, not worth the calories! I’ve bought better cakes from Tesco’s! Very disappointing! Further they also did not give any customer service! Don’t waste your money here on cake! Go to Tesco’s for a fraction of the cost and they will be fresher too and not sitting festering in whatever lifeless corona pit the atmosphere is

We decided to come for dinner here due to the special deal. The menu has changed since last time I came so some of the dishes I liked have now gone. I had wanted the scampi and chips but that dish had gone. I ordered ham, eggs and chips. Delicious chunky chips, loads of ham slices and two fried eggs with runny yolks. My wife and son loved their fish and chip meals, my son had a pot of tea and my wife had a latte and I had a bottled flavoured water. The meal came to a little bit over seven pounds. Really good service. Good social distancing measures.
