The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Poynton East and Pott Shrigley Cheshire East North West

Lots of places can have a bad night and my experience wouldn’t put me off trying it again. The service was quick and attentive, however the staff members were quite abrupt and not overly friendly. The pie I ordered (mince beef and onion) tasted ok but it had clearly just been microwaved. The pastry was tough and chewy, when it should be short and crumbly. I would rather wait an extra 10 minutes than have my food pinged in the microwave. That being said, the flavour of the filling was ok.

The tearooms is somewhere we go every few weeks and we are always pleased. The poached eggs are always absolutely perfect. My particular favourite is corned beef served with picked cabbage and bread and butter. They cater for people with allergies very thoughtfuly. They also have a baby change area.

A busy cafe. Staff were attentive. Table couldnt be clear right away, which was not a problem for me. Later on, chef gave us a cake, gratis asan apolgy for not getting the table cleared sooner. A nice gesture.

Called in here to grab a bite to eat for 2 adults and 2 kids on Saturday afternoon, there weren't any tables available inside or we would have eaten in. Usually I'm not a fan of greggs pasties dropping bits of flaky pastry down your front so had pizza instead and it was tasty. Most greggs shops in Stockport aren't very appealing but this one was better.

Pilkingtons is just brilliant. All the girls have a big smile and a warm welcome for everyone and they never stop. The sandwiches are made to order, always fresh and packed with filling, my dad wont have anything else. The cakes and pastries look and taste fab. I hope Pilkingtons will always be around for future generations to enjoy.

As the Pub ideally located for our walking group's post walk drinks, we were met with excellent staff comms and customer service 👏
