Love the Cotton Tree, Always busy, with an array of beers and whisky. It has a timeless atmosphere. I think cash is preferable here but they do accept cards.

We have eaten in plenty of cafés over the years and I must say this has to be one of the best! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and very professional and the food is exceptional - from presentation to the wonderful flavours. If I could give The Green more stars then I would.

Went in for lunch today to support Jayden and Scott from Tapa who have just taken over. It didn’t disappoint. The food and coffee were both delicious, homemade soup piping hot and tuna toastie totally delicious with a kick. Good. Luck on your new venture, the village is so lucky to have this brilliant little cafe.

Not exactly on a major thoroughfare so you wouldn’t necessarily come across this little gem in Bollington. Were only serving takeaways when we visited, but will definitely be back when the government’s restrictions allow. They also sell food ingredients for far eastern cuisine here which, having been recommended by a friend, originally prompted our visit.

Good food, decent portion sizes. Friendly staff. Service time was quite slow but food tasted freshly cooked. Shame that quite a few menu options were unavailable.

Had fish n chips. Unfortunately it was very well overdone. I sent it back and got the pudding which was better. It'll not put me off going again though.

This is a great place to eat or have a drink with friends. Staff are so friendly and helpful - food is always presented nice but as you would expect cheap and cheerful. I would highly recommend this Beefeater
