Not exactly on a major thoroughfare so you wouldn’t necessarily come across this little gem in Bollington. Were only serving takeaways when we visited, but will definitely be back when the government’s restrictions allow. They also sell food ingredients for far eastern cuisine here which, having been recommended by a friend, originally prompted our visit.

This is the most surprising find I have ever come across. Whilst waiting in a local garage for tyres to be fitted I asked if there was a local coffee shop and was told either go down into the village or there is a little one not far. So with directions in hand I set off, walking through a housing estate thinking I must obviously be lost and then in the distance I spotted a timber clad shop front which looked totally out of character with the area. Anyhow I went inside and was greated by the co owner. I studied the menu board which had the traditional BLT offerings then noticed the Thai selection, then realising it was actually a Thai based cafe... It was a cold day so I ordered the chicken congee (soup) and whilst waiting, I looked around and started to appreciate the warm unique somewhat basic and quirky surroundings. Given that I am a great fan of Thai food I was somewhat apprehensive about what was to come, but I was not dissapointed, in fact it was one of the best Congees I have ever had. And when talking to the owners it was clear there passion for Thai cooking, when asked if they do curries, thinking of a future trip they said give them a call the day before and they would make one!! you don’t get that from Costa This little gem only opens until 2:30 each but I can honestly say it’s worth going and would recommend searching it out.

Had breakfast never had anything like it before bacon, sausages, and eggs not cooked to standard of food hygiene would never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. One member of my family tried a ham sandwich she said it was the worsed ham sandwich ever NEVER AGAIN

Always a delight to have breakfast here. Proper full breakfast cooked and served to perfection by Holly and Gemma. There's nothing here to complain about at all. Always a warm welcome, and just a pleasure to make time here for a proper breakfast. What more can I say?

We used to regularly walk to Miola for a coffee and can’t believe how it has changed. Outside is a complete dump with tatty pieces of furniture up for sale at ridiculous prices . The elephant and giraffe which have been there for years are still for sale at a ridiculous price. Toilet was filthy with no toilet paper. Chose to sit outside as had children with us and tables were tatty and dirty. The food was overpriced and mediocre. Bacon sandwich with virtually no bacon. Peanut butter on toast which was slimy and greasy. Children took one look and didn’t touch it and can’t say I blamed them. It is so sad as Miola used to be such a lovely place to go to. Can only assume that with Holmes Chapel closing its on the cards that Sandbach will close as well. So disappointing and what a waste of money !
