The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in St Hilda Hartlepool North East

Used to come here all the time with my Mam before she sadly passed away 5 years ago , we used to come on a Saturday , since then to keep my Mams lovely memory alive i have been back on many occasions as this is not just a normal cafe it has a hidden secret - EXCEPTIONAL THAI FOOD , usually one dish a day and differs every day just look on the specials board , something like this is a hidden gem and the service is always fast and friendly , the owner wouldnt hold it against me if i said she was a bit loud lol but thats just her way - a very friendly soul and this place is very popular with locals and shopkeepers who order their Thai food as a Takeaway. I love Thai food at the best of time but to find a place that serves it at lunchtime is very very rare , and as i said the quality is superb , ive never been to Thailand but ive eaten in many posh Thai restaurants and the quality of food matches and beats all of them. Keep up the fantastic work to the owner and all your staff. See you soon.

We found this little gem at the headlands in hartlepool what a whorm,welcoming,friendly place.people are down to earth the owners are amazing they have got it right.home cooked food fantastic Sunday lunch im surprised that people are not claiming the walls to get in.we were strangers and they made us feel part of the place.family run place.if your looking for a karaoke,mid week bingo, something good to eat (at really good price and value) or just a frenndly drink and chit chat in the bar/beer garden then get yourself to the victoria arms they well genuinely make you welcome no fake pretense.love this place love the people. Wow what a place. Very well priced food and very good portion size and value for money. Been here loads for breakfast so decided to try lunch menu. Fish and Chips Steak and Ale Pie Baguette All of us loved our lunch and everything was spot on. Going to try the Parmo next time.

If you want consistently good food, coffee, and beer, this is a great place. However, the service is terrible, unlike before. Before, it was quick and attentive. Now, it's non-existent to the point that the staff actually avoids eye contact. It's normal on any day to have to leave your seat to order additional drinks or food. If you sit and watch, you will see this happen over and over. Come on, owners, look around and sort this out. You have a great business.

Lovely breakfast today at Biancos. Both of us ordered the easy breakfast. Great customer service as always. Special mention to Claire for making the best coffee I've had all week!

First time shopping at Marina Hartlepool food hall but wanted to say how great ALL the staff here are. We ate in the cafe (me and my disabled mum) and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful to us both with various requests. At the till, the cashier was also friendly and helpful. Don't always leave an ad hoc review but today staff were all so lovely felt it was more than justified. Thank you Hartlepool staff, spot on.
