The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Merton London

No he estado en un Starbucks en años ya que mi tarjeta fue clonada y no estaba contento con el servicio al cliente, pero decidí un remolino de frappucino y canela como regalo de cumpleaños. Ojalá no me hubiera molestado, el remolino de canela está rancio, las mesas están todas sucias (afuera) y la chica que me sirvió mi bebida y comida ni siquiera me miró a la cara, simplemente siguió charlando con el otro tipo que también era muy antipático. Estafa total, dio 2 estrellas en lugar de solo una porque el frappucino es decente. Me alegra no haber recibido otra tarjeta de fidelidad

Managed to book a table for two in the outdoor area. Staff all very helpful. Enjoyed a great night with fellow England supporters. Was a fantastic atmosphere. Food good too.

Fuimos aquí por comida la primera vez y nos gustó el ambiente, era agradable con una decoración cálida. . encantador entorno. Sin embargo fue atendida por una camarera muy desatendida, ligeramente grosera y con pelo largo y rizado acento español. Le pedimos cubiertos dos veces cuando se sirvió la comida y cada vez que dijo que sí, pero no nos trajo nada para comer nuestra comida con! ¡Qué raro! ¡Como si tuviera un problema personal con nuestra mesa! Más tarde le pedí a otra camarera que nos trajera cubiertos y se sorprendió bastante de por qué la camarera de pelo rizado no nos sirvió comida con los cubiertos completos! Comportamiento muy extraño. Es obvio que odia su trabajo y no está disfrutando servir a los clientes. Pls recluta personal más agradable que es normal, cálido, amable y servicial! Sirve la comida con cuchillo y tenedor no estamos usando las manos para comer alimentos aquí! Etiquetas básicas del restaurante. Nos enfrentamos a ella y ella simplemente se rió sin decir lo siento! ¡Persona muy extraña necesita ayuda y mucha capacitación en servicio al cliente!

Visité el café de agua azul M & S hoy para un desayuno. Casi cambiamos de opinión como bastante ocupados y las mesas no se habían despejado pero no habían tenido un desayuno m&s desde que solíamos tener uno en la tienda Charlton que siempre fue encantador, pero han dejado de hacerlo allí ahora. En primer lugar no sabíamos qué hacer para conseguir nuestro té ya que no se le dijo nada. Encontramos una mesa sin despejar que la gente de la mesa de al lado nos despejaron para sentarnos. Cuando llegó el desayuno era horrible la grasa bajo huevos escalfados de tocino cocido que parecían 2 huevos duros. Una tostada que no había visto una tostadora horribles salchichas y patatas rostis suaves no crujientes tomates pequeños ni siquiera cocinados y la comida era Luke caliente. Nunca volveremos a este restaurante. Ojalá el café rojo no hubiera cerrado un delicioso desayuno.

Poor customer service. Ordered a Americano with hot milk and cake, sitting inside but served in paper cup with lid. When sat down discovered had been served a frothy coffee, took back to ask for drink I had ordered to be told by woman served me that I had asked for a Mocha. I explained I hadn't and was abruptly told I had! I politely said maybe she had heard me wrong but I had not, ( I don't even drink Mocha). She reluctantly changed my drink. I then asked if I could be refunded the difference. She had to look at the menu then spoke with another staff who said to me she couldn't ALLOW that! What she did do was give me a fully stamped card for a another drink. Although this was more than I had wanted ( just wanted refund in difference of drinks) I was made to feel I was in the wrong through the whole interaction. Really very bad customer service. When I sat down I discovered a black coffee when I had asked for white. Let's just say I couldn't be bothered with another poor experience asking for milk!

I was very impressed with the store ( I was visiting for the day) However, although the restuarant was very pleasant & looked clean. Table all set out with plenty of accompaniments , cutlery sauces etc. I ordered a cheese & ham toastie and was looking forward to it, but it was not a ham &cheese toastie as I know it. The runny cheese was very thin & there were added flavourings on it, which was not to my liking, sadly. I did notice another lady complaining about hers & she didn’t want another one! Also, although there was a young male server at my table he did not wipe my table or take away my tray in spite of passing 3 times!

Place is alright, but over priced. They make drinks pretty fast and nice, One time I AMOST Burnt my self sadly, Over all staff and the place is pretty nice, will recommend coming here, will come here.

Sólo dame una falla. Oscuro, sucio y mordido el mejor menú. El personal estaba bien. La comida no era la mejor. Las bebidas tampoco.

my name is Giuseppe and sometimes i shop at the tesco , afterwards i relax with a coffee at the. bar above. this time it was not a moment of relaxation as I asked for a double decaf macchiato and it was given to me in a small single espresso cup with some milk foam on top, to which I told the girl and a another barrista that double coffee I preferred to have it longer and in a bigger cup but was told flatly that this was their double coffee and they had no intention of changing it. I didn't have the coffee and I gave him the cost of the coffee that I had already paid, a bad service done by unprofessional staff, I think I will hardly return
