I loved the energetic atmosphere, convenient location and fantastic service. Really attentive serving staff who cracked jokes and engaged with us throughout, made us feel very welcome thank you, you were great! Shame that the food was so lacklustre. None of it was bad, but nothing stood out as being worthy of positive comment, justall bland amd pointless. As stomach lining it was fine. Other than that, pretty poor.

Es un hermoso restaurante en términos de la vista, ubicación, etc. Sin embargo la comida es promedio (pasable) , y es muy caro para el brunch. Sería bueno para el café para que pueda disfrutar de la vista, pero no recomendaría comer allí.

Super decepcionado por esta experiencia. Mis amigos y yo fuimos a disfrutar de cócteles sin fondo, y no recomendaría a nadie. El concepto era bebidas sin fondo, siempre y cuando compraras comida. Esto estaba bien, pero extraño, ya que la mayoría de los otros lugares tienen la comida incluida en el precio (como todos los bares uno por ejemplo). Los cócteles estaban bien y la selección era agradable, la comida era agradable, pero nada especial. Mi principal queja fue el servicio - fue excepcionalmente lento y esto es inaceptable. El lugar ni siquiera estaba medio lleno, pero aparentemente el bar estaba “ocupado” cuando preguntamos dónde estaban nuestras bebidas, no parecía ocupado en absoluto. Un par de veces intentamos pedir más bebidas, pero nos dijeron que necesitábamos terminar nuestras bebidas actuales antes de que nos permitieran pedir más. Lo entiendo completamente y lo tomo en cuenta, sin embargo, para que esto funcione el servicio tiene que estar a la altura, tomó por siempre y siempre para obtener nuestras próximas bebidas, incluso le dijimos al camarero en un momento que si vas a ser estricto sobre esas reglas tu servicio debe ser más rápido, estamos hablando de más de veinte minutos entre el pedido y la llegada de las bebidas. Went for drinks with a friend, didn't book a table, which definitely awkward but all the staff were so lovely they found us a table and then later gave us a beautiful booth which made our evening complete. Relaxed atmosphere delicious cocktails and beautiful scenery.

Very bad service from the beginning to the end. No one welcomed us, we went to ask for a table and they told us to sit anywhere we liked. After at least 15 mins the waiter approached us asking if we’ve been served. Then the roast was very cold, no one came to check back on us. After told the manager, he did not apologies and took the plate with him. After few more minutes he came with the same roast, colder than the previous time. Once again he did not check back on us. I was very disappointed and I will never go back to this place anymore.

I booked the mezzanine area for my wedding reception (drinks and canapés) and the 601 staff were fantastic. We had the most amazing day and I’m so glad we chose 601 Queens Road for our venue. From tge team supporting with my booking and arrangements, to the staff working on the day, everyone was so helpful and friendly. We really loved the food and the soft drinks, which all tasted so great A huge thank you to Nicole, who worked so hard to look after us so well, and was so lovely. There was also a male member of staff who was so sweet and kindly volunteered to help with lifting my mother-in-law’s wheelchair up the steps to the area. Everyone was so impressed, and I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend.

The gentleman who took our order didn’t appear really keen or bothered when taking our order. The food arrived before the drinks - although we ordered only a full bottle of wine rather than cocktail or mixed drinks. Once we paid for our bill another waiter arrived and put a reserved sign on our table before I managed to pay for the bill. Which was very rude! The lady who served us for the rest of the visit was lovely and attentive and she really saved the day the rest of the staff needs basic customer service. The bar was not busy and many tables were empty for the duration of our visit.

We booked for my daughters hen do! The booking team were fab and accommodated everything we asked for and added people when required. George looked after us for the evening and was fantastic! He looked after our every need and was run ragged by us but he was still attentive and happy! The food all came out together and was hot so thanks also to the chefs! We had an amazing afternoon at 601. George, Julie and Rafa looked after us so well and found us a great outside table in the sunshine. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. We had bottomless drinks here, £29pp for 90 minutes. The drinks were great but what topped it all of was the attentive service from our waitress. Julie was making sure our glasses were always full and she really made the whole experience for us. We would definitely return again! Please don't make yourselves fooled by the nice and gorgeous location as we had THE MOST TERRIBLE FOOD EXPERIENCE ever, from a looking forward to some nice lunch it ended up to have a really bad blunt food... chicken "rotisserie " from the menu it should be called boiled chicken with some chilli flakes sprinkled on the top... Everything was so wrong , please updated yourselves with some nice quality food not "hospital" food...ahhh terrible Please avoid!

Very poor service. You'll be lucky if someone decides to serve you. I sat by the table and for 15 minutes no one asked even asked me if I want a glass of water. The place was empty but staff was too busy having a chat with each other!

Really nice place. I was there last Thursday for a Christmas drink with my friends. It was quite noisy, but very pleasant. Klaudia served us. A lovely person, very professional and tactful. When we needed time to order, she waited politely and gave great advice on choosing the right order for us. She introduced a nice and warm atmosphere, smiling and joking with us. We had an amazing time; the food was spot on, ordered steak sandwiches and burgers. The steak was melt in your mouth and the bread was super soft. Chips delicious! Staff were as equally as accommodating and helpful. Super friendly without being overwhelming. Cocktails were spot on and kept us hydrated during the brunch. All in all was the perfect choice for celebrating a birthday.

Beautiful location, we were welcomed with open arms and friendly staff. We sat out on the terrace and had the most amazing pancakes,smoothie bowl and coffees, really recommend coming here as the location speaks a lot for itself and it’s a cherry on top of the cake having good service and amazing staff

Wouldn't even give this 1 star. Myself and my partner attended this restaurant yesterday for my birthday. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy with a few people dotted around. We ordered two cocktails which were pleasant and our meals were - spicy sausage costini to start, a buttermilk chicken burger and a halloumi burger, both with fries. We also ordered two beers whilst we ate. My partner took a few bites into the burger and it was RAW. It looked as though it had been cooked purely to make it crispy and not cooked for the chicken. We cut the burger open to inspect further and the whole thing was raw. Seeing this put me off of my meal. When our server came over to ask if everything was ok, my partner explained and they offered another, we declined and they took the plates away. The bill arrived a short while later at almost £70. We were still charged for everything despite eating only the starters and drinking our cocktails - the beers were barely touched. No apology was offered. Considering it was a Monday and maybe 3 other tables occupied in the restaurant, it is worrying that the food was not cooked properly. Will NOT be returning and would NOT recommend. Birthday ruined and awaiting food poisoning.

Probably the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Door staff particularly unwelcoming and I seemed to see them telling people off for nothing pretty constantly. I am in my late 50's and only went in for a drink with my wife, left pretty quickly as the atmosphere being generated by the security was unpleasant. Ordered three rounds of drink whilst there (two drinks and the same ones), but price was different every time. I left sharp and will not be returning.

The Sunday Roast was delicious. We sat on the terrace and the service was brilliant - cocktails were great and the restaurant is dog friendly which is always a great bonus! Can’t recommend this place enough!

It's a beautiful restaurant in terms the view, location etc. However the food is average (nice, but won't blow you away), and it is very pricey for brunch. Would be good for a large group on the booze not caring too much about food quality and price.

We had a brilliant experience at this venue. There was a great, relaxed atmosphere and the decor was lovely. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
