We visited this place today. The service was atrocious. I will never go back nor will I be recommending. We waited over 30mins for our food. The cold drink I had ordered I am sure the milk was out of date. It had bits In it. The lady who served us was rude. When it came to payment- I am actually not sure what I paid for. I didn’t see the receipt. She just walked off after taking the payment. No receipt was provided nor a thank you. So rude!!!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Emily was lovely with us today. She took our order and went out of her way to deliver amazing service. She was kind and thoughtful, making us feel very welcome. Her service was quick, and everything was perfect. Would be coming back as she was spectacular and very friendly. Thank you, Emily 😊

Went to the tiny shop Doughnut Time and wanted to order doughnuts for a birthday party. They do vegan and gluten free together or separately. Well, I had a great conversation with the young lady in store who went above and beyond her way to help us make the right choices and with the order. She advised we'd order online as they send the doughnuts packaged up to you. Amazing packaging, all our guests were impressed and the gluten free options tasted amazing as did the vegan ones. Thank you!

Turned up on Saturday at about 1am - thought it would be ok as I heard it was open till 4. We actually built this into our plan as someone recommended the place to us. Unfortunately we were met with strange, aggressive door staff who asked whether we had had a drink already and when we replied “a couple” he said “no you’ve had too much to drink”, which wasn’t remotely true and quite rude in the circumstances. He could have just said “sorry lads we are not letting people in after 12” or something like that. I’m sure some people do turn up drunk and shouldn’t be let in but it just seemed an excuse not to let two blokes in (perhaps it was perceived there were too many men in there already or something) but the manner of the interaction left a sour taste in the mouth. We weren’t the only ones - a group of four veteran blokes in front of us were turned away also. Very strange and disappointing.

We come with our kids to swimming lessons each week and I am so amazed at the prices they charge for everything! A bottle of water costs more here than at the Royal Opera House and a packet of crisps 50p more than in a Marylebone deli. They don't do any 'kids sizes' on their hot drinks so a hot chocolate for a 5 year old is £3.40!! I couldn't find an email address to contact them but just cannot believe they can justify charging these prices in a leisure centre in Hackney - I guess they can because people have no other choice but I think it is really unfair.
