Friends of Ours in Hackney

Pedí huevos turcos que decían tener "labaneh" en él y en realidad era solo yogur que era opaco e insípido. La tostada francesa era pan empapado en goo de almendra. Realmente no sé cómo puedes arruinar las tostadas francesas pero este café logró crear el plato más asqueroso que he probado. Los platos estaban tan mal que no pudimos descansar el resto del día debido a las náuseas y el dolor de estómago. Mala relación calidad-precio. Me mantendría lejos.

Hemos visitado este lugar hoy. El servicio fue atroz. Nunca volveré ni recomendaré. Esperamos más de 30 minutos para nuestra comida. La bebida fría que había pedido estoy seguro de que la leche estaba fuera de fecha. Tenía partes. La señora que nos sirvió fue grosera. Cuando se trataba de pago - en realidad no estoy seguro de lo que pagué. No vi el recibo. Se fue después de aceptar el pago. No se proporcionó ningún recibo ni un agradecimiento. ¡Qué grosero! Absolutamente asqueroso.

So being told the sourdough is not vegan, but when I order the cabbage which comes with sourdough it is vegan. I was not sure what happened there. I had the cabbage on sourdough with kimchi. It should have come with tofu, but I don't eat soy and they would not replace with anything else either. I find that a little tricky as the price of the dish is very high and if you remove food then you should get something instead of. Not in this place. Take it or leave it! The coffee looks good, but made me feel sick afterwards, so guessing not a quality coffee, again shocking looking at the price. It is a lovely space and a posh cafe, a nice space to hang out in, at the local street. But a dish at that price should be a little more filling in my humble opinion.

Amazing veggie selection very unusual menu . Staff were really friendly and helpful lovely atmosphere highly recommended.

Wandered into this busy little place at about 11.30am. Had the Nduja eggs - absolutely delicious! Took a little while to prepare, but well worth the wait. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, very clean. Highly recommended.

Up in London for the weekend for a family wedding and needed to find a gluten free breakfast. Found Friends of Ours just 8 minutes walk from our hotel. Very friendly staff, great food and coffee. Arrived just before 10am and got a table outside, all of which were full 10 minutes later. Will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Brunch was flavorful and made with fresh ingredients with lots of variety. We had a lovely cup of coffee and left satisfied.
