We had a nice family meal, ver6 enjoyable

Had a wonderful meal ...the steak was cooked perfectly.... chips, mushrooms,onion rings,all the trimmings......only complaint was too much!!

Perhaps you're not supposed to like places like this, but we did. What makes it good are the comfy armchairs and relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is pretty OK too.

Dark and dirty with sticky floors and tabletops. Staff were surly and unfriendly. Not somewhere I could ever recommend unless you are a masochist

Will NEVER visit this apology for a tea room again! No welcome/non-atmosphere, had to request fresh water for my dog; tasteless toastie with no seasoning nor dressing for salad garnish plus a teapot
