The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in St Ann's Nottingham East Midlands

I have been drinking in the Poacher for all its 30 odd years, there is always a good selection of beers & the staff are friendly and talkative

This was our first visit as we don't live in Nottingham but it won't be our last. The staff are friendly and welcoming and we were spoilt for choice with the menu. We chose the chicken wraps with chips, mayo and a salad. What's special about that, you may ask but it certainly WAS. Every mouthful was absolutely delicious - perfect! It's also very fairly priced compared to other restaurants in the area.

They are so slow serving here. They need more staff.

Only been a couple of times but the staff always seem friendly and atmosphere is great plus the Christmas decorations are amazing 😍

40 minutes late when they were only four minutes down the road from me. For some reason the bread was really hard

Absolutely awful service. Beyond rude staff. The main server was the most impatient girl I feel I’ve ever come across. She got my order wrong, as I asked for an iced latte. I was given a hot one and let her know it was wrong. No apology, just a roll of the eyes. The barista was shouting at them all and she also definitely was the most patient of people. I was eventually served it in completely the wrong cup and then it was just plonked on the side. No acknowledgment towards me at all. I feel they need to employ staff that actually like people. Their current staff clearly don’t!

Mi crítica está en las fotos. Me quejé y respondieron y me bloquearon. Este lugar en teoría es muy bueno y tiene potencial. Si solo el llamado jefe / propietario tuviera personas, habilidades de gestión y servicio al cliente. Realmente nunca me quejo, pero cuando puedo ver a un gerente comportarse tan atrozmente, ¡no tengo otra opción! ¿Cuándo se darán cuenta estas personas de que los clientes son su medio de vida y que tal vez necesiten ser un poco más amables y profesionales para que la gente regrese?
