Subway in Nottingham

We came in to order a sub on the 4th Sept in the evening. The man who was serving us was really rude, no sense of customer service at all. He also didn’t stick to the portion of protein to be added, he gave us half of what usually gets added (we ordered a footlong subway) and was rushing to add our veggies and sauces, gave us no time to decide which was annoying. Even while paying, the member of staff (male) was acting very mean and did not even bother to attend to us properly. I’m very shocked with this form of service - it needs to be addressed. This makes me NOT want to buy subway ever again.

Was please with my visit here today, place needed clean down, tables dirty, food on floor, five members of staff in store and one serving. Price of subs also getting to expensive for value for money.

Tables were very dirty, two workers just stood around talking for 10 minutes. Kids came in with cinema cup took free drinks from soda machine and started throwing ice everywhere as the staff just watched. Very poor wouldn’t recommend

Went to this subway after saying I did not want peppers or onion she gave me both then took them off , she put sauce on after I said toast it , my second sandwich was a meatball footlong and I queried the meatballs left in the tub she said they put more than they need and then reheat it up for the next person , I challenged and said you can not reheat the pork she responded and said yes I can . While we was waiting another order was sat on the counter waiting to be finished off not good enough will not be returning to this sub way or at least the Nottingham corner house .

Waited over 10mins to be served. People's orders on the counter open without being wrapped up ready for collection. My daughter had a meatball ftlong and there was another meatball in the tray I questioned it and she said she had put one too many in so she would reuse it for the next order I explained it couldn't be reheated again and she said she could as she was preparing it. Staff had rubbish customer service. I asked for no peppers or onion and she picked up the peppers then put them back but continued to do my sandwich if that had of been my daughters then the meal would of had to be done again as she is allergic to peppers. The eating court was dirty tables hadn't been wiped. Won't be coming again

Ordered a meal deal, explained I was allergic to sweetcorn so when she put it on my sub instead of redoing it she picked the sweetcorn off, then they didn't give me my crisps or cookie. Terrible

Orders on Deliveroo are awful. Items constantly missing. Decided to give them another go in the hope things had improved but no! Ordered a tuna and cheese salad which came without any tuna and cheese whatsoever!!! They also consider a portion of olives and jalepenos to be 2 of each. That is not a portion.

Messy and hugely untidy. Two breads available of which one was stale.

We came to Subway bank holiday monday - the same day as the queens funeral. Not many places were open but Subway in cornerhouse was. That day Duy and Owen served me and Rebecca and Julia served my girlfriend. It wasn't that busy but i had noticed they were working hard and as a team to give us good service. The service was quick and the food tastes great - I have been to this subway a lot and that won't change anytime soon. Highly recommend if you want a quick bite that also tastes good.

Staff are so slow and you’re often stood in a relatively short queue for more than 15/20 minutes, regardless of how many people are actually in it. I write this as a family of four are currently being served. It’s taken the guy behind the counter near 15 minutes, and he hasn’t even taken the order of the final person yet. The staff will also often chat to each other whilst you’re trying to get served, and what makes it even worse is that no matter what time of the day I seem to go, they never have meatballs ready. Complete waste of time.

Absolutely shocking, terrible service and attitude.

Lovely staff and fairly good service. Located in The Cornerhouse which is at the heart of the food/cafe area. Toilets were shut and therefore we had to use another locations bathrooms. Seating is located upstairs, which has no disabled access so please keep this in mind. Not much seating, only 3 or 4 tables of 4.

Lovely Italian BLT, Double meat, double cheese on a cheese bread. Very delicious and tasty and would go back to this store alot better than another one I went to.

Clean and tidy. The steak and cheese foot long was epic. The cookies were moist and delicious. It was bang on.

Needs more love in the sandwich making thats the heart of it

never really review on negative experiences at a place but today was baffling. was served by someone today, they wore glasses worked wednesday (15th dec) shift around 7pm. the customer service my friends and i received was utterly appalling. they threw the food at us, not once did we hear a please or thank you, disrespectfully blunt language, seemed taken back by simple requests as sauces and cutlery and even treating their own colleague who seemed to be new or on training with a horrible attitude. i work in customer service myself and no matter what i’m going through or face, have i ever lashed out to a customer/s. i understand we all deal with pressure and stress differently however it’s customer service, you need to have the patience and understanding no matter what comes up. most likely never coming to this subway again. :/

Fui a comprarle un desayuno a un hombre sin hogar. Esperamos edades para ser atendidos. 3 miembros del personal que tienen una conversación personal. Me ignoró y continuó. El área de preparación de alimentos era asquerosa. Con un cubo de basura desbordante y trozos de tocino crudo esparcidos por el suelo. Vil. Y un peligro obvio para la salud.El hombre sin hogar merece algo mejor que esto, así que cruzó la calle hacia Caffe Nero y compró comida desde allí.

Very nice, it was very clean, had very good service and amazing experience overall. Would be nicer if the prices were a bit larger, but that is a very miniscule problem.

Sub was good, but service was unapologetically slow.

Not a bad option if you are looking for alternatives to McDonald's and Burguer King. The store is in a privileged place, nearby Cineworld, Nottingham City Centre. The downside was the choices between the types of bread. We really only had one option since the other breads were burned or unavailable. Aside from this, the meal was good and the place had several empty seats. If you enjoy Subway in general, you will find this store a good option.

Dirty tables and floor. Sloppy service. Staff talked among themselves rather than paying attention to customers. Made a huge mistake with my bill.

Tortilla is cold.. Staf is lost in thair duties... They don't know what basically they do.. Not mention about worst subway staff ever Ive seen. Not good at all.

Este fue el peor lugar que me he encontrado. El personal era miserable no es que yo pueda culparlos. Pidieron que se calentaran las vendas que estaban tibias. No comí. La mía se desanimó completamente por el estado absolutamente asqueroso de la zona de estar de arriba. Había comida por todo el suelo, las mesas estaban sucias. Mi compañero usó el inodoro y salió pálido y me dijo que no entrara. No volvería allí si mi vida dependiera de ello

Me impresionó mucho el conocimiento y la comprensión del personal de “vegan”: los guantes se cambiaron sin preguntar, se aclaró qué panes eran adecuados, etc. La hamburguesa vegana es muy sabrosa, como una pakora vegetal suave, y la salsa de ajo alioli es seriamente bueno! Excelente, franquicia bien administrada.

Fui a este lugar y me gustaría decir a los 57 años mi primera visita al metro. .El personal fue grosero, poco servicial e incluso se rió en nuestras caras frente a una tienda llena de gente.Intentamos pedir un subcomité que se anunciaba claramente en la ventana, pero aparentemente no hacemos esa oferta de comida. No lo anuncies entonces.Nos quejamos y recibimos un correo electrónico del gerente de la tienda múltiple que intentó ignorarlo diciendo que el personal lo lamentaba, no parecían sentirlo en el momento en que tenían una audiencia.El terrible servicio al cliente en todos los niveles nunca volverá a visitar el metro, hay mejores salidas rápidas que son útiles y rechazan al cliente.

there was no piddle paper roll in the wc so I had to use napkin that was slitty rough but it did the job as it got my last piddle drops that don't go in the bowl I flushed the napkin away I hope the bowl is not blocked now from people doing this the food was great through and I was so grateful you had your napkins as I really needed them to be there thank-you please fix wc paper problem sweet hearts x

Good quick service, good value for money can get busy around lunch times and waiting for a bit but usually not for long. Always deals and offers available and loyalty card service available too. Vegan and vegetarian options too wirh seating inside.

Sparse range of ingredients, especially the sauces. Staff were quite abrupt. Food was ok but pretty standard throughout Subways. Particularly enjoyed the pocket hash browns tho

Ordered two breakfast subs, both cheese and toasted. x1 bacon, egg and cheese & x1 Mega Melt Lets start with the mega melt. Made it fine. No problems at the moment. They then move onto the bacon, egg and cheese. They got the bread wrong, I didnt say anything. Maybe they misheard me. It then came out the toaster and had no bacon. Silly mistake. They then chucked the sub in the bin and said they'd do it again. They then realise they have no egg. No alternatives offered, not even an apology to say sorry. The missus has decided it's to difficult for them to do their job properly and has given up with no breakfast. 5 mins later I bite into my mega melt and its freezing cold!! You can imagine how happy I am about it. So we've spent time getting breakfast this morning, for neither of us to actually eat any breakfast. Rubbish way to start the day Im sure you'll agree. Ordered a kids pack, got the contents but no toy and charged me more for it.

Love the choices there are to put in your sandwich but the sandwiches need to be warmer as the heat doesn't get to the middle x

I visited on Sunday night, was rather quiet still there was a pile of trash covering all the plates counter on the first floor and floors were totally filthy and wet. That resulted in me falling on the floor and being all covered in filth! If you don't want to eat among piles of trash and break your ribs from falling on the slippery floor avoid this awful place!

Hay varios subterráneos en el centro de la ciudad de Nottingham, este no es el mejor. Creo que el que está cerca de Market Square es mejor, el personal se esfuerza en un lugar estrecho con personas que lo usan como un espacio para salir del cineworld, es un metro promedio

Having read recent reviews we came and were pleasantly surprised. The food was typical for a subway and service was good. Convenient for visit to Royal Centre.

Avoid this one. Despite it having a good location the service is terrible. Very slow and rude staff. Nothing more to say other than what a shame.

Como regla, amo el metro, es barato y asequible, y para alguien a dieta las ensaladas son increíbles. Así que cuando solicité mi tazón de ensalada habitual y me miraron sin comprender y luego me ignoraron mientras el servidor se preguntaba algo, estaba algo confundido. Cuando regresó para decirme que no podía hacer una ensaladera (podía ver los cuencos frente a ella, y había mucha ensalada, pero pensé que podría haber otra razón) elegí un sándwich. Sin embargo, luego procedió a decirle a su colega frente a mí "decir que no estamos haciendo ensaladas". . . a la hora de poner la ensalada en nuestros sandwiches, su colega procedió a rasgar el sándwich de mi pareja en tres secciones. Y, sinceramente, ahora no podía ser recogido, todo iba en el mismo lugar, así que tomó algunos cubiertos y no se preocupó demasiado. Cuando el servidor original puso mi ensalada me preguntaron simplemente "¿ensalada? "Todo el tiempo sin sonrisa o incluso con un toque de felicidad". Procedí a decirle y me quedé con un sándwich con aspecto muy simple. Cuando le dije la salsa que apenas ponía, así que pedí un poco más. A lo que ella le dio la espalda sin decir nada y sirvió a otro cliente dejando a su colega para completar mi transacción.Ninguno de los miembros del personal fue particularmente amable. Aprecio que hayan tenido un día difícil, o algo así, pero no he hecho nada para empeorar las cosas. Y no había pedido nada fuera de lo común. Pasamos caminando más tarde y los dos miembros del personal parecían estar igual de impresionados, honestamente arruinó mi cena y no volveré a comer en esta sucursal.

Not as friendly as other Subways I have visited as the Staff seemed very stressed and not very happy.

Fuimos allí para el almuerzo recientemente, y estuve muy contento con el servicio. Como de costumbre, el servicio fue muy rápido y la comida estuvo buenísima. La oferta del Día de San Valentín también fue muy agradable: una subventa gratuita de 6 pulgadas gratis fue agradable, aunque el servidor se olvidó de la oferta y trató de cobrarme el precio completo, lo cual fue un poco preocupante. En general, es un buen lugar para comer.

No parece mucho lo que puedes decir sobre un metro que no podrías decir sobre los otros 70, 000, 000, 000 de ellos en el país, pero intentaré.

This is what i call a steak sandwich all i have is bread veggie and salat very disappointed. More meat will be great ,please look what they put in your bread before you pay .

Very rude person Anita served us, asked for a footlong. Mentioned we need 4 sauces on our subway and then she tells her it's only 3 sauces maximum it's a rule. I've been going subway since years. If that's the case why not allow 3 toppings only and why more than 3 as according to her if subway has 12 sauces then we can't have more than 3, then told me she will inform the bouncer if I don't leave the premises what a shameful experience. Anita has a colour issue I reckon, absolutely pathetic and made me feel pathetic as soon as I left, especially telling me to ask the bouncers how many sauces I can have on my subway footlong.

Not the best subway I've been in. Had to ask for more grated cheese on a salad as the portion given was a joke. Also on a sub asked for sweetcorn & cucumber and I'm sure they thought there was a national shortage. Asking for more they did add it on but you shouldn't need to ask. Quick easy food though it did taste fresh

This subway gets a lot of custom so the food is always fresh You get served very quickly and a take away tea is only 79p which we often take into the cinema. Bargain

Vine a esta tienda 19 / 4 / 2014 me sirvió el supevisor. Mi pan estaba hard rock me quejé y pregunté por mi dinero, me negué. El supervisor estaba gritando en mí y fue muy desagradable, la verdad. Me dijo otro colega para ir a la tienda king street y hablar con el gerente. Él no estaba allí, pero el supervisor en esa tienda fue muy servicial se disculpó y dio un reembolso. Jamás podré comer en la casa de la esquina del metro de nuevo! El supervisor se beneficiaría de haciendo un curso de relaciones con el cliente.

Llegó aquí antes de ir al cine, todo el personal hablaba poco inglés y era difícil de entender. Tuvimos que esperar un buen rato para ser servido y luego cuando fuimos, el personal era corto y agudo. Incluso discutir con mi amigo cuando ella cuestionó un precio para una oferta diaria. Esta tienda da un mal nombre a la empresa. No te molestes en ir aquí

As a lover of subway I can honestly say this is the worst I have ever been too. I work near this one so often visit it on my break. They never have half the breads I ask for always ran out of certain fillings and once didn't even have lettuce. The staff are so rude, don't interact with customers at all and obviously don't want to be there customer service at its worst!

Very small subway with only a small eating area upstairs. The waiting line is a bit of a squash and there isn't much room to work with. I recommend that subway customers walk down into the market square , 5 minutes away, and eat at the subway there.

A unidade da rede é bem pequena e apertada, com poucos lugares para sentar e comer no local. Bom para comprar lanche para levar.

I went to this Subway and I ordered a Big Beef melt and the person before me had the Spicy Italian. The Workers didn't change their gloves so I had to to eat some Spicy meat that I didn't ask for

after meeting a few friends in town I needed something quick prior to getting my bus home. whilst in the queue I realised that the staff where thinking it funny to swear in different languages at unsuspecting public. having lived in spain for 3 years I advised the staff member that what he was saying wasn't very nice. I was shocked to see that not only did he not stop but continued to add to his tally. whilst the manager was half laughing half telling him to stop he continued. I have written to the head office but never received a reply - not been there since and will not return
