We had delivery via just eat. Called 100 mins after order as hadn't arrived, and was almost 2 hours b4 it finally got to us, & when it did what should have been a feraro Roche sundae was instead vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and gooey caramel which makes me feel sick. I called and they said they would send the correct one...now 2 hours later not only has nothing arrived, but they are now ignoring my calls and eventually hanging up on me. Not only terrible customer service, but blatantly rude. We all have bad days at work but I'd have forgiven the ridiculous wait if it hadn't been followed by a proverbial slap in the face.

Party of 12 , alarm bells rang when the waiter said we will only take starter orders for now as to not overwhelm the kitchen , of the 7 who had starters ,1 had to wait 20 minutes for theirs to arrive.On to the mains, 3 burgers were undercooked (pink) and then took a further 40 mins for the replacement burgers to arrive , although a free drink was given to the 3 members who had the issue , nothing was taken off the final bill which was very overpriced with regards to quantity and quality

Long Eaton Costa is always spotlessly clean and the service is friendly and quick. And they make a great flat white.

It was our second visit. The place is very accommodating. I love the decor too. I wish they had a slightly bigger menu, but their flatbread pizzas were ok.

Hygiene level poor, staff miserable, food well i have eaten at subway for years and this branch is the pits. Dirty and well the sub was CRAP. my advice forget it dont visit here. No gloves touching there hair and then your food. Looking at there job reviews i can see why not staffs fault looks like its the managements fault. Waste of £8. If i could give it no stars i would just look at other reviews on google.
