We had delivery via just eat. Called 100 mins after order as hadn't arrived, and was almost 2 hours b4 it finally got to us, & when it did what should have been a feraro Roche sundae was instead vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and gooey caramel which makes me feel sick. I called and they said they would send the correct one...now 2 hours later not only has nothing arrived, but they are now ignoring my calls and eventually hanging up on me. Not only terrible customer service, but blatantly rude. We all have bad days at work but I'd have forgiven the ridiculous wait if it hadn't been followed by a proverbial slap in the face.

Waited 100 minutes for a sundae and thry sent the wrong one with caramal which i cant stand. I called the restaraunt they said they would send the cotrect one.....another hour and 30 minutes later they are not answering the phone then putting it down

waited over and hour some deserts didn't even come and the ones that did come where awful like they'd been sat out for hours

I went in and ordered a Kinder breno milkshake only to get home and find it's full of bits of Ferrero roche so I just had loads of little nuts in it plus because they poured in so much chocolate syup that's all I could taste I don't even think there was any kinder breno in it snd i poured the whole thing away won't be going back there I will go to the one couple of shops up in the chip shop in future

Delivery was lovely driver was friendly, the desserts however, the stuffed cookie smelt burnt, and the create your own cookie was awful, strawberries missing and the whole look of it looked as tho it was made by a toddler in a hurry, the milkshakes weren't anything special the whole order wasn't even worth a £10 never mind nearly £30

Good food but whenever I place an order a staff member tells me it will be 10 minutes no matter how small or big my order is. I turn up 10 minutes later not even started, I started turning up 20 mins later and still have to wait at least 10 more minutes in the shop 😳 I can’t win lol 🤷‍♀️

not great, the ice cream was like ice and not fresh. had to throw away. donuts we're okay, however, just standard donuts with sprinkles on and no filling. pretty basic and wouldn't order again mainly due to the ice cream. big shame tbh. shouldn't freeze ice cream until it's as heavy as a brick and sell for top end prices.

Absolutely beautiful! The waffles, shakes and doughnuts are out of this world! Definitely worth the travel, super attentive staff awesome environment, HUGE portions seriously couldn’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be visiting again!

food was great but it was delivered in one bag, three drinks, all spilled into the bottom on the carrier bag, losing the whipped cream and the top of the drinks the packaging of the desserts was also wet from the spilt drinks,

Ordered 2 waffles. Delivery time was ridiculous, approximately 1 hour to cook and deliver despite being 2 miles down the road. Not worth the long waiting time. Will not be buying from here again especially since the waffles were quite soggy upon arrival and ice cream near melting. £17.20 for 2 waffles, an hour wait, soggy waffles. Thank you.

i’ve ordered from here for the past three years but today was an absolute joke,my partner order a ferrero cookie dough,he had one ball on it and the rest was just sauce,i had a white chocolate cookie dough and it’s half of the size then normal with 7 tiny milky way buttons,this is the worse it’s ever been and won’t be going back!

Delivered within the given time, especially when the England/ Scotland football match was on. Large portions, value for money.

The waffle was OVERCOOKED and hidden behind lashings of Nutella sauce! Tasted horrid! Called them back 7 times until they answered the phone and they remade it again, my partner went all the way to collect again and this time it was edible but still VERY browny/burnt & strawberries were just dipped in Nutella nothing special. Will NOT be wasting my money here again.

Cookie was ok, a little dry… crepe wasn’t to good, felt like I was eating ready made crepes out the packet… milkshake was binned due to a funny smell, either the cream or milk used was off.

Desserts were burnt. Such a shame as we love this dessert place!

The churros were amazing 🥰 My partner said the cookie dough was really nice and the raspberry ripple gelato was gorgeous. I had the chocolate fudge cake and it was so delicious I definitely would recommend to anyone. Also delivery was very quick.

I've ordered from here at least once a month from when they first opened! Me and my husband and daughters enjoy the lovely desserts. I've never had a issue with delivery or the order. Always been very nice wrapped well, as described! Highly recommend if you're after a yummy dessert. Affordable too.

Bought food from a different resturant for 6:30pm then ordered from here to arrive at 7:30pm to give us time to eat. Our other food arrived on time then our desserts 5 minutes later. Had to put it in the fridge and eat our food a lot quicker then i was expecting. The desserts were melting by the time we got to it which wouldn't have happened if it arrived on time. I'm aware it is xmas eve but an hour early is VERY early.

I have ordered a few times from these guys and they are usually okay, but my order today was a joke. I ordered a ferrero rocher waffle. As described on their website: "Chunky ferrero rocher PIECES drizzled with lashings of Nutella spread." This is what was received(please see the picture) A ferrero rocher waffle with one ferrero rocher stuck in the middle drowned by a sea of Nutella spread. Very unhappy with my order. Absolutely no effort went in to my order. COMPLETELY POOR STANDARD.

Customer service top tier and the food was incredible!

The order came all messed up. The peanut stacked was already in the custard so it was all moist and looked like slush. Looked unappealing and I’m definitely not satisfied with the order.

Wasn't ready in the 15 minute time frame. Gooey Nutella cookie, hardly any Nutella and rock solid not at all gooey. Apple crumble is just like one you would buy from a supermarket and microwave cook. Ordered multiple times before and I'll definetly be ordering again. Every single time I order the food is increadible and often arrives early.

The food arrived stone cold and the brownie was solid, wouldn’t order again.

Can't reccommend enough! It is an absolutely amazing place with gorgeous desserts at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and it's local so a big bonus. I Loved the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake and the Cornflake Tart the most. My daughters love the milkshakes and the Ferrero Rocher waffles (a great rating from them too!)

Lovely dessert. The order was incorrect but we weren’t bothered at all, mistakes happen. But 30 minutes later they brought the correct order round free of charge. We hadn’t even complained. Very happy with service & you really didn’t need to, but well done for doing everything you could to rectify the issue. Very good management.

Sweet just like their desserts! Ran out of Cola, so nipped to the shop on the way to get replacement cans and gave us the difference back. All that and really quick delivery too! Brownie was to die for, definitely recommend!

Had to call the restaurant at 21:38 to see where the food was to be told there was a problem but a fresh order was leaving the shop as I was on the phone (it’s a 3 minute drive) to then receive the food at 22:03 and it be cold!!

The crepe & waffle were very nice and the milkshakes were labelled which some dessert places don’t do. The only issue we had was the Milky Way cookie we think only getting one small cookie for £3.30 is a bit of a joke really. Apart from that everything else was lovely and will more than likely order again.
