The best restaurants serving Mexican food in Anderston / City Glasgow City Glasgow and Surrounding

No availability for walk Ins at 4pm on a Sunday poor planning. Blunt staff member simply told us no tables while restaurant was more than half empty ridiculous.

Absolutely loved our visit to Rafa's. Got a variety of tacos and a burrito all of which was wonderful.

Absolutely Devine tacos, and fast service. I was absolutely blown away by how nice and simple the tacos were, only a few choices but they were Devine. No fuss, no muss. Great great tacos.

Ordered takeaway from the Glasgow Hope Street branch last night. Not as we expected. Incomplete order, didn't receive churros and the nachos we ordered were tiny, no toppings and hadn't even had the cheese melted, nothing like the photos. The burritos were cold and missing half the filling. £30 wasted :(

Delicious food with very decent portions. Might not be the best choice for larger groups. Only 2h for a table of 11 guests. Slightly tight space and the dishes all came out in diffrent times. Some guest finished their dishes before the rest of the table was served.

Food was stone cold and completely tasteless, portions are nothing like the photos. Really disappointed, £45 spent for it to all go straight in the bin

Great atmosphere and music but nah. Everything was tasty but not warm at all. Portions were a bit skimpy and don't think staff could be bothered.

The staff were so friendly and informative. J particular we mention one girl, it was her birthday 25/1 and she is from Columbia, didn't get her name. Fantastic attention from her, great conversation and knew the menu - excellent advice from her re choices. The food was so fresh and every dish was so well presented.

It could do a one alternative music as it does have an excellent pa system. Jools

Hace poco recogimos dos burritos de aquí de regreso del mercado de Navidad, y desafortunadamente, fue una experiencia decepcionante. Los burritos eran mucho más caros que cualquier cosa que teníamos en el mercado, pero ni de lejos tan agradable. Ambos burritos estaban mal calentados – piedra fría por un lado y apenas caliente por el otro. Como una familia que disfruta de la comida mexicana regularmente, honestamente puedo decir que esta fue una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido. Me ha dejado un poco preocupado por el envoltorio que se sirve frío y el riesgo de intoxicación alimentaria. Mi esposa pidió el chile burrito vegetariano, pero ni siquiera pudimos ver chile en él. En general, no era lo que esperábamos, y no volveríamos aquí.

Nos enteramos por primera vez de Taco Mazama la semana pasada y pensamos que lo intentaríamos. Fuimos el domingo 5 de enero. Como decía, abre a las 11 de la mañana. Llegamos a las once, pero nos dijeron que estaba abierto, pero el personal nos dijo que no íbamos a servir hasta las once y media. No se dio ninguna razón. No estaba contento con esto, así que comimos en otro lugar. No volveremos a visitar de nuevo!
