Called for a meal before seeing a show at Cast. Seated straight away and drinks served while we viewed menu. Meal was delicious and arrived pretty quickly. Staff was lovely, polite and attentive. We ordered a pulled pork salad bowl, Mexican chicken salad bowl, big chief, beer battered onion rings, cheese garlic bread and potato skins.

I’m sure it was good when it was open. Mid September it appears to be closed.

My ground beef burrito was delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Very convenient to the train station.

We thought we’d order from somewhere new, we used uber eats and it was past the delivery time. So I called the restaurant, the member of staff I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful and straight away checked with the kitchen if my order had left. They confirmed it had and would be with me soon. Within 5 minuets of the call my order was indeed delivered. All in all my order was due between 8:25-8:45 and it came round 9pm. But all was forgiven when the food came because oh my goodness, it was unreal we had the Caesar salad, fajita, burrito, chips & nachos. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. I’m so glad we tried it as I will be ordering again!

We stopped at the newley opened cafe rio There are only open for take a way Due to corona virus It was nice to sit outside in the sunshine We was served by Jackie the owner She is very friendly and helpful Are food was yummy And I will be going back next time I'm in brighouse. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and were blown away by how amazing the staff are. Our ticket got lost on its way to the kitchen meaning we were waiting a long time, but once we raised this to the staff they rushed our order and gave us some drinks on the house which was very generous of them. We had the strawberry and watermelon cocktails and thought they were gorgeous! We ordered chicken tacos, fish tacos, corn ribs and some tortilla chips and dips. Everything was super fresh and delicious- our favourite dish was most definitely the fish tacos. We found this to be enough food between the two of us. This restaurant has a lovely vibe and we are keen to come back a bit later on to enjoy the music.

Disappointed with the experience. The most glaring issue was that the food was served cold. I had ordered a burrito and some tacos, expecting them to be hot and flavorful, but they arrived at my table barely warm. This significantly affected the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the staff were surprisingly rude. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The person taking my order seemed impatient and uninterested in answering my questions about the menu. When I politely mentioned that my food was cold, the response was dismissive and lacked any effort to rectify the situation.

The staff are rather slow, we waited a while to be served even though we were stood about a metre away from then. However, the food is absolutely to die for.

FIRST TIME TO WAKEFIELD Amazing, we were taken downstairs to the exclusive Ico bar in restaurant. Jake the barman was fantastic, informative, conscientious and friendly not sure what else he vould do to be perfect. Thanks Jake for you time and effort. Thanks to Tom for the blend of rhubarb cocktail invention (as per Jake's mention) well done all!
