The best place to eat in Driffield! The food is really delicious. The ribs are amazing and plentiful. Natchos fabulous too. In fact, everything we've tried has been delicious. The cocktails are the best in Driffield. Properly made and mixed cocktails not ready made ones! The guy who makes them is an excellent mixologist. The staff are excellent too, friendly and attentive and happy. Prices are very fair. Also I have to say, it's so clean too, absolutely sparkling and spotless. It's our go to place to eat now.

Lovely evening. First visit to this restaurant and wasn’t disappointed. Lovely service , great food . Only negative no disabled toilet as I am disabled but great visit and we will be back soon.

We order Eldorado’s for collection when visiting family in the area. The food is always tasty, with portion sizes always being generous. This is a great place to try if you are fancying a Mexican meal.

Lovely Tex Mex style food, nice looking place and good service. Seems to be a few decent food options in Driffield but glad we chose this restaurant for our visit. I can recommend the chilli con carne chimichanga

It’s Sunday evening and we are the only customers in the place. No sweet corn and no onion rings available. It’s a tex mex ffs. There is a Tesco, an Iceland and a Lidl all within 100 yards. Go and buy some if you’re running out!!! It’s not rocket science!!! No draught beer. You can buy bottled but it’s much more expensive. Any reduction because you have no draught? No!!! Complete couldn’t be bothered attitude and couldn’t care less whether you like it or not. Thanks for nothing El Dorado. We won’t be coming back.

One of our first times out together after lockdown, absolutely amazing food and service, booked through the Facebook page which was simple and easy to do, food was excellent and service couldn’t have been better, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do more for us, restaurant is very clean and they are adhering to all the restrictions in place and are doing so well as it can’t be easy. One of the best places in Driffield to eat out thank you for having us x

Ordered a takeaway in advance and had to wait for 15 minutes after the time, but not major problem. The food was average, but don't order the Chilli Poppers as there is no Jalapeno Pepper in it as stated on the menu, it is just breadcrumb coated cream cheese. Overall not good value for money.

We ordered our takeaway meal after a long absence and were blown away by the promptness of service, quality of food and presentation. Delicious.Only one comment from those of stronger constitution, they would like the hot dishes to be even hotter in a culinary sense, they could probably just have asked? We will be back.

Ordered our takeaway for collection at 6pm , collected it bang on 6pm, good staff, great food and very good value for money. Faultless

Valentine's Day Disaster. Food ordered at 18:33. (Initial) Estimated delivery time: 19:45. 1hr 15mins after ordering - No delivery yet. Called restaurant to check on the order - we were told that there was an additional £3 delivery charge to the £2 already paid. No problem. Then told it would be another 40 minutes to delivery. Girl on the phone is very polite and apologetic, but there's nothing she can do. 2hr 15mins after ordering - Still no delivery. Called again to check order. This time we are told that the food is ready to deliver, but no delivery driver. Will be another 30mins. Again, more apologies and they'll send some of our £40 payment back to compensate our food going dry under a heatlamp for more time. 2hr 45mins after Ordering - Food is an abstract concept at this point. Tried to call the restaurant at least a dozen times to cancel order and request a refund. They will no longer answer the phones. 3hr 20mins after Ordering - A humble delivery driver appears over the horizon. He hands us a bag of dry (but somehow hot) steak & chicken as well as nachos which have been obliterated by the journey. Also £6 in an envelope with 'I'm so very sorry' emblazoned on it. At least the saga has come to a close. Final Delivery Time: 21:52 If we'd known the wait would be this long, we would have hand-reared and slaughtered the beef ourselves. We want a refund.

Ordered a take away and was told it would be 1 hour, turned up after 1 hour, had to wait another hour!! Then got home and they had missed a main meal off!! What a shambles, the food we got wasn’t bad, but the staff don’t seem to be interested in customer satisfaction and they haven’t even offered to refund the missing meal. Shambles, be surprised if they are in business for long!!!!!!

Wow! Just has the most delicious tasting, beautifully presented takeaway delivered. Rapid service as well! I cannot recommend enough! Just what Driffield needs, keep up the amazing service guys! (Can’t take a photo as I’ve eaten it!! Too delicious to was it!!)

Been here a few times before and it's always been perfect. Great quality of food and drink, always plenty to choose from on the menu. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Also great for children with toy box, high chairs and children's menu.

My new favourite place in town to eat.. been for the past 3 weekends in a row now, once as a takeaway. Every time was excellent. Great menu choice, happy friendly staff, and great prices. Visited here in 2015 and wasn’t too impressed with the lack of sour cream, guacamole and salsa. We thought we would give it another go. We had chimichanga again which was ok but the lack of sauces hadn’t improved. Won’t be rushing back.

El Dorado's delevered a takeaway to us tonight. Not only did the helpful driver go above and beyond to find our difficult-to-find house, but we had the most delicious burrito and fajita ever! Brilliant. Thank you.

Wasn't so impressed when the same operation was based in Bridlington...but that was a while back. We booked as a family of four and food and drink were very good and reasonably priced. The prawns were really good, served fresh and not over-cooked. We will return..and yes the 25pc off deal is really great value.

This was my first time eating here although I have been in when my family was here. Thought I would have a glass of wine while they finished their meal. The house wine was shockingly bad. In my opinion, think it been opened for a few days and was off . Unfortunately they only did other wines by the bottle. Bit put out.

We ordered a delivery a few miles from Driffield and the food was delivered piping hot with a friendly smile. It tasted delicious. Highly Recommended.

Ordered a takeaway whilst stopping nearby at a B&B.; The two meals came after about one hour which was good for the distance involved. They were hot and very very tasty. Recommended

A great place to eat. We came here as a group of 4 and all enjoyed our meals. We started off with nachos to share, this dish is for two but it was big enough for all four of us.

My eldest son booked this as a surprise for me, while my husband and youngest kept the secret for over a week. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. Drinks orders taken, we were given time to peruse the menu and select our dishes. We opted for the prawn sharer and ribs and wings combo, followed by sizzling fajitas, the 3 amigos, mexene chicken escalope and the cheese and bacon burger with onion rings and coleslaw. Cooked to order, this was not rushed and worth the wait. Definitely worth a visit and will be back again. Also popular for takeaway as loads went out while we were there. No photos, sorry was too hungry!!

This gem of a restaurant never fails to impress. Today I went for my usual, “The three amigos”, which was up to its usual high standard. Lovely fresh salad and rice. My wife’s Chilli was great, again with a lovely fresh side salad. The food really is great. However I am also really impressed at the cleanliness of the place, always very clean. Then there are the freindly staff, who always have a smile on their face and provide excellent attentive service. Whether it be a cosy night out with the wife, or a special event with the kids, this is a great place to dine in Driffield.

The food here is out of this world! Generous portions and a massive variety of dishes cooked just as you like, but beware, if you're not a big eater, you won't be able to finish a starter and a main course.

Had the take aways and two eat ins and all were faultless. Great food in large proportions, lovely genuine attentive staff and a great atmosphere. Clean facilities, easily the best place to eat in Driffield.

A group of 8 of us went for dinner a couple of nights ago and all had a great evening. Everyone enjoyed their food which was freshly prepared. I always love a chimichanga at a Mexican restaurant and this didn't disappoint.

Fue magnífica, el "plato de mariscos" Mayas Crepitante es increíble. Tuve la última vez que cenamos en El Dorado, tenía que tener de nuevo. Ahora puede utilizar una aplicación llamada "hambre" de hacer llamadas de un pedido sin costo tarjeta para pagar. Genial como siempre, y esta vez en casa entregado.

Aparentemente REAL FRESCA jalapeños arruinar sus famosos Nachos y ser demasiado caliente para sus clientes habituales (MRE, saca las semillas luego) así que sirven ellos procesada de tarro! Con el guacamole ¡Simarlarly ! Una vista fresca ot aguacate In y admitidos a utilizando el bebé foodesque gloop de una botella de squeezy. Hola! Es un restaurante de comida mexicana? Salsa y guacamole son tan fáciles de hacer y el sabor tan bueno cuando hecha he crema agria desde una bañera puedo perdonar. Chile con carne y pollo Mexicano fue tan suave que sosa y sin sabor. Marinar, SIMMER, DARLE TIEMPO y amor. La comida estaba preparada y luego comprobar dejando el decir lugares ponerla en frío en la comida o cuento de ampollas de calor que en realidad quemada la cima de uno de nuestros partidos RONG DE BOCA CALIENTE! Podría seguir, pero se obtiene el jist. Este es vago para cocinar en su peor que puedes hacer en casa por una fracción del precio! Cuando he probado la comida del restaurante mexicano propiamente dicho (sabes, los únicos que hacen que el guacamole in enfrente si) te darás cuenta de esto es comida mexicana falsa! My husband treated us to a rare couples night out on Valentine's day. They offered a 3course deal for under £20 and we took advantage to try their menu. Nachos with salsa, sour cream and guacamole came first, followed by chicken chimichanga and enchiladas with dirty rice and salad, followed by profiteroles to share. Lovely staff, good food, decent portions, nice clean restaurant. Will be back again.

We had a great meal this weekend. We contacted the restaurant via Facebook and the staff were very responsive in getting back to us and answering our questions.Our son fancied a Mexican meal for his birthday and we found El Dorado's on the internet. We were the first ones to arrive on a Sunday tea time - we took advantage of the 'early bird' offer. On arrival, we were very happy to see that the staff had took the time to decorate the table with glitter confetti and the wall with balloons and a birthday banner - this was a lovely surprise.We ordered 3 sharing platter starters which were fantastic, the chicken wings were so succulent. We ordered main meals of burger, steak, chimichanga, fried chicken. We were so amazed with the quality and quantity. The food is a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. We couldn't eat it all and the staff gladly gave us 'doggy bags' to take home. The staff were amazing, so polite and couldn't do enough for us.All in all a lovely meal and although it is a little far from us to just 'pop in', we will certainly make the effort to return.

So there was 10 of us and we didn't have starters so there was a wait on food but that's fine. It was fresh and super tasty. The fish was fresh and steaks are juicy. Staff are incredibly polite and a free cocktail for the birthday girl, winning! The cocktails were spot on and 2 for £8 what's not to love. Great balance of sweet and sour with good quality booze. The only thing I think needs a bit of flavour injection is the rice. It was slightly dry and not seasoned enough for spicy rice and the large fish sizzler was slightly over cooked but can be forgiven as there were 9 other dishes to prep at the same time too. But other than that, a great night. :)

We've eaten here a few times now and we are always impressed with the food and the staff. The food is delicious with great portions. The veggie enchiladas are fantastic as are the fajitas and the Cajun chicken breasts.The staff are all very friendly and keen to help, but not in your face at all. The house red is very good too!

Had a lovely meal, food was nice and plentiful - staff were attentive and we had a nice dining experience however, I was very ill with vomiting and diorehha a couple of hours later and into the next day which I believe was triggered by the meal. So sadly we won't be returning

My partner and I were in town looking for something to eat, and saw el dorado in the car park we stopped in. As soon as we stepped through the door the waiter was very friendly and helpful, as was the lady behind the bar. Between the 2 of them they set us up with a high chair for our 1 year old, and also a toy to occupy her and of course the customary baby affection that everyone gives a baby! our order for drinks was very quick, and the food didn't hang about either, both were also very good, the chimichangas are brilliant, and plenty of it. highly recommend to anyone in the area. we will certainly stop in if we are in the area again.

I and a friend visited El Dorado’s for the first time the other night. The food was great and the portions were generously large. The staff where great and we had great time we shall defiantly be going there again.

Great place to eat, the food was excellent and certainly had value for money, couldn't eat it all so had a few items wrapped up to take away.

If you like Mexican Food this is a great place to go. Nicely presented, very tasty, and generous portions. Do note...if you like your Mexican food hot suggest you order "medium" and get extra hot sauce on the side. I love hot and spicey but asked the server how "hot" the "hot" is...she said 9/10. I opted for medium with hot sauce on the side...I didn't really need the hot sauce.

Have been here before for Chicken Wings, which I have to admit, although messy, are some of the best I have tasted in the UK.My wife had Cajun Salmon, which she thought was quite good, but came with a salad that appeared to not have any dressing. She asked for dressing (oil and vinegar?) but we were charged 75p for it. Why this and other establishments, who seem reluctant to dress salads, can't just put a dish of dressing on the side (without charge) is beyond me. In future, when I want Wings, I will order them to taka away.

Went here for the first time on Saturday with my wife and another couple. We were not sure what to expect but as soon as we arrived we got a good feeling from the attentive staff. They took our drinks order and brought them promptly but then allowed us to take our time browsing the menu. After ordering the food took the amount of time fleshly cooked food takes and it was all very good. One of us is a vegetarian who does not like spicy food and another likes very hot spicy food. All our tastes were catered for and the portions were large. All in all very good and will be back soon either to dine in or for a takeaway.

Not having been before we decided to order a takeaway and messaged the restaurant through their Facebook page to enquire about delivery as we live a few miles out of town,a few minutes later I received a message back saying yes they do,so we ordered and within a few minutes and a few messages later all was done! half an hour later we were delivered our order with a nice friendly driver,all in all a great service,easy ordering,fab food and fast friendly delivery,we'll definitely be using them again!

This immaculately clean restaurant is serving up beautifully presented food and deserves to do well. At first glance the menu appears pricy but the portions are generous and beautifully presented, and takeaways are 20% less than the list price. We went for the latter as a first time meal and were very impressed with the classy packaging and the way in which each item was carefully placed in the container to make it attractive to the eye. A pleasant change from some establishments which serve up dollops of brownish gloop in inadequate boxes. Service was professional and friendly and a sensible touch was to serve "hot" dishes mild which could be seasoned to taste. The accompanying sauces were a bit stingy but I am sure that too could be rectified on request.

The food is fantastic and you can not knock the food. Good sized portion and had to take the rest home to have later I was that full. Shared a starter but the chimichanga was too much. However it was delicious. To make it a 5 star for me they need the restaurant to have an atmosphere. We did go for 930 however this place should be full until the end in my opinion. Great food, need a better atmosphere and good priced food

The portions are huge! I could happily just have a main course. The food is very good indeed. It is good value for money.

Wide choice of food which was great for those in the group that don't like spicy food, staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. This is the third time I have been and the food yet again was delicious. Most of our party hadn't been before but were so impressed they will definitely be going back. The 25% off food and drink ordered before 6pm was a real bonus too as was being surprised by a fab baby shower cake complete with sparklers. Thank you for lovely evening.

This restaurant is a fantastic addition to Driffield, the food is first class, a very clean and comfortable setting, the staff are really nice and very pleasant, have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed, well cooked and good portion sizes. Some of the best ribs and bbq chicken we have ever tasted, very reasonably priced, keep up the good work.

As others have said, this super Tex Mex is just what Driffield has needed for a while.We went early to take advantage of the 25% discount if ordered before 6.00pm and were not disappointed. We had what we think was traditional Mexican (Enchilada and Burrito) and they were both excellent and there was plenty on the plates.The menu is extensive and includes steaks, burgers, ribs and several fish dishes. There’s also a good list of wines and beers. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we were deciding what to order.Even at full prices the restaurant provides good value for money.

Had heard good reviews from friends before visiting, but the food was much better than expected. The portion sizes were huge and everything tasted great! The service was also good considering we had a large party, food didn't take long to come at all and the girl that served us all was very attentive. Second time to El Doradosos, went on christmas eve, with the missus and our 10 year old. Food was very good, service was quick and the girls waitressing were very polite and attentive, and nothing was a problem, even when our boy invented is own cocktail. Classic and authentic mexican food. A great addition and convenient place to eat in Driffield

By far the most appauling food i have ever tasted...... Hayride is 5* compared to this! £6.95 for 15 nacho's ...... Wow! Food was microwaved. Save your money and buy old el passo!!!

Quite simply the best restaurant in the town. The quality of the food is outstanding, the portion sizes substantial, reasonable prices, attentive service and an extensive menu to suit all tastes. I have eaten here on two occasions and had take away twice and have never been disappointed. Truly an asset to Driffield. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Visited for an early bird meal with the girls from work. Lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable, food portions were very good, food looked well presented and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and pleasant without being in your face. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and definitely going back next week for husbands birthday meal. Good value and highly recommended !

Got a takeaway for 3 from El Dorado's. Fantastic food, good portion size! The Tex Mex meat platter was superb! Order time was what you'd expect, picked up a menu so I can order ahead next time as the online menu wasn't the easiest to view.

It is a unique restaurant, very authentic. Me and my family came here looking for a night out. I heard rumors claming that it is a very nice place with good food. And I can now tell you off first-hand that that is true. The staff are very nice, very fast service. We decided to take advantage of the "early bird" discount, saving us a plethora of money. They have complementry sombreos, a large choice of food and drink. (I was surprised the drinks menu would be that big.) Overall, if your looking for a fun night out, or something to stuff you with food, this is the place to go.

We have been before and every time the meal and service was perfect. Went yesterday with friends (their first visit) and they really enjoyed it also. Superb food, excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit......very soon I think. Visited with my wife and two children, very friendly staff, the steaks that me and my wife and I had were superb and perfectly cooked. The kids had fajitas and enchiladas and they both finished their ample plates.

Been here twice no once as a party of 12 and once as a couple. Food is absolutely great. None had a single fault. Wait not to long and all arrived together. Great prices most recently had a sharer starter, a cocktail, a main and a pudding between the two of us and came to about £20 each so really good value. Portions are a good size we were both stuffed will be back soon

It's really nice to have a Mexican restaurant in Driffield, and our meal was delicious! We had really tasty Mexican dishes, and I liked how you could choose the strength of spice from mild to extra spicy. Great selection of drinks as well. Only downside was after the amazing starters and mains, the brownie for dessert was disappointing as it wasn't homemade and wasn't very nice (and I rarely have anything bad to say about chocolate!) Excellent food and the staff were so friendly would highly recommend. I had the cajun mixed meat skillet and the steak was perfect and cooked so well.

10 of us visited for my birthday. The staff were fabulous, can't fault them. They even brought out a selection of toys to amuse my 5 month old. The food was tasty and the portion sizes were larger than expected. More of a cafe style setting but well worth a visit.
