Good experience overall, didn't realise it's a members bar after 10pm. Strange to see doorman turning people away calling it a members bar as we were leaving. Google says open til 3am. Not sure the lads (not English) knew what they did wrong. I was unsure myself so couldn't help.

Disappointed with the experience. The most glaring issue was that the food was served cold. I had ordered a burrito and some tacos, expecting them to be hot and flavorful, but they arrived at my table barely warm. This significantly affected the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the staff were surprisingly rude. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The person taking my order seemed impatient and uninterested in answering my questions about the menu. When I politely mentioned that my food was cold, the response was dismissive and lacked any effort to rectify the situation.

The staff are rather slow, we waited a while to be served even though we were stood about a metre away from then. However, the food is absolutely to die for.

This was my first experience of a bottomless brunch and hopefully will be my last. Upon arrival we were informed that due to the nice weather, they had been very busy with walk-ins and we're fully booked. Oddly, though, most of the tables were empty and remained so throughout our two hour slot. For a little under £40 we had the option of one course from the brunch menu and supposedly unlimited cocktails from the classics section of the drinks menu. As a vegetarian, the options for food were ok but limited and 80% of the menu involved eggs as the main ingredient. We were told that unfortunately, due to the unprecedented numbers of walk in guests, they had run out of eggs and so our option was only the burrito. This was disappointing and what arrived was even more so. These were not burritos, but basic wraps, filled with a small amount of chilli/chicken/lamb etc but no rice, cheese, guacamole. Nothing. One of our party asked for an amaretto sour but was warned there was no egg for the foam. The sour did appear (they found a box with three eggs in) and it was ok, the other cocktails were also fine but took a long time to arrive as the small amount of staff were constantly running around doing multiple jobs and turning away potential walk-in customers. Overall I felt there was absolutely no value for money and we were maid to feel like an inconvenience. I do understand that things run out but when such a huge part of your menu is made up of egg dishes, running out of then means no choice. There were other issues involving running out of ingredients which were too numerous to mention and overall it just felt like a bit of a let down. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return. The management needs to look after their staff better and not leave them having the same awkward conversations with customers when things run out.

Food is generally good, although they do sometimes mix orders resulting in literally a 'mixed bag' of food. Where this place let's it down is service, there seems to be nobody who is in charge and the staff seem poorly trained. They don't even know their own menu and ordering is often a chore - the iPad till set up should be fairly straightforward to use but even this confuses their front of house staff. Top marks for the Katsu Curry, and the wraps are good.

Tried to order online and the order was showing as pending and were not sure if the order had gone through. Walked to the store to check, told the order had not gone through. Out through the order for us and cost £7 more than before despite still collecting . Questioned why (despite the man serving having seen our attempts to order with pending card payments) and would not honour the same price. Was unhelpful, rude and charged us more for the exact same thing. We are returning customers but won’t be returning this time as the service was not good. Just to add , despite them reassuring us that our original order had not gone through, upon checking the bank account a few days later , we were actually charged twice for the meal after all.

I’m very disappointed by the customer service I got, ive been looking so forward to coming to hola guacamole as it represents my home country and wanted to make a family day out of it, I was spoken to with a lot of disrespect by a lady with tattoos on her arm, she continuously stopped preparing my food to speak to friends and also using very foul language in front of my kids and vaping inside the kitchen which I don’t think is very professional or hygienic she is very careless about her job and isnt putting a good look on the company , I really hope nobody has to face the same treatment that I got.

Un lugar divertido para pasar una noche. La decoración es diferente y luminosa. Los cócteles eran realmente geniales, especialmente Bloody Maria. Los tacos eran deliciosos y la médula ósea también era buena. Iría de nuevo.

FIRST TIME TO WAKEFIELD Amazing, we were taken downstairs to the exclusive Ico bar in restaurant. Jake the barman was fantastic, informative, conscientious and friendly not sure what else he vould do to be perfect. Thanks Jake for you time and effort. Thanks to Tom for the blend of rhubarb cocktail invention (as per Jake's mention) well done all!

Had the take away option of chicken wings and the speicial sauce! Wow loved every bit, crispy and flavorfull ! I will be ordering again !

We ordered via a kit website from this restaurant and the food was SO delicious! Amazing quality steak and spot on instructions ! Lockdown Saturday night sorted. Although we ate the kit for 4 as a couple, we aren’t that greedy so not sure it would have been enough for 4
