L:Autre Bistro in City of London, Westminster

Nos encontramos con esta pequeña joya en el corazón del mercado de pastores en Mayfair. Solo puedo decir lo aliviado que fue decir que cada plato fue delicioso. Rara vez entro en un restaurante sin tener problemas de un tipo u otro, pero L'Autre era un soplo de aire fresco en el corazón turgente y los pulmones de la restauración. Literalmente compartimos cada plato y los cinco exclamamos con placer en cada bocado. Incluso el proyecto de ley no es irrazonable. Volveré a visitarte pronto. Gracias por restaurar mi fe en poder comer fuera con placer para variar.

Pasamos por delante de esto muchas veces y finalmente decidimos probar algo de comida pulida. Estoy tan feliz de que lo hicimos, el servicio era genial, la comida era INCREÍBLE, el precio razonable. Volveremos aquí en nuestra próxima estancia en Mayfair, un montón de opciones vegetarianas también.

Comida sabrosa, diversión, servicio amable. Restaurante único en la moderna zona de Mayfair. Hermosos, cálidos - servidores de corazón. Es una mezcla de comida polaca y mexicana, ¡y funciona!

Servicio excepcional, comida y vino. Peter y el personal eran muy atentos y dieron excelentes recomendaciones. El nudillo de cerdo era excepcional - se derritió en su boca. Es todo Sobre el sabor y la comida - ninguna tontería elegante. El vino era fantástico y también el precio por un buen vino.

Nos encantó todo sobre este restaurante a un tiro de piedra de Shepherd Msrket en Mayfair, Londres. Accedimos por Piccadilly, justo al final de White Horse Street. El restaurante nos había sido recomendado y no decepcionó. El menú es en parte mexicano y en parte polaco, elegimos platos polacos y disfrutamos de cada plato. Si te gusta probar vodkas, este es el lugar para ti! No probamos ningún vodka, pero puede que en una futura visita, sin duda volveremos.

Friends brought us here for their repeat visit to L'Autre. I can understand why. It's a unique establishment. The name came from it's French inception but specializes in Polish cuisine and interestingly enough Mexican. Their are not a load of Mexican dishes on the menu but it is fun to mix sausage topped nachos (which were excellent), borscht, pate and pierogis together as a group share. This is an intimate restaurant that pays tribute to England but also the great contributions Poles have given to the country. A sombrero on the shelf harkens to the days when staff from the once nearby Mexican embassy used to frequent the restaurant and request things like, well sausage topped nachos. We had a lovely visit topped off by some of the many flavored vodkas offered. My friends by the way returned for a third meal here. The magic works.

Fuimos en familia y disfrutamos de una experiencia inolvidable. Buena comida, cálido ambiente y una atención tanto de su propietario como del personal sobresaliente. Sin dudas un lugar para recomendar siempre.

My favorite spot to eat, when in London. Been going there for over 35 years. Food is great, and the history even better. Ask your server how and why the restaurant specializes in Polish and Mexican food.

I brought here my friends who were super open minded in trying Polish cuisine (I’m Polish myself). They loved it. We had pierogi, sausage, schnitzel and many shots of flavoured vodka. Fantastic service from the team. They make you feel at home. Highly recommend it 👏

Absolutely fantastic food, best selection and tasting vodka I’ve ever had, and phenomenal service. Better still: it doesn’t have the Piccadilly/Mayfair/Hyde Park price spike! This will be a new “go-to” in London.

Wow, what an amazing gem of a restaurant, wonderful welcome, cosy home from home setting, mouth watering food! 5 of us shared most of the Polish starter and main courses, and each chose a different flavoured vodka to all have a try, before settling on a bottle of quince vodka to share. We can't recommend enough. Will definitely be back!!

Great food, great ambience, great wine and Marius brings everything together. Just visit the restaurant amd experience it yourselves.

Best food, intimate atmosphere , brilliant staff, great wines and all at a good price. Suggest you book to reserve a table but Peter, the boss, is very accommodating.

Would recommend for any couples wanting a nice date, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Definitely share your dishes - get the best of both worlds! Thank you Mariusz and Sylwia for a wonderful evening :)

We had a warm welcome at L’Autre this week. Cosy little restaurant with retro vibes and an unusual mix on the menu. The pierogi were delicate and tasty, the borscht deliciously clear and comforting. My first taste of quince vodka. What a special meal, with excellent service - thank you.

The best place in sheperds market. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Always smiling and making you feel like you are part of family. Food is 10/10. The goulash is outstanding! Amazing variety of polish vodka, great to experience some new flavours.

This little bistro has delicious food, as well as a nice assortment of flavored vodkas. The sandwich board outside said it was a Polish/Mexican restaurant, which sounded a little strange. We decided to give it a try, and we were very pleased that we did. A friend of mine and I both had the perogies, and our third travel companion had the pork shoulder (which I tried). All of our meals were cooked to perfection. The food was extremely tasty, and reasonably priced. You can also get reasonably priced wine, although Hess from California and Chateau Margaux is available. I want to thank Sylvia and Mario for a wonderful experience!

Never had Polish food before but would definitely do it again after eating here. A great small place

This small restaurant had incredible Polish food and drink. The kielbasa and pierogi were delicious. The krupnik (honey vodka) was very good. The staff were quite personable. I highly recommend this place
