Absolutely Fabulous! What a great place. We popped in here for Breakfast on Sunday morning and were amazed at the amount of Gluten Free choices on the menu. All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and the food was delicious. So pleased we called in and we will be back again.

Such a delightfully quirky and unique little spot, with treasures everywhere you look! We came for breakfast and the quality of food (we had 2 vegan sausage sandwiches) was so wholesome and it was so refreshing for it all to be veggie and vegan. 100% recommend this adorable little cafe to anyone visiting the area, especially if you also love plants, gardening and vintage treasure troves 👌

On a particularly crowded and noisy day today in Newquay, we just needed somewhere quiet to rest our feet and get a bite to eat. My teenage daughter and her friend loved their toasted sandwiches, while my wife and I both opted for Cheddar Baps. We were both astonished with just how delicious and awesomely good the chef here could make of something as potentially mundane as a cheese bap. Each of our baps were made from a light homemade bread rolls and filled with a perfect combination of chutney, rocket, lambs lettuce, pickle and melted cheese. Plus a side of perfectly made creamy coleslaw too. Absolutely ten out of ten for such a perfect lunchtime meal plus most friendly and helpful service too. Especial thanks to the proprietor who readily understood our teenage daughter’s sensory processing disorder and turned down the volume of music while we were there. This was a special and memorable stop for us today.

We ordered to collect as staying locally in the area. Beautiful restaurant / store front down stairs and super friendly staff. The food itself was perfect. Beautiful Dahl, bread and vegan chilli nachos. Great portion sizes, packed full of flavour. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

A wonderful coffee stop as we were coming into Dartington. An excellent menu of hot drinks and delicious toasties that were hand made. Will come again when I’m next here.

We love Turkish food and visiting Turkey. This was our last night in Halifax and we enjoyed it very much. Good food and wine. Service was excellent. I hope Halifax enjoys this lovely Turkish restaurant as much as we did.

Pleased to find three Vegetarian options on the menu. Ellie went the extra mile to adapt the menu to cater to the likes of our American friends. We all had Falafel Salads and they were absolutely delicious. We only lacked the weather to sit outside with a wonderful view, but that was beyond everyone’s control. Great family restaurant Sunday lunch is amazingly delicious very nicely done. The lamb chops here are delicious They serve halal food, You just have to ask the waiter or waitress. Service is very good and attentive The restaurant has good seating for around 70 covers at any time. Good for large party’s. This restaurant has also a full bar with full range of wines and other alcoholic beverages. Definitely recommend

Nice food, well presented, well cooked and hot. Servers well trained. Nice position in the village.

A fantastic night was had by all as we celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday! Wayne is a marvellous host and surprised us with birthday banner 60 ballon plus no less than an indoor firework on John’s dessert of the most delicious strawberry cheesecake made by ace patisserie created Neil! We really enjoyed the Murder Mystery evening, the cast were such fun and cleverly all the tables thought it was a different character who had ‘Dunnit’! The evening was punctuated very nicely with tapas and started with a gorgeous passion fruit cocktail too!

We love this restaurant and go whenever we can to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays as well as when we are just on a shopping jaunt in Bath. It is intimate and welcoming with food and hospitality that are always exceptional, courtesy of owners Simon and Leanne. In fact, it is our firm favourite!

Great food, good portion sizes and lovely atmosphere with excellent service. Will definitely be back.
