Meze Mazi in North Somerset

looks nothing like how it does online. its completely remodelled with a new menu and an entirely different name called “scottys tapas”. before you go here just keep in mind that whatever menu you see online will be different in person. i can say however that the waiter that approached us was informative and friendly.

Really nice staff and really nice food

Now called something else but the food was delicious. Went with the family and can highly recommend it.

I had a work Christmas meal here and really enjoyed. There was a good buzz of atmosphere and the food was really good. The staff were friendly and very helpful but the order the food came out was a little strange and so some people had all their food while others had one portion and then had to wait and watch others eat. I'm not quite used to not having all the food at once so it was a bit odd but still had a great time. Apparently better with more people who will likely share like family so the food will keep on coming for everyone.

Five of us went to Meze Mazi for dinner while we were in Weston Super Mare. Both the food and the service were excellent. Would certainly go again when in the area.

Ate in this lovely restaurant on New Year's Eve 2023. The service was excellent and the food was tasty and well presented. There's a wide choice of Tapas-style dishes available. To be recommended.

I have greatly enjoyed a Sunday lunch at this restaurant back in the autumn. For this reason, I booked a table again for Sunday, 17th December. Imagine my disappointment to arrive at the appointed time of 12:30 only to discover that the restaurant was closed. Furthermore, my 'phone call went unanswered and my voicemail has not been responded to. My friend and I went on to discover the delights of The Two Chefs restaurant, nearby.

12 of us (3 generations of extended family) went here for lunch on Sunday. What a lucky find! I had found it online when planning the family weekend. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return if I go to Weston-Super-Mare.

The meat was cooked perfectly, seafood was good but could have been fresher. Lad serving us was great, food and drink came out fast too. Would definitely recommend going there if you're looking for a good tapas joint in weston. P.s. dont skip the dessert menu

We've been meaning to go for a while, and finally managed it last night. The food choice I'd excellent, and the portions were a decent size. The service wasn't rushed, and they let us in early for our booking. Will definitely go again

We had been here 6-7 times now and on our last visit we were very disappointed. Cold food and it not as tasty as once was. You don't get the rice and bread like you used to. We will not be in a hurry to return. It's very expensive for what you get now. What a shame was our favourite restaurant (Old 5 star review)What a lovely place. We enjoyed our meal here service was super quick and attentive. The only thing to say is portions are tapas size so make sure you order enough food. We only ordered two meat dishes with some side dishes. There wasn't really enough meat as they were really small portions, three tiny lamb chops for a tenner and a chicken skewer around £8. Would go back but order more!

Really rare to find a restaurant that specialises in Greek Cypriot food in the UK that matches Cyprus, they even have Cypriot wine, which was delicious. Absolutely stunning food and fantastic service. A really warm welcome as soon as we entered. The menu was carefully explained to us and the best way to order - it is supposed to be tapas style. Food was brought quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious. We would definitely recommend and will be back.

Absolutely beautiful food and a great atmosphere. Our first time visiting but instantly jumped to one of our favourite restaurants without a doubt. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with recommendations. Prices are very reasonable, we spent £52 for more than enough food (3 or 4 dishes each for two of us) some alcoholic drinks & desert. Can not recommend this place enough.

Lovely meal served by a friendly restraunter.

Came in today with my family had a wonderful meal, the lamb was delicious fell apart in your mouth the home made hummus and other assorted dips went wonderful with their bread. The server Diana was very polite and gave us a nice warming welcome checking to make sure everything was okay with a smile. The owner was kind and made sure we had everything we needed was really a perfect meal. Will definitely be coming back here for a good meal at very affordable prices and nice warm atmosphere

We arrived early to a very warm welcome! All staff were very friendly. We ordered 2 dishes each and found that to be plenty of food. The portions are good and all four of us had plenty to eat. Food is fresh and cooked to order. We have been meaning to try this place for a while now and we will definitely be back!

Every dish was a winner, particularly loved the salad and dips. Belly pork, calamari & beef stifado left us with bulging bellies.

The appearance of the restaurant was clean and tidy. We had a friendly greeting and were shown to our table. Although they were running a reduced menu that night there was still a great selection to choose from. The food is 'small plate' You are advised to choose 3 each. Which we found were plenty. All very tasty Desserts were also delicious. Impeccable service. Overall a really enjoyable experience. It felt like we were on holiday 😁👍 Looking forward to returning.

Very good food with a good variety of options to choose from. The portions have a great size and are simply delicious!!! Have been there a few times already, and all the dishes I had were awesome. The deserts are also very good. Best baklava I've (not a specialist but would surely recommend). The owner also suggested a Greek desert from his town and it was delicious!

We ate here last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The man that served us was very welcoming and gave good service. We ordered six dishes between two of us and were really full, but still managed some delicious homemade desserts! The dishes sampled were pitta, salads, feta dip, octopus, pork gyros and lamb chops. Everything was cooked really well and served very quickly. We will definitely be back to try more of the 40 dishes on offer.
