Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. My husband left his wallet and the staff kindly looked after it until its return. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Towards the end of a longish journey, we searched Tripadvisor for a suitable place to celebrate our young family member's success passing her driving test. We found and booked a table at Anatolian Palace. With such delicious food, a friendly waiter called Mehmet, and surprising entertainment, we fully recommend this restaurant. This was our first visit and it will certainly not be the last.

Went with partner and in-laws and elderly parent. Lovely ambience and atmosphere. Staff very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent quality, well cooked, flavourful and very good value for money. Lovely desserts too, which I would never usually have, but I did, the chocolate mousse is delicious.

Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming. Food is very nice, couldn't recommend enough. If you like Turkish food this is the place too go. Recommended the house special, and as for a cocktail. The fuzzy peach is beautiful.

We went on Saturday night to celebrate Father’s Day and my daughter finishing her GCSE’s The staff were super attentive, especially Toni our waitress. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. It was an emotional evening for us all, as our mum has passed away last year so this was the first Father’s Day without her. Toni made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. She is a credit to the restaurant. We hope to be back real soon! Thank you guys!

Visited early on Saturday night with a friend who had never eaten here before. Place was packed at 18.45, a good sign. We were shown to our table & drinks ordered while we looked at menu. All the staff were attentive, friendly & we didn’t feel rushed into ordering while we sipped our cocktails. Food ordered, one lamb shish & one mixed shish with side order of chips to share. Beautifully presented, nice large fresh salad with rice & grilled veg. Chips were lovely, crisp & tasty. Wine reasonably priced & cocktails freshly made. We shared a desert of Baclava which was good & reasonably priced. The whole evening was lovely & my friend was so impressed with the service & loved the music & entertainment for the birthday parties in the room. Thanks everyone. We will be back.

One of the best p-laces to eat in Stafford. I highly recommend the mixed platter to share with friends. lots of different cuts of meat and the ribs are spectacular.

Absolutely gorgeous place and amazing place to celebrate my Grandads 80th birthday. Das who served us was an amazing laugh and perfect with making us feel welcome. Only bit to sadly mention was it was impossible to hear eachother and we were on a time limit as our table was booked straight after us, which proved difficult with elderly in our party. But regardless our trip wasn't spoiled by this and we all can't wait to return!

The food here is amazing! It is quite a loud restaurant so if this isn’t your thing, be mindful! But it is some of the best food in Stafford. Islam especially is fantastic!

I booked a table for 10 people to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. I was able to access my table a little earlier so I could bring balloons. The service from start to finish was excellent. The stag were attentive throughout the evening and made all my family feel welcome including two young children. The food was absolutely delicious. I brought a cake for my daughter and the staff brought it out and lit the candles and made a real fuss of my daughter with music, dancing and fun. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough……such a great place to celebrate my daughter’s special birthday.

Attended on 01.12.23 Party of 10. What a shame that the service was so bad and some of the food lacked being served at the appropriate time and some portion of foods in varying sizes. Served the complimentary appetisers. Very nice. Antepe Ezme and Garlic Dip with bread My starter of Prawn Cocktail arrives and my side plate is removed and I'm left with no plate to finish of appetisers or cutlery to eat the dish and request cutlery. Also no condiments on table so ask for salt and pepper to be provided. Prawns obviously frozen and lack flavour. Lots of green stuff like Rocket and far to much with the Prawns and Marie sauce. Taste below average. Main Course arrives. No one has bothered to clear the table of the starters of all the diners at the table. Dirty dishes are removed and main course placed on table. So then we wait as no cutlery provided, this is asked for and finally arrives as the food gets progressively cold . The Salad (Green Stuff with chopped Red Cabbage) arrives after most diners have eaten most of their mains and 3 bowls of chips of 3 portions ordered, All chips ranging from pretty full bowl to one of the about half the size of the pretty full one. Lacked Portion control. Overall the Service was pretty awful. Food lacked accompaniments being provided at the correct times. i.e. Salad late in coming (no dressing provided) Chips, poorly portioned. Cutlery missing, Lack of Condiments on table. I must state. I have attended this restaurant prior to this last visit. The service and food, prior to this visit, has been of good to excellent quality. Shame it was not on this occasion. . ,

This is the best restaurant in stafford food is always fresh and plentiful to reply to anonjuk review you do get free bread before your meal and if you want extra it's 1.50 ! And all meals come with a good portion of rice and unlimited salad

I, with my wife and a friend of ours visited this restaurant yesterday evening 03 November 2023 I would like to say a few words about our visit. I should say that we have visited this establishment several times in the past. We should also say that we have been visiting Turkey in excess of 30+ years. When there we eat often in Turkish restaurants and with Turkish friends in their homes etc. Down to the Knit and Gritty or the Pros and Cons. The Pros. 1]The food that is served is of excellent quality and very tasty. 2]The staff are most polite, and the table service is most efficient from them. The Cons. 1]The Cold Starters. For e.g. ANTEP EZME. Why is there no free bread served with this. You don't eat this type of starter on its own. Several of the starters especially the mixed shared, is also minus free bread. Come on. Turks would not eat starters like this without bread of some kind like Lavas etc. Also when asked about bread for the starter. I was informed the waiter told me it was not up to him about bread coming with starter but agreed it should come with it, but it was the management that made the charge and it was beyond his control. 2]Main Course (Grills) Ample meat but lacks any substance when it comes to veg accompaniment. For e,g PIZAROLA (Lamb Chops) 3 lamb Chops+ you get about the equivalent of two eggcup-fulls of plain rice. Half a small tomato + a miniscule amount of Rocket leaves. That's it! 3] Soft drinks. Overpriced. 4] Piped Music. Far to loud, especially when seated near to a speaker. Can't hold an audible conversation with your guest diners! 5] Menu Choice: Limited? Why no Beef (Dana) dishes on? Such as Kofte or Guvec, Steaks. These are all served in Turkish cuisine. Also no soup (Corba) on the menu. Turkey is famed for more than 30 differing soups such as Mercimek (Lentil ) and Ezogelin (spiced Lentil Bulgar, Mint etc.) popular soups in most Turkish eateries. Shame on you for an omission of this! To sum up: Staff are polite and only to willing to please. The food you serve is delicious. More choice of mains/grills to include some Beef items, such as Kofte, Guvec(Stew) Steaks etc. More veg etc, with the mains/grills. Serve free bread with relevant starters. such as Antep Ezme. Stop charging for additional bread when its essential as an accompaniment to starters. Soup (Corba) should be on the Menu.

Sunday evening and lovely to be in this stylish and busy restaurant. The service is fast, polite and professional but the star is the food. All dishes are fresh ...tasty and cooked to perfection and the accompaniments of beautiful salad and warm breads are perfect. We're very lucky to have you in Stafford 👍👍👍👍👍

We stumbled across this restaurant whilst searching for halal food options during a recent stay in Stoke. It was certainly worth the 20 minute drive! You know the food is going to be good when the restaurant is full at 8pm on a Wednesday evening. Oh boy that it was! This has got to be one of the best Turkish restaurant I have eaten in the UK. Everything we were served was bursting with flavour. The service, even though short staffed was well timed and friendly. Not sure I will find myself in this area anytime soon, however should I be, I will definitely visit again!

Can't believe we've never been to this place before, one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, legit five stars all round. Excellent, spacious venue, nicely decorated with clean toilets. Service was outstanding with very friendly and attentive staff. The food was exceptional, with plenty of vegetarian options and outstanding desserts. Everything made in house apparently and you can see them cooking at the back. Quite pricey but you get decent portions, so it's worth it, plus you get a lot of free stuff. If you let them know it's your birthday you'll even get a free dance, with music, costumes and tambourines, true story ;) The people working here enjoy their jobs and clearly know how to give their customers a memorable and enjoyable time, too. We can't wait to go back.

This restaurant is one of the best Turkish restaurants I have tried. The service is impeccable, especially a waiter named mazedul if I’ve spelt that correctly, he made us feel at home and was so kind. Would highly recommend this place.

I have been with my colleges last week. We had a great time eating delicious food at Anatolian Palace . The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome 🤩. Most importantly, every food and drink on the menu tasted great! Spectacular celebration 🎉 . Definitely I’ll be back 🤩

Tried a lot of Turkish food but never found any better food than this restaurant. The food was very delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were 24 friends there but they seemed to be very professional handling large group. Had a very lovely night.

Food was drowning in the sauce dressing which hid the fact that there was literally no lamb ,even though it was a lamb meal . Dreadful ,supposed to be served on warm bread which was stale cubes if bread (as above drowning in the dressing which maybe they though would help soften the bread. Ordered cheesecakes for dessert and was told they had none , got home that evening to find a charge of £5.75 for a strawberry cheesecake which we didn't have !! Rang and complained and asked for a refund and was told I had to go back with my receipt to get it . Had been here once before and the service was really slow and the portions were small, hadn't been for over a year so thought It might have been a one off ,after this experience I will not go back and will tell others not to bother . Very disappointing .will travel to Cannock in future to the Meze Grill which is outstanding and puts this place to shame . I wouldn't even give them a 1/10

Nice atmosphere but mediocre food and poor service. Was there for a work function. As someone with Family ties to Anatolia I know the food and I can say the food was MEDIOCRE at best. The service was POOR with inattentive and unfriendly wait staff. Won’t be back.
