Great food and drinks, not that expensive! Shisha was nice as well, I would recommend the place, specially on Saturday, as there was a DJ and a belly dancer.

Pedimos de este lugar y nunca había comido algo tan seco e insípido, el pollo enjambre era básicamente pollo desmenuzado, obtuvimos una cucharada de té del tamaño de ajo, así que ni siquiera pudimos hacer que la comida esté más húmeda.Estoy decepcionado y no lo haría ' lo recomiendo.

Gobsmacked at how bad the food was for the price. Felt like being ripped off as a tourist. So much of it is defrosted it was quite a sad experience overall.

Popped in as we were out walking and we’re promptly served. Very friendly. Food took about 5 mins and was really good. Would recommend for a quick lunch

We decided to give this place a try, even though it is a 15 minute drive for delivery. Our food was due to arrive at 20 past 8 and when it was showing as being on its way at 6 minutes past 8,we were cautiously optimistic. It eventually arrived at 12 minutes past 9. No doubt the delivery man needed new shoes, having walked all that way. Having said that, the food itself, was absolutely delicious and very plentiful. If I was just reviewing the food, it would be 5 stars but taking everything as a whole, it can at best be 3 stars. There is no point having lovely food, if your delivery service is poor. Standards should be the same all round.

Ordered food, the order was accepted and payment taken, email confirmation received! Ten minutes later order cancelled and can take up to five days for refund! DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER AND TAKE PAYMENT IF YOU CANT DELIVER!!! Terrible and will not attempt to use again!!!

Was new to the area so stopped of at the huqqa lounge for a beverage the place had a pleasant atmosphere and the service was helpful deffo going back

Este lugar era mi lugar para un sharwma de pollo rápido, ya que la consistencia era visible en términos de sabor. Lamentablemente las últimas 2 ocasiones han sido una decepción ya que el pan khobez se ha vuelto duro como una roca y muy masticable. No estoy seguro de si lo están poniendo en el microondas o qué porque eso es normalmente lo que sucede cuando lo haces. No escribo comentarios normalmente en absoluto. Pero espero que la dirección lea esto para rectificar esto, ya que solía ser un gran fan de este restaurante.

The first time we ordered was because my 16 year old grandson wanted to try it. Ordered the box meal via the app and got a 25% discount. However, the food arrived and was not hot although once put into the oven to heat, it was fine, there was a good selection of char grilled meats with bread, rice and dips. The following week, we got together as a family of 4 at my daughter's and since she lives nearer to the takeaway, we figured the food would arrive hotter than last week so we gave it another try. We ordered again via the app at 6.15 pm and got the £40 meal for £30. After an hour when the food didn't arrive I called and was told they would sort it out and call me back. I waited another 30 mins and called again. This time I was told there was no order for delivery at the address . It transpired that my daughter had made a mistake when ordering and paying with my card, that she had changed the delivery address from mine (the billing address) to hers, but hadn't changed the postcode and the delivery driver had gone to my empty home at Southwick instead of Pennywelll!. I asked the lady from the establishment what would happen now and she said ther was nothing she could do as it was our mistake. By then the money had been taken from my bank account! My argument was then, when the delivery driver got no reply at my empty home, why didn't they then ring us, they had the telephone number, then the whole sorry mess could have been sorted sooner?! They then agreed to deliver the food to the actual address we wanted it delivered to but again it didn't arrive! After another hour and a further 3 or 4 phone calls iwas told the driver was 3 minutes away, he didn't actually arrive until half an hour later and you've guessed it, by this time the food really was stone cold! I won't be ordering again!
