Patisserie Patchi in Brent

Patchi is a brand all of us know from chocolates. While Patisserie Patchi has nothing to do with it, this place is strictly average by all means. I visited on a morning to take few Arabic sweets with me for friends. The reception lady was quite sweet and friendly. As I was about to order sweets, I caught an eye on their restaurant. I had my breakfast already, so I decided to have a cup of Turkish coffee. A lot of tables were empty so I took one. The place does have good ambience and atmosphere. The server came and when I told him I just needed coffee, he acted a bit annoyed, as if only food orders matters. Anyways, he left to get my coffee which was authentic and sweet to the level I had asked, something which is important for a good cup of Turkish Coffee. I enjoyed my coffee and paid, the pricing being quite reasonable. I believe the restaurant might be the better reason to visit this place, though I didn't try their food. What drifted my review to average is the dessert area. I ordered some dessert baskets and clearly asked the staff member in dessert area if I could replace a few sweets which might get soggy in travelling with equally priced ones. He said yes I could. I just let him get it done. The first surprise came when I was asked to pay extra for each box of the replaced sweets. Thinking they might have added extra to each box rather than removing others, I paid for it. I was getting late so I didn't check the packed bags at the sweetshop. When I reached Leicester and sorted out the sweet baskets for different friends, I found something which really annoyed me and marked this place as red flag for my future visits. They had removed the dessert types I had asked and added new, so why was I charged extra if they replaced and didn't add the sweets as I initially thought while paying. I have no clue why they didn't: discount price for removed sweets, just simply replace them with no added charges as I had asked, or add new sweets to the box and charge extra, don't remove anything. Due to this strange billing and charges, I can't recommend the place. Sad because the original prices are reasonable for London standards.

Patchi's breakfast was a good sized portion of scrumptious food and drinks. My dad nd I ordered 2 mains with complimentary salad to go with the meal and a complimentary bread appetiser. It was really nice that they gave it for free.I also ordered the apple juice which was tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. I had a waiter called Olga and she was very kind and welcoming. I can't say less for the decor. The place had an incredible seating area inside and outside and the tables were spotless. The prices I have to say are very reasonable. I would certainly recommend.

Breakfast is more expensive than food in Central London. Broad beans or foul medamas is taken from cans, and tastes weird because they do not make their own foul. Olives were too salty and customer service from the guy who sells sweets is rubbish. He does not respect queues and if you object, he gives you silly explanations. I left the place yesterday without buying any sweets. Breakfast was average in terms of quality. Will I go there again, definitely not!!!

Having worked in customer service for over 30 years, I held my tongue at the bequest of my family, never have I witnessed such bad customer service, they were not just unprofessional, they were rude, dishes were brought to the table and no eye contact with the customers, cold bread in plastic bags thrown into plastic baskets and when asked to heat it up on two occasions we were met with attitude, unacceptable. We had to ask for our drinks order twice and when we ordered dessert we were told there was only vanilla icecream available, on leaving the restaurant there were 5 flavours on show. Never have I felt so unwelcome in a restaurant, they very obviously only want a particular customer. The food didn’t match the surroundings, starters were good, the chicken shwarmar was dry and everything else was average, at best. For an empty restaurant you would expect more effort. Won’t be eating here again and wouldn’t recommend it

This restaurant is amazing and so beautiful!! Our waitress Malgosia was so helpful and kind serving our table. She was very nice and friendly. She is doing a wonderful work. The dinner was served very quickly and nicely made and was very delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others! We stay in London 5 days and we had the first and the last dinner here. The food and the customer service is excellent. Their Moutabal creates dependence. The Sweets are delicious. I recommend this place.

We have been going to Patisserie Patchi since the opened. The service has got worse and worse and the attitude is getting worse. They treat some clients much nicer than others. Yesterday my sister and I went all the way there to get their baklawa and I was so. Lose to actually walking out from them being so rude. We took take away a few months ago and its was below average. We were in the area for business and needed lunch/dinner we found Patchi restaurant. and was treated very warm and professionally by the staff member named Olga and her waiters. We enjoyed the food and service very much and we also enjoyed the service from the lady in the patisserie area we purchased cakes on our departure which again was very nice and well packed. We are looking forward to going back to this restaurant even though it would be a long drive for us well done to the staff at Patchi restaurant and patisserie out

Nice restaurant with spacious space. Delicious food with providing very good customer service. Management staff allows to stay longer after dinner.

A special thank you to the waitress Olga who served us today in Patchi, Abbey Road, London. She managed to change an unfortunate start seating next to smokers (which we clearly requested not to be) into a pleasant experience. From that point onwards, she served us and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the delicious food. Olga ensured our every need was met in a gracious and friendly manner. She was lovely and kind to our children and even served their unique requests. Again, thank you so much Olga for what turned out to be a lovely family luncheon.

On eid alfitir we organised a family group and we reserved 25 seats. The food was great, the whole family had a really good time enjoying the food and atmosphere.the staff were really friendly and there one remarkable gentleman that was really serving with utmost respect, his smile just made my day and i have asked for his name and he said (Jasem Ahmad).I really enjoyed being there and i shall go back there again.
