Great produce but a shame about everything else! I went the evening before Eid, and according to Google, you close at 23:00 on a Saturday, but apparently not. I arrived at precisely 22:52 thinking I had just made it but a passerby confirmed to me you had shut a minute before. Thanks for that! Thanks for wanting to go home early and making me waste an hours journey considering I travelled from the outskirts of South London, Thanks for avoiding eye contact when I was peeking through the window so you didn't have to acknowledge me or deal with your guilt of admitting that you closed earlier than you should have. But, as I initially stated, it is only your produce that is of relatively good quality; everything else, from the service to your apparent opening times, is a complete shambles, frankly!

Came here for the prepared dinner foods. The hot dishes were not very good at all and very expensive. This is just a place you come to because of the convenience. Also, those did not appear to be Lebanese people in charge in the store.

Had the worst experience with Green Valley! Ordered 2 portions of 250gr mixed baklawa through UberEat and received a portion of 165gr each! and the mix itself was pitiful! Called the store and The manager barely apologised and blamed 'a new guy' which was a lie. Went myself to the store (HUGE waste of time) and both the 'new guy' and the cashier were unpleasant and rude. Really!!! somebody must say something! At least the baklawas are nice. But still, it doesn't justify this attitude.

Sadly this place was our treat when we come down to London to get all the nice bits and pieces. Last week Jan 2023 was shocking as we were so excited to get Baklawa and other sweets, as we walked to the store we straight away noticed that the staff was no longer Lebanese and the smell was of an Indian incent smell. As we came to the counter with Baklawa my son pointed to the ground and said, "look Dad a little mouse running around." I couldn't believe what I saw. We left the store and once we came back home we researched the store to find out that it is no longer owned by the same Lebanese family but now it's owned by Indian shareholders. Sadly we won't be coming back after what we saw. We have nothing against Indian people or culture but those people are letting the place rot. They have no idea about Lebanese culture. The same problem we are having in our town - So called Lebanese restaurants is run by Syrian people with nasty, ugly, and extremely terrible customer service, giving a bad image of our culture and hospitality and cleanliness. Please be aware on your next visit to the Lebanese store or restaurant - make sure you find out who the owner is.

My son and I visited this store on Friday 31st by 5:00 pm. We went attracted by the good reviews on the Arabian sweets, in particular, on baklava. We wanted to have a new cultural experience. The experience was, however, very disappointing. No one was in the bakery, but the man in charge was irascible and intimidating. With poor manners and impatiently he “explained” how the sweets should be buy by weight. He didn’t give us time to ask questions or understand the system properly. London is a multicultural city and people facing the public should be trained to deal with cultural differences respectfully. I don’t recommend this place to tourists or people who are no familiar to Arabian/Lebanese supermarkets.

I really used to look forward to the tender lamb shawarma from Green Valley in Kensington High Street. I went there recently, and the lamb was so tough that it was barely edible, and tasted very different to the ones I fondly remembered. I then (later that week) bought a falafel wrap from the same place, hoping to re-install my faith in the place, and again, was sadly let down. The falafel wrap was dry, and tasteless.... I won't be going back.

Bought Pista Baklava over the weekend and found stones in it - not just small stones but pointed pebble that cut my tongue - good thing the kids did not have it and I did not swallow it. Complained to Green Valley and they passed the buck onto their manufacturer. So not only do they sell food that's dangerous but also do not take ownership. Spoke to Mohammad Ali and he said they have received previous complaints too with other foreign particles like hair and small stones found in the baklava but have still done nothing about it! Better be careful with this retailer - they should be closed down based on their health and safety records!

This review concerns the Kensington High Street location. I have been going there for a couple of years now. I must admit the food is good but the service is always a gamble. On a few occasions, I tried to pay but no one was behind the counter. I'm told by other staff members to stay and wait while they look at you without calling anyone or attending to you. And if you're lucky someone finally appears and accepts your money. I tried to order a Carrot cake once since the slices looked good inside the shop. It became really difficult because they didn't know if they could do it and how much it would cost. The very nice employee tried her best to get someone on the phone but no one had any idea. Finally someone contacted me saying that they could do it but they didn't know how much I would be charged. I agreed anyway. I picked up the Carrot cake a few days later and the price was OK but once I got home I realized the Carrot cake was completely blank without any decorations at all. I contacted them to complain and they told me that it was a mistake but some people like it without any decoration (???).

Used to have an amazing zaatar manaqeesh, but having revisited it, the quality has gone down greatly. It seems like they’re trying to cut costs by using cheaper ingredients. Any one that’s had zaatar before will recognize that they used was not zaatar (it was douqqa). They also forgot 2 parts of our order (they did refund us to be fair). The cheese manaqeesh was fine.

A great place to get fresh fruits and vegtables, a variett of ice creams and Middle Eastern sweet dishes. Also along with daily bits and bobs, there is also wonderful fresh Arabic food. Lastly, there is an oven where they make fresh bread with meat, cheese and other Arabic topics. Always someone available to help out in any part of the shop, including the tills. A must visit if one isn't in a mood of cooking and wants to get a nice takeaway.

First thing I noticed about this restaurant was the beautiful orange and purple lighting. They have little lights inside a container as well at the tables. Atmosphere and decor's all part of it isn't it? Not just the food. PS It was lovely food and I enjoyed a chicken and rice dish and Ossmallieh dessert, which I'd never tried before, though have been at loads of Lebanese and middle eastern restaurants!

Wow este lugar es realmente una experiencia. El menú es fantástico, la comida es deliciosa y no mal de precio, pero las bebidas son muy marcadas de aquí. El servicio era bueno, atento, sin exagerar.

I just ordered on TooGoodToGo and the guy handed me a box that was in his display already made up with a small portion of rice with few slices of tomato and a dollop of like curry sauce. I asked him what was it and he said chicken. I found there was no chicken at all when I went home and started eating. I also bought baklava which was tasty. I think it is a rip off, charging for just small portion plain rice and curry sauce with a value of nine pounds.

The wrap maker was rude and flat out ignored me telling them my order that I had already paid for. For a £6 falafel wrap, they literally grabbed 2 falafel balls from out of a frying basket to put on a wrap with salad. Would not recommend.
