I went here with a friend for a lunch break while visiting Bristol. It seemed quiet but we didn't realise that there were two other rooms, so it would be great for a group or a large party of people. Service was great, despite the fact that we couldn't use the QR code to order or pay. Staff were really friendly and didn't mind explaining the menu. We both chose the Sunflower bento box which turned out to be delicious. I've had Japanese style food from chain restaurants but this was so much more flavourful and different. I'd definitely go there again the next time I'm in Bristol. As an aside, I love the washbasin in the ladies!!

Looked ok from the outside so we thought we would give it a try,big mistake. Staff were very rude and very off putting, should have walked out before we ordered, Food was very poor, strange smell and tasted funny, we left most of the food, staff didn't ask why we have left so much, so we tried tell them that, the food was not nice and tasted funny, she was very off with US, also there was a man drinking near the kitchen, looked really drunk, when we where telling the waitress about the food, he stood up and was very aggressive. I was with my daughter, so we got a bit worried, they just just gave us the bill, and kept saying pay pay pay, we paid and left, it was a very shocking experience,

Lío por todas partes. No hay mesas despejadas. Las bebidas tardaron una edad en salir. La comida nunca llegó porque se fue después de esperar más de una hora, momento en el que nos dijeron que tenían un problema con la olla de arroz. No estoy seguro de por qué no pudieron habernos dicho eso cuando pedimos. Después de haber mirado otras críticas, esto parece ser una excusa constante. Si su menú se basa en gran medida en arroz, ¿por qué su olla de arroz siempre está rota? Personal grosero. No volvería.

Really disappointed with our visit. My wife is a big sushi fan, so I booked a table for lunch for her birthday. On arrival we were told a couple of things were off the menu, that’s fine, it happens. But when trying to place our order for sushi, we were told they aren’t doing sushi today as the chef hadn’t turned up for work… I asked when he might be in, and we’re told that he hadn’t responded to her text… this is appalling.
