kinda surprised by all the high reviews because it came cold? like it was good once i reheated it but idk isn’t it their job to do that

Excellent food and generous servings. Professional and friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere, not pretentious despite good standards. It wasn’t a pb to get dairy free alternative. The wine was excellent too. Will go back for sure. If it wasn’t so pricey (although worth every penny), we would be there every week.

A hidden gem in the heart of this small town not far from EDI. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the service was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Italian in a charming, laid-back atmosphere. Buon appetito!

On cold and very wet December days, this cafe was a great place to warm up. I suspect it would be a great 'slice of Italy' at any time of the year. Excellent hot and tasty panini, homemade scones and hot coffee...very welcome and much needed. Great attentive and friendly staff. We will ready return (and have) to this great cafe. For us, a bonus is that it is nowhere near the city centre.

First visit here a few weeks ago and it’s as lovely inside as the restaurant is from the outside. The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious and they do a real good Aperol spritz! I particularly loved how every table was spaced out so whilst the place was full and buzzing, you weren’t sat on top of each other. I’d definitely recommend and will definitely be back ✨

I usually don't write reviews, but I really liked this place. Went in for a Scottish breakfast and it was lovely. Staff was super friendly. Great atmosphere to sit with a hot chocolate after breakfast to read my book.

Una experiencia fantástica. La pizza fue la mejor que he probado y nada como esa basura “nappy” de Nápoles que se hace tan rápido porque los chefs italianos necesitan hacer más pausas para fumar. La salsa Mutti es la mejor pero no tan buena como el guapo embajador de la marca escocesa Neill y su PA Catherine, que han creado un recuerdo que pone el nacimiento de mis hijos en segundo lugar con el sentimiento de amor que sentí después de mi comida. ¿Cómo lo hacen todavía en 2024 es la octava maravilla del mundo. Amazing food and service. We were running late and they managed to extend our table a little longer which was lovely of them. The pasta and pizzas were amazing along with the lemon dessert. Dog friendly too so it was perfect for us with our little dog.

Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de mariscos frescos y pasta en este auténtico restaurante italiano. Excelente servicio y ambiente cómodo, la calidad de la comida era de un alto nivel y un gran menú, disfrutamos de una comida de 3 platos y estábamos muy satisfechos. Gracias!

Reservamos este restaurante después de haber visitado antes con un amigo y quería ver si era tan bueno como la primera visita. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y nos llevaron a nuestra mesa por el camarero, siento no haber pillado su nombre. Pedido de bebidas tomado rápidamente para permitirnos seleccionar del menú a nuestro antojo. El pan y el aceite salieron con las bebidas que siempre pienso que es un toque encantador. Cuando salió la red la presentación era realmente bueno y generoso tamaños de porciones. Mi marido tenía lasaña, que dijo que era mejor que cualquiera que tenía en Italia hace 2 años! Los ñoquis en pesto estaban deliciosos y la foccacia de ajo era increíble, tan ligero. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita, bromas del camarero era brillante, la comida era deliciosa y el ambiente era fantástico. El restaurante es bastante pequeño, pero se siente muy acogedor. Si de vuelta en Leith visitando de nuevo sin duda volvería.

The best value for money pizza you will find in Edinburgh. The pizza is made fresh right in front of you, piping hot and delicious. Not to mention the price, which is extremely fair.

I have been here on 2 seperate occasions and really liked the pasta. There is enough 'vegetarian ' options if you are prepared to accept parmesian (which I do...) I have had: - cacio e Pepe. Really good. - walnut pesto. Was OK - Arancini. Was OK - halloumi fries. Good. Really good value. Both times I came for dinner. Definately worth visiting for a pasta fix

Why did it take me so long to come here? Food! Service and atmosphere all on point! Very enjoyable night! Can’t wait to come back and work our way through the menu!! Great job!

Increíble comida vegana italiana. Abuela cocinando en su máxima expresión. No es un espacio grande así que hacer reservas. Todo en el menú es vegano. Pero a tus amigos no veganos les encantará.
