Had salted caramel and it did no disappoint, nice cone and service, great gelato five stars on all accounts, no debate whatsoever

Went here last night and had a bit of an underwhelming experience. Our waitress came to our table and asked if we would like a drink to which we replied yes please and we would also like to order some food as we knew what we wanted. The waitress refused to take our food order citing that she needed to take other tables' drinks orders. Firstly we thought that was a bit odd as we knew exactly what we wanted. Why she couldn't write it down on her notepad was baffling. When she eventually came back to take the order, we waited over 45 minutes for two pizzas. The wait seemed like forever and people who came in after we had ordered had their food before us. It just didn't make sense. I ended up asking the waitress what was going on and our order turned up shortly after. I think they had completely missed/forgotten about us. Good pizza but terrible service. Such a shame and ruined our evening.

A very welcoming hostess. Very attentive. We enjoyed a very delicious well cooked meal of 3 courses. The atmosphere was good. The wine was excellent. We would definetly go back if we were in Poole again.

We booked a table in advance and ordered the pepperoni pizza, carbonara, crab linguine and pork chop. Food was very delicious. The servings are massive and filling. Focaccia for starters was amazing! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It felt like an authentic Italian restaurant, the wine selection is good. Easy to get to and situated on the quay so nice walk after dinner. Prices range from £15 to £30 a meal per person. But it’s worth it! Would definitely recommend.

Great service and lovely food, and for a Monday night it was quite busy, which is great for them! At first the menu came across a bit confusing as it blended a lot of dishes from different cuisines, however the food was lovely and comforting. The shining star was the service, she was friendly and pro-active in attending to the customers needs. Thank you for a lovely meal.

We visited La Lupa tonight as a family of three for some pizza, and we absolutely loved it! From start to finish, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The pizzas were delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and cooked to perfection. What really made the experience extra special were the thoughtful little touches—high-quality branded mixers with our drinks and a complimentary amaretto shot at the end of the meal, which was a lovely surprise. It’s clear that La Lupa goes the extra mile to create a warm and authentic Italian dining experience. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

What a find! My daughter and I had had a long day travelling and were looking for a quick meal. We had been commenting that it is difficult to get a good pizza as she is gluten intolerant. Then we found P1 - she said the base was so good and the toppings divine. I had regular and it was also the best - thin and crispy, I'd definitely go back. Lovely staff friendly and helpful.

Quaint Italian cafe, great italian Patisserie, good selection to choose from. The Tiramisu is to die for. They have a Meatball Pot for £4.00, however it was not a pot but a decent size pasta bowl. Very tasty too. We also had a Caramel iced latte, absolutely delicious. We visited this place twice and will be going back again 😊 and very friendly staff x

We really enjoyed our pizza and salad! Our server was so friendly. The music playing created a lovely Italian ambiance, as well as the great art work.

An excellent restaurant in a good location with views over the quayside. Christina was very efficient and timely when serving us. The food is of good quality and very well presented. We will visit again.
