Busy so can be loud but lovely food and great service

Wonderful food service and atmosphere. Couldn't have been better. 10 of us dined last night for a special birthday and the staff were amazing. We go back time again because it's just great food.

Excellent. Best vegan food you can eat . Beautiful desserts and great customer service . We had a great experience and didn't feel rushed to eat up quickly. I would definitely come back .

Mama's Way provided catering for a party at our home in May. We asked for a vegetarian menu, which they delivered and helped set up to serve. The food was wonderful, with compliments from our guests, including Italians. We have had good takeaways from them, but this food exceeded our expectations. We will use them again!

We ordered 16 drinks to celebrate recent sucess at the GP surgery. Unfortunately many drinks came half full. They were not marked what they are so one member of staff was left without drink to keep her safe due to severe nut allergy. One drink tasted of pure water. Big dissapointment and we managment have let our staff down massively with poor quality drinks. We also called the cafe and they were not willing to accomodate a drink that was out of the stock. Again another member of staff left without a drink. Avoid!!

Absolutely brilliant service when the wrong pizza was brought over they changed it very quickly (JACOB) Who is our waiter Very polite!!! Then a young lady called Tilly was also very polite and came and told us that all the shops and restaurants are getting shut down This place is very good at hiring staff

Can get a little busy on main shopping days and is on occasion, difficult to get a seat. That said, the coffee and atmosphere are great and the location is just about perfect.
