The best restaurants serving Italian food in Hart South East

The feel of a real family restaurant, without the fights and the tantrums 😀. The service was attentive and caring with the added charm of the owners looking after their young son who was eating and drawing near us. All the dishes were delicious. Looking after my wife's allergy was sensitive and thoughtful. Why not a 5/5 for everything? The physical place lacks character as its a converted shop in a high street. If this was in the Tuscan hills in a Grove of olive trees it would be magical. But then so would I.

We had a lovely family birthday celebration lunch. The food was delicious and plenty of choice for the whole family. I highly recommend this restaurant, and will definitely visit again.

Ate here because it was one of few options on a Monday lunchtime. Not disappointed though and will return. Friendly service. Excellent simple Italian cooking. Good value for money. Only downside is the room is a bit echo-y - don't sit near coffee machine if you want to hear the conversation on your table.

Relax, friendly atmosphere. Quick service. Lovely tasty hot food. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time dining here for lunch. Food great, service excellent, staff very professional but also friendly, attentive and accommodating. Beautiful little garden at the back, only one toilet but clean and quaintly decorated. The boss/manager was so lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Came yesterday for my aunties 80th birthday. Staff were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble- food was excellent and we had a really lovely afternoon. I also had my toddler with me and she was made very welcome. Thank you!

Food very good as is the wine. Not busy early in week but service is good if you fancy a quiet dinner.

We came to Peppone’s yesterday for an amazing dinner. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Our starter we had a fresh seafood platter, followed by lobster and fillet steak. The food here beats many seafood restaurants around Surrey. We then followed our meal with homemade tiramisu which did not fail to disappoint us. We really enjoyed the meal thoroughly and could not recommend enough. I will 100% be returning. The service was incredible, such a welcoming atmosphere.

Car broke down so stayed at service station for the night. Pizza express looked like the best local option for an evening meal. The staff were an absolute delight and should be congratulated by management The pizza one of the best ever eaten. Service was excellent, beer rather expensive and wine ok and I highly recommend this place. So thankyou to the waiters and kitchen staff who rescued a bad day.

Ordered in. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. All hot food was cold and they have changed the banofee pie brand and it is awful
