Express Pizza in Hart

Ordered in. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. All hot food was cold and they have changed the banofee pie brand and it is awful

Herbiez Pizza is great but the Fleet franchise is run by cowboys. No customer service, poor delivery. One time I my wife ordered a large pizza, I went to collect. He told me the price. I look up at the GIGANTIC boards above the till and it was any pizza, any size £9.99 (or whatever) so I questioned why he was charging over the phone full menu prices. This is one example of my poor experiences and I’m gutted I live near the Fleet Herbiez because all my other experiences of stores has been superb.

Delivered the wrong food when ordered through the website. Could not get a refund because apparently thats something the manager can only do though apparently he doesnt exist. Never heard anything back, had to call the head office to get a refund. Stuff and useless and dont care.

Ordered food to arrive at 7.30pm (ordered at 6.10pm) didn't turn up so called at 7.50pm - was told it would only be 15min, called again at 8.20pm - was told the driver was out and we must be the last stop and it would be 10min max, called again at 8.40pm - was told it hadn't even left and it was just leaving!! Arrived at 9.05pm and it was wrong !! Haha ... won't be going again

So …. They take my money…. They send an email confirmation of my order… an hour later… apparently they have no order and won’t do anything about it. Never using them again!!!

Didn’t deliver what was ordered and paid for…..hung up 5 times when trying to get a refund! Terrible service

Have used Herbies Fleet several times during lock-down and they have impressed me every time. Pizzas & Calzones are good and tasty with plenty of cheese. But our family favourites are the veggie burgers - yum! Shout out to Luka who has delivered to my house a couple of times - always got a smile!

Ordered food to my house. Showed as en route, then I got told it had been delivered to the wrong house, and I had to wait 30-35 minutes for more food to come. Never ordering from here again, and I’ve told everyone to never order from here again.

We ordered on "just eat" unfortunately the choice on what to put on burgers etc is not great. Had chicken burger and came with mayo and lettuce as default which is dangerous in case the person ordering doesn't like it. I feel the chicken could've been cooked a bit more also. All in all the meal was average but I just think the options on just eat needs to be a little more user friendly

Very good pizza and at really competitive price, they are also very quick. The place is very clean and staff are welcoming

best pizza i have ever tasted the staff are really nice and friendly especially the manager who knows how to keep a customer happy have also had delivery from them which always arrives on time and from past experience the fastest as well. Definitely a happy returning customer. #pengestmunch

Prices gone up yet AGAIN, and now trying to charge if you pay by debit card. Looks like it's being run by 12 year olds. With all the deals being offered by other pizza takeaways this is now becoming one of the more expensive for what you get.

Our default choice if we want an uncomplicated bit of food that we know will alway be reasonable. Superb staff, always friendly.

There are at least 8 places to get a Pizza in fleet that I can think of and a few outside the area that will deliver. All of them are better than this one. Poor quality ingredients and sloppily made - I've had delivery from them and it takes a long time and in generally cold and the drinks aren't chilled. It has changed it's name several times over the years (Herbies, Papa Johns) but always been the same owners, I'd be wary as to why they couldn't hold on to the bigger named franchises.
