2 hours late delivery so we collected it!!!! Refund our delivery fee please we had to drive to the restaurant!!!!

Horrendous - I tried to get my son and wife dinner delivered after a really long day and they ended up having to make beans on toast… it turned up more than an hour and 1/2 after the schedule time. I will not be using just eat again…. Furious

Sadly the order was missing Gluten free dough balls which made my daughter very sad. The calamari was undercooked and soggy. Shame as we love Pizza Express. Lady who dealt with my daughter who collected was lovely to her though, even though our order was lost and 15 minutes later than time specified to collect.

Ordered at 5.50. Food arrive at 7.30 when first delivery time was 6.25. Food arrived cold and soggy and was basically inedible. Pizzas weren’t even cut!

Took my money then delayed by over an hour, if I wanted to cancel I still had to pay. Never use you again

Over hour and half wait for stone cold pizza, not even Luke warm. Disgraceful. First and last time I will be ordering. Not as if I ordered in peak times 5.45 in evening and no warning it would take so long. If I had known would have gone somewhere else. Waste of money

I had never been a fan of pizza express until eating here the food was excellent but was overshadowed by the excellent service the host and our waiter went above and beyond for a large group of us would highly recommend

Honestly, the service we receive here is always top notch! Food is great, particularly at this pizzeria and it’s always my kids go to meal out, if asked!

restaurant set the order to being prepared after 10 minutes then decided to no longer take orders. couldn't cancel and eventually arrived 3 hours later after having to order from elsewhere. because of this I paid for 2 meals. no way to get hold of the restaurant or just eat

Ordered for 7pm and delivery time kept getting pushed back. Food turned up lukewarm at 8.15pm. Would not have bothered ordering if we knew it would be that late.

Popped in after a long day out down in Portsmouth, wasn't sure we would get in being mothers day. quickly space was made for us. My Daughter, wife and myself were well looked after by Lucy who even helped me navigate the "App". you have a great employee there!

Ordered American pizza and there was about 4 bits of pepperoni on it which was ridiculous. Why is the chef being so stingy!

Veg Calzone was delightful. Server's polite but a little slow. Probably because we had a party of 10. They allowed us to take our birthday boy's cake . (must be nut free). Overall a nice experience.

Food and service are great but the restaurant is in need of sprucing up as it's tired and dated. But I do like the Fleet Carnival posters and hope they can be retained.

I ordered the child margarita pizza and it came with chicken on it and some odd cheese unlike the other margarita that we also ordered. Chicken on it!

The food was fine however I paid for sauce dip pots and they come not even half full

Booked in advance by some weeks for Christmas Eve. The food was great, the welcome and attitude of the Manager, no so good. We were shown to a table that was unusable as the till was directly next to it and over hanging the table. Imposing and I’m pretty sure I would have banged my head on it. The Manager, insisting the till was not in use, would not move us to another table until I made a fuss arguing that they were busy and that they had been turning people away. The obvious discussions going on between her and the staff in the corner made us feel awkward. As a result we ended up rushing our food and leaving without a desert. Interestingly the till was used and other tables remained available for the time we were there. Not ideal. Perhaps additional training for her would be advised.

I ordered the meal for 1 bundle on just eat, pizza was pretty much cold and didn’t receive the dough balls. Very unimpressed

If you have the option of picking between Camberley or Fleet Pizza Express, definitely go with Fleet! They always deliver hot, the order is always right and they actually bother to slice the pizza before delivery so you can eat it properly when it arrives.

ordered at 7.30pm and arrived almost 2 1/2 hours later. The food seemed warm, but it was clear it had been sat out as the doughballs seemed stale and the pizza base was much harder than usual.

Delivery time was fine. However I received the complete wrong order.

Oh dear. Oh my word. This was my worst Pizza Express experience ever: and I’ve been going to Pizza Express since 1988. Honestly, no joke, it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had. This franchise, which I have sponsored over many years, has recently been taken over by another family. The new family are yet to master the art of pizza making and also the art of customer interaction (the constant sniffing of my server was off putting, bordering comic. I’ve had the same pizza for 35 years: American with extra mushrooms, if it ain’t broken etc. Well this bad boy was well and truly broken. 3 hours post meal it’s sitting, rather uncomfortably, in the pit of my stomach. My two kids, unprompted, feel the same. Actually, I’m gutted. It’s like being let down by an old friend. Out of loyalty, I will give the new family another chance, perhaps let them get accustomed to the oven and ingredients, perhaps a couple months will help. God, I hope so.

Pizza could have been cooked a little longer but overall very good

Food was great , good service but my girlfriends pizza came before,and mine 5 minutes later as apparently my pizza got burnt. So I had to mention it to the waitress and I had a coffe for free.

Fantastic service tonight despite staff shortages. Staff were attentive and friendly, and showed good awareness of allergens and care in taking our order correctly. They really went the extra mile, and service felt personal, warm and sincere. Food was delicious as ever. Thank you for a great experience.

Shambles! Food estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. Ordered at 6.30 for a 7.30 delivery, food finally arrived at 8.10!! Food was stone cold and inedible with soggy dough balls and a desert which had leaked everywhere. Will never order again.

Nice pizza and Calzone. Staff were nice enough. A bit too many young kids let loose to runaround the restaurant for my liking.

The food and staff are always good and it’s been a family fave for years. However, it’s not a cheap dinner, easily £100, and for that I’d expect to be eating in nice surroundings. The floor has been filthy on out last few visits, the staff need to be sweeping the floor after tables leave. The actual restaurant is in serious need of a refurb, it hasn’t had a penny spent on it since it’s opened. It’s very worn, furniture needs replacing, needs a repaint, deep clean etc. I don’t expect to pay £100+ and be eating in the equivalent of a shopping centre food mall. In terms of cleanliness and comfort that’s what it compares to. McDonalds is cleaner and more comfortable.

What's the point of offering a delivery service when the food is stone cold by the time it arrives??

Pizza was ok but the Tuna Niçoise salad had no eggs or olives in it! Very disappointing given the price of it. Calamari rings were also burnt.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delicious pizza here. The restaurant is on the High Street, with plenty of parking available near by. We hadn't booked a table, and as it wasn't too busy, we chose a table by the window. I had a large glass of Pinot, which went perfectly with the Fiorentina pizza (the one with spinach and egg!) The service was just right - unobtrusive, but attentive. The meal was great value for money; our pizzas were cooked to perfection! We were given a box to take home our uneaten pizza, which we enjoyed the next day. Obviously, Pizza Express is a nationwide chain; but you don't always get the same wonderful experience you are guaranteed to get in the Fleet branch. Would highly recommend!

Ordered through Uber eats. Previously had this pizza and it was great and made nicely. On this occasion it looked and tasted like someone who was not a suitably trained pizza chef had made it. Dough was thick and not cooked through properly. Toppings had been strewn on with no care for consistency or appearance. £15 for a pizza is a fair price when it’s well made but not like this. Disappointing as it’s been great in the past from this branch. Uber eats also have a habit of stacking orders so your food arrives cold.

Driver was waiting at the restaurant for 35 minutes. Food arrived luke warm but was very nice

Missing items including calamari

I ordered pizza funghi with extra funghi and what arrived was a pizza with a paltry amount of funghi but not cheap at all. Disappointing and unethical.

Driver was allocated over half an hour before the food was prepared and ready to be delivered. One wrong pizza was delivered.

Staff are very friendly and make the family feel welcomed very good towards my son, food is amazing come out and is still hot food and drinks are a good price the service and atmosphere is amazing will definitely be coming back and recommending to others

Having only been to this branch years ago, we popped in for an early dinner to celebrate our daughters birthday. Given it was 4.15pm the restaurant was dead quiet but we’re seated and ordered pretty quickly. The waiter was attentive and helpful. After not enjoying the pizzas at another branch for the past few visits, we have to say the food was spot on. Toppings and flavours were great, kids were happy with their bolognaise and pizza. Really left us hopeful that Fleet still has a decent restaurant. Will definitely visit again. Please keep up the quality of your food and service.

Dined here recently with my husband and 2 of our grandchildren. The staff were just lovely, friendly and attentive (without being too invasive). Liz the manager was outstanding, we arrived without a booking as it was last minute. She was most helpful and although it was quite busy , she organised a table for us in a few minutes. The food didn't dissapoint either. Thank you Liz and your staff for a lovely evening.

My friend and I come here almost every month to meet up, our food is always great (we pretty much order the same thing every time). The food is always hot and the staff are so friendly! Unfortunately, there are often items missing off of the menu due to it being busy throughout the afternoon! However, we don’t mind much because there is always plenty to choose from! Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a friendly restaurant to visit with friends or family!

It was okay service received better in different branches. Located behind a pillar which wasn’t nice. Actually quite slow service. Honey dough balls are delicious.

The long wait was only proceed by sub par food. Pizza lacked flavour and minimal toppings. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Food was good despite the small starter portions. Shame 2 of us waited an hour for 2 starters while other people that had come in at the same time, were being served their mains.

Order originally said it was due between 8:15 and 8:35 and then tracker said it was minutes away at 8:15 but was at least 8:50 when it arrived. Store is 5 mins away but totally cold on arrival.

Dropped in here about six months ago on our way home. It had such a wonderful atmosphere that we decided to return last night...yet again, a warm, extremely welcoming and lively atmosphere. Food never disappoints at Pizza Express. Pizzas always delicious. Last night we were served by the same member of staff as our last visit - Simon. Yet again he was attentive, warm and most engaging. What a difference this excellent standard of service makes to your experience. Thank you Simon!

We called the restaurant who said just eat had a shortage of delivery drivers and they had already remade the order once and no one had turned up to collect and deliver and told us to contact YOU. YOU are uncontactable!!! We had to sort food for our kids who have school tomorrow because they were starving and tired and the restaurant couldn't tell us whether the food would even show up at all as they had no idea and couldn't contact you either!!! Awful service from you not being able to contact during service and find out what was happening so when the food turned up over an hour late and we were already eating after the stress of reorganising dinner was just ridiculous. What a waste of food, and a horribke amount of stress for all involved. Happy Mothers day to me. NOT. NOT HAPPY AT ALL and expect a FULL REFUND. IF THAT. Restaurant was AMAZING at dealing with this and I feel sorry for them having to deal with this awful service. They offered us vouchers for a free meal which they shouldn't have had to do. YOU SHOULD REFUND THEM 3 times to make up for this.

Once again a lovely meal out at Pizza Express Fleet. Alex, our waitress, was superb and very attentive. It was very busy with lots of party tables but that didn’t hinder the super food or service. Definitely be back soon!

First time this year we went in for a Pizza. Excellent service from Georgie general manger Leah our server and Jacob the chef. First time I have eaten all the Pizza I loved it best one I have had. Will definitely go again.

Our group met for dinner last night and we were very disappointed. The service wasn't great,very slow, but the restaurant itself was quite frankly disgusting, there was food all over the floor from the last people. Overall a disappointing experience

I ordered La Reine on a Romana base, the crust was burnt and there was little to no topping. We mentioned to 2 staff members all they could say that they we are sorry to hear that. Fortunately my teenage son ate it (and even he complained about it). Everyone else was satisfied with their pizza think I was just unlucky. The reason for my 2⭐️ is due to the staff coming across as they didn’t care about my unsatisfactory meal.

Pizzas are really tasty and a good variety. Good selection of starters and we find 2 courses more than sufficient. Really good kids menu and wines are reasonable. Would like to see ale on tap.

Dropped in here a few backs with my daughter. We were greeted by one of the waiters who informed us it may be a little slow due to staff shortages. Just the opposite, the service was friendly and efficient. We tried the new app which locates your table. It was really good and even allowed us to add vouchers we had for the restaurant. The manager served us most - she was excellent and was brilliant with my teenage daughter. The food was as good as it gets in Pizza Express and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back!

Went to Pizza Express for my son's 12th birthday treat .... can't fault the food at all, it was well cooked and we all really enjoyed it, still think it's a little overpriced but that's the nature of a chain restaurant. The staff were great and this isn't a negative at them directly, but it was a Sunday night, only 4 tables were sat down and both my husband and I felt that the takeaway orders and the waiting delivery drivers took more priority than the seated diners. Just some constructive feedback, but all in all it was an ok evening and most of all the birthday boy enjoyed!! x

Decent choice of pizzas but I now find it very poor value for money given the type of basic food on offer within a 'canteen style' environment. The coffee, as always, was excellent and the service was friendly.

Just been to pizza express in fleet. We both had pizza which was delicious. Service was excellent our waiter was really helpful and made the visit extra special.

Not the best meal. They focus solely on cooking good pizza only. If you order anything else from the menu it isn’t great at all!

Pizzas were just warm and we were just three minutes from the pizzeria, this suggests they were cooked earlier than time of collection and not kept warm! They also lacked flavour so I would definitely not use again.
