As the previous review said it was pretty chaotic last night. It was really busy and the staff and kitchen obviously couldn’t cope. We waited an hour and a half for our main course and the food wasn’t great either. It didn’t look or taste like the menu description. Very disappointing.

Honestly. Not impressed. We had booked a table for 8 o’clock, I work in a restaurant so I know how table service works. We arrived at 7:55. There was a family infront of us, ourselves and the family infront of us ( not sure how long they were waiting for) we were all stood there until 8:20, when we ended up giving up and going home. I understand it is New Year’s Eve. However, several Members of staff walked passed us with no communication. Even if we were told there was a wait would be nice but we were completely ignored for 25 minutes. Overall not happy, after having a reservation and being completely ignored by members of staff, I felt was very rude and very unprofessional.

We are regulars at Fleet restaurant and the food is always great with a lovely ambience. Service is quick with friendly staff, especially Bence and Molly who are both excellent. Highly recommend. P.S. Their Carbonara is to die for!

Six of us travelled over from Farnham to try out Prezzo in Fleet. What a great choice it turned out to be. We had a table booked on Friday Night 19th August. The food we had was simply divine and we all had superb meals. Drinks are also very reasonably priced and as usual we made good use of the bar offerings. We were here for 3 hours and really lost track of time. Before we new it our taxi was waiting for us all. We all really enjoyed the whole experience. The atmosphere was superb as were the staff who served us. The two young ladies who waitressed for us seemed to both have the gift of being able to serve and chat with a permanent happy smile and were an absolute delight. Thank you so much for a really lovely evening and experience. We will be back again. One last thing parking is very nearby and the walk is very short. Toilets are upstairs in this restaurant which we all found excellent, clean and tidy.

The food was brilliant , the staff were lovely and you dine in a place where you actually feel cared about and values 10/10 will be returning

Great food and good service from the very busy staff, but the noise! Not sure I've ever eaten in such a noisy restaurant. At first, we thought it was because most of the tables had young children at them, but even when these had gone, we still had to pretty much shout to be heard. Banal Radio 1 style music through the speakers made it worse. Not a relaxing meal in the slightest.

Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch in Prezzo, all of the staff made us feel so welcome, there was plenty of choice including a detailed list of allergens, and the food was excellent - great ingredients and well prepared.

Food was excellent and service was fantastic, Staff very kind and friendly, family lunch was the best we had for long time

Being gluten and dairy intolerant finding a take away that is high-quality and safe to eat it almost impossible to find. Skimming through websites I found Prezzo are doing take away food which is suited for all my dietary requirements. The food arrived hot and it was delicious too! Such a brilliant selection and brilliant quality of ingredients. So happy and very satisfied.

The MIL was up looking after our girls allowing us a cheeky meal out. The credit card bill is looking a bit grim this month so thought we’d head to Prezzo which allows a tastecard during December. 👏👏👏 Three courses each, washed down with a pint for £42 is tough to argue with. The food? Not worth the full price. Pizza and pastas are always a safe bet. I tried the chicken dish. The sauce reminded me of a tin of Campbell’s soup. If you stick to the basics and have a voucher of some kind, it’s a good meal out. Tables spread out quite nicely and we were given a choice of where to sit. A sensible move during Covid time.

VERY DISAPPOINTED last eve with our experience at Prezzo, Fleet. Two of the meals (Spaghetti & Meatballs and Chicken Carbonara) were both devoid of much sauce with both extremely dry. It was our last meal out pre Lockdown2 which coincided with one of our party of 5 birthday! I was asked, in fairness, by the waiter, if all was ok with our meals, but the good lady was not wanting to cause a fuss on her daughters birthday. In normal circumstances I would most definitely have raised the issue. Just a shame that two of us very disappointed with the quality of the food. Will certainly prevent my going again if the offering was the norm.

Great food great service. But more impressed that In the short amount of time we were there(just popped for a quick bite) the staff wiped down the surfaces and waiting staff were using anti bacterial hand gel regularly. Well done it’s very reassuring and I will definitely be eating there again soon

Sunday lunchtime. The place was nearly empty at 12 but a few more came in whilst there..the food as always was good. We go cause we use the 2 for 1 Meerkat thingy so we had 3 courses each and soft drinks for £24...I can recommend both the Penne Gorgonzola which was so tasty and the new Spag Bol Meatballs with a hint of Chilli...great service and liked the iced glasses for our drinks. Plates could have been hotter though...not sure if they were warm or not at serving.All in all it was fab. Get down there!

Decent Italian based food that is better than the pizza express alternative a few doors down. Pasta options are better than the pizza IMO but the starters and sides are also nice albeit pricey.

Lovely food the majority of the time and lovely service. great atmosphere. It can get very busy at some points but they will accommodate you if they can.

On arrival, we were the first diners. Prezzo’s seating is varied and on different levels. We were seated in a ‘booth’ with plenty of space for two young girls to crawl around and colour in their menus - a neat touch. Being able to use tastecard in December puts it above other chains for us and we enjoyed some filling grub for £34. Pizzas are huge but you can take leftovers home. Prompt service; an enjoyable post-Christmas lunch out.

Great service from attentive staff,food was great and plenty of it ,an enjoyable evening out. I am not very articulate so if Trip advisor wants me to give future reviews they had better not force reviewers to give a minimum of a hundred characters or this will be my last review

Visited with my hubby with a buy a gift voucher which was three courses each and a drink.The was quite a few dishes to choose from as it was a set menu for the buy a gift .We had the hummus which always comes with a generous portion of flat bread and always tastes amazing .He had the pizza dough balls which were full of flavour.Mains we had pea and pancetta pasta which came with a side salad (good size)And he came spaghetti carbonara.Both taste great and arrived nice and hot.Puddings I went for chocolate ice cream as I was full and he has the cheese cake , can’t go wrong with cheese cake.The staff were very professional and great customer service.All the food was yummy and I recommend all of it especially my pasta (see pics)I do think this place needs a little dust but apart from that it was a great experience.

Lovely decor in the restaurant, friendly staff and average food. Nothing special, just ok! So I could not understand why it was so busy in there on a Wednesday evening. Apparently, they take alot of vouchers for discounts and promotions. The food was not worth visiting again.

We went to prezzo for our wedding anniversary, the food was lovely. Was able to use taste card there. But hope they will do pork belly again, that's my husbands favourite.

We ate here last week using my sons 2 for 1 meerkat offer. This represented great value as there were six of us!

The staff are friendly and don't see kids as trouble, the meals are generous and flavoursome. We never had a bad meal and whatever minor niggles occurred were quickly and amiably rectified.

Standard Italian dishes. I had a Calzone with very little filing, mostly mushrooms and sauce and about one maybe two small meatballs and about three small pieces of chicken. Rather disappointing. The sea bass was apparently quite good.

The food here is awesome and the pink gin cocktails are awesome. I can’t actually believe how cheap it is considering how good it is, not that I am complaining :)

We had some Tesco clubcard vouchers to use, exchanging them for Prezzo vouchers, seemed a good option.

My daughter and I visited Prezzo Fleet in Hampshire again because we had been there a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. It was just as good this time too. Gerry served us and was really friendly and attentive.

Visited on Monday evening for a 21st birthday dinner. The guy serving never cracked a smile all evening, didn't bother to check we were happ,y and was very poorly presented. Not sure he really wanted to be there!

This was my first visit to the Fleet Prezzo and won't be my last. The staff are welcoming and the restaurant has a good atmosphere. Customer Service is very good and all staff are friendly. I had the carbonara which was delicious. I asked for extra sauce as it was a little dry for me and our waitress happily oblidged. The food is good value for money. Lovely visit.

My children love prezzo. We visited Fleet Prezzo for the first time (used to go to camberley but unfortunately it shut). The staff were very friendly, provided candle for the pudding & sang happy birthday to our daughter. All round great meal. We had booked farnborough but they'd run out of pizza dough & not overly helpful! Think we will be returning to Fleet in future

Very good restaurant and they cook a great pizza which you will not think so being a chain and at good price, great to see very popular with families

My friends and I came here on a Friday night and despite it being very busy the service was quick and attentive, very pleasant experience!

Arrived at the restaurant at about 8pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was very busy but we were warmly welcomed a nice corner table was found for us straight away. Despite restaurant being full the service was very good and the food arrived quickly and was delicious.

An evening out for three, parents with daughter. The service is good but a little rushed. Very polite and efficient just lacking a little in the personnel touch. The food was good, starters particularly tasty. I need GF so choose a GF pasta dish which was fine ( as always the GF pasta is a little rubbery). Overall a good evening meal with good service coming in at 80£ for the three inclusive of proseco and bottle of wine.

Been here several times with my boyfriend, the staff are always lovely and hospitable and food, delicious. Our favorite things on the menu consist of a starter of king prawns in a tomato, chili and spinach sauce, spicy king prawn spaghetti (massive fan of seafood obviously ) and the pepperoni prestegio pizza which is absolutely DIVINE! Not really had much opportunity to try the desserts as of yet because the portions are so big! - not a bad thing tho

I visit Prezzo in Fleet on a regular basis. First class staff and service. Food is always so fresh and very nice. I definitely recommend the burger and fries.

It was heaving on Mother's Day but the staff could not have been friendly & professional. How the chefs got the food out hot & delicious I'll never know. Well done to everyone at Prezzo, Fleet.

We went here for their Mothers Day menu. We booked for 6pm and weren’t too surprised that we had to wait 20 minutes or so for a free table - were it not an ‘event’ night we would’ve got a table straight away.

We called into this restaurant at about 6pm on a Saturday. It was busy but we were warmly welcomed by the manager and shown to a table. The service was excellent, the food was lovely and reasonably priced. The restaurant soon became full and by the time we keft at about 7.15pm there was a long queue at the door.

We visited for lunch on a Sunday and were made to sit in the waiting area despite there being several free tables just to make a point about not having booked ahead. We weren't even offered to get a drink from the bar while waiting but we were hungry so we decided to wait. To add insult to the injury, we got a table near the door to the toilets where it was draughty and the serving staff couldn't see us (it's hidden behind a section of a wall). we had to wave a member of the staff over to get something to drink and also ordered food at the same time to speed things up.

I took my daughter out for supper, last minute decision, but thankfully we were able to book in online. Met and straight to a table. Our order was taken, but somehow there was a mixup, as my daughter's main arrived at the same time as my starter - and my main. Confusing! She decided to eat it then, whilst my main went back, so all was well. When my main did appear, they produced another 'starter as a main' for my daughter, delivered by the manager with his complements and no charge - nice touch and certainly took away any lingering sense of frustration. We hadn't chosen the special deal menu, but our waitress Lucy pointed out that we had inadvertently chosen items from it, so guided our pudding choice. She was very helpful and we appreciated her guidance - thank you Lucy.

Weekday lunch with a friend, booked on line & got a voucher. The restaurant is well set out & modern. The staff are friendly & helpful & we didn't wait long for food once we'd ordered. Had the goat's cheese & red pepper pizza & mini pudding with coffee for desert. Very tasty, fresh food & great service. Will definitely be going back.

We had a lovely meal here last night. We were served by Anya who was fab! We had dietary requirements and a baby and she was so accommodating with all of us. The food was great and service was excellent.

Had in plan to have a nice dinner, but staff made sure it won't happen. Even though there were only 3 tables occupied and no reserved sign on the other tables, we were told that we can stay only if we have reservation. We found another place to have dinner and surprise, after one hour Prezzo restaurant was as 'full' as it was when we tried the first time. I wonder if all the people with reservations changed their mind in the same time... Think twice Prezzo when you give this kind of excuse.

I haven't been to Prezzo for some years so I was pleasantly surprised to find how much they have improved their gluten free menu. The garlic bread with the starter was amazing - just like the gluten version! Lots of pasta choices. Excellent meal!

This has become a fond local of mine and my hubbys but last night I visited with three work friends for our Xmas do.

We pre-booked the table and checked 2 days beforehand that all was in order. We agreed on a round table (for 9) and this was ready for us on arrival. The restaurant was full but we were shown to our table promptly. Our drinks, starters, mains and coffee all arrived in good time and were well-spaced. All of the dishes were excellently cooked and were very tasty. Even when we did call staff over for extra drinks etc. they were very pleasant and prompt. Thank you for helping to make a special occasion so memorable.

We were a party of 9 on a busy Saturday evening. The service was exceptional considering how busy it was and there were several large tables of Christmas parties. The food was good basic Italian fayre. Everyone had a good meal. The waiting staff and manager went out of their way to provide a great service, well done!

If I have to wait any longer for my food I'll scream. Asked twice, largely ignored. Won't be coming back. Been here since 6:35 now 8:05. Had starter ages ago. Won't bother with desert, life's too short! Rubbish!

I have visited Prezzo many times and the Fleet branch always deliver both exceptional service and high quality food. On this occasion I didn't pre-book a table, a party of 6, but we were seated promptly and the servers were quick to take our orders even though there was a large party already seated. I would highly recommend this branch as there is always a good atmosphere, friendly staff members and the food is always high quality.

Excellent food and service. My sea bass was beautifully cooked as were the other three meals of our group. This is definitely the best Prezzo we’ve been to and will continue to return to many times.

Food was lovely, I had a carbonara which was delicious my partner had a pizza which he said was very tasty. We were served by a very polite young girl called Lucy who was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Having got turned alway by our home branch of Farnborough for being too busy the Fleet restaurant could not be more welcoming, both food and the staff were amazing.

I enjoyed a lovely meal out with my friends for an 18th party. The service was really pleasant, as was the atmosphere. They helped out with a cake that had been bought and were very accommodating when we all asked to pay separately. Furthermore, as some of us didn’t finish our main courses, they gave us the food in ‘doggy bags’ to take home. Overall, it was a great dinner and would love to go again.

Six of us baby boomers enjoyed a pleasant evening here. Salad was superb and was total menu choice . Restaurant has raised its game since it first opened and now my my choice. Staff excellent.

We eat at Prezzo in Fleet at least 4 times a week for lunch the food and service is excellent I would highly recommend this place. The staff are 5 star

Highly recommend, a really nice restaurant. Much smarter then most Prezzo's, staff are helpful, polite and actually seem like they want to be here (rare these days) and food was amazing!

So I went there with my boyfriend. It's a good place for talking but depends on what time anyway. I like it

Firstly the acoustic within is so bad that even when half full you just cannot be heard so pointless in taking any friends with you as you just cannot have a conversation and be heard. Seating, why do they persist in putting 6 people on a table suitable for 4. Last why advertise Risotto with chicken and asparagus and replace the asparagus with spinach. Sorry a failed night which ended with a headache.

We’ve eaten here several times now since it opened and the standard of food is always good, the service is quick, friendly and polite and I’m sure we will continue to enjoy ourselves here. Thoroughly recommended!

Good service excellent simple fresh straightforward Italian food all well presented will visit again.

We have visited Prezzo during a busy time and the staff was very good. Especially Katie and Anya the made sure we got a great service with a smile. Recommended and will come back again.

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime, we had an excellent lunch, the pizzas were some of the best we have had. My partner always requests a very runny egg on their pizza and we have had some disasters in the past, but the egg was perfect and the rest of toppings were also very tasty. Staff were good, bathrooms and the restaurant were clean. We will definitely go back.

Friendly efficient relaxed service. Specials menu and birthday gift from Prezzo made this excellent value.

Went here this evening, restaurant quite busy and buzzing. Had 3 courses, all of which were great and served up hot. Staff friendly helpful and conscientious, can’t fault them. Food delicious and plentiful and served promptly. Of all the Prezzos in the area ( Farnborough and Alfershot) this one is far and away the best on all counts

This place is great. The staff are lovely and really friendly. The food was really tasty. We had goats cheese light pizza, under 600 calories. The restaurant is trendy, calming and best of all....really cool(air conditioned) Thank you prezzos!!!
