Normally great but got the wrong order and was late. Disappointed

Ordered doner kerba got home and meat and chips disappointed

Last minute booking for a table of 12 family members for two birthdays. Age ranged from 2 years up to 62 years so lots of different choices including a special diet. Staff were lovely, explaining the menus and discussed the discounts I had. Very attentive and chatty. Food arrived well cooked, hot and plentiful and kept supplied with drinks. Not too busy so had an enjoyable time. X

Ordered food and got it burnt around the the side of the pizza cut the crust off tried to eat it to get a mouth full of hair lets say pizza is now in the bin domt no what is going on but it was nice at 1 point but now its gone down hill. As seen hair is cooked into the pizza . 🤢🤢

Now named Food Maestro Came here after seeing this place on TikTok Friendly staff member recommended the meal deal Parmo was very nice Pizza was awesome Was given a Maestro sauce to try and it was very nice

Had a fantastic dinner.The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing, best meal we have had in a while! Lovely atmosphere, would recommend.

Girl on phone is so rude.the food was so cold I will never ever going to order here again. Waste of money and time.

We got advertised in to this venue with a “3 shots for £5” offer, only to be forcefully removed by security! Would not recommend to anyone living in or visiting this city, as someone who previously lived in newcastle and was visiting for the weekend, I was very disappointed by the experience at this venue. There’s much better places to visit in Newcastle for a nightout! Such a shame that this was the worst Corrine I’ve ever had after having lived in this city for four years previously: Will definitely not be visiting this venue ever again. Better venues: anywhere but here

Always good pizza and no issues.

We called in because it was a sunny day, we had our dog & the outside looked pretty. I wish we'd read the reviews. Couldn't find any menus, so just ordered 2 coffees & 2 peices of cake.. the coffee was cold. Waited a while before the cake turned up, we didn't get the cake we ordered, but just eat it, because it looked nice. How wrong would I be, it had a hard, thick topping on it, which was disgusting, even my partner wouldn't eat it. And he will literally eat anything!! The worst thing is, it cost £20. And there was a dog walking around the inside of the cafe & sat on a chair looking at the leftovers on a table. Grim.

Como lugareños hemos estado en Fortuna un montón de veces y por lo general es una buena experiencia gastronómica, sin embargo, esta vez estaba lejos de la norma. En primer lugar nuestro entrante de langostino tempura fue una decepción. El bateador era de un color amarillo extrañamente brillante y demasiado robusto. Para la red teníamos el escoglio lingüístico, que era una delicia. Estábamos de vuelta en el camino a una experiencia gastronómica normal en Fortuna, pero he aquí que el camino iba a ser bloqueado por una montaña de rudezas. Cuando se recibió la factura, se había agregado un cargo por servicio del 10%... que usted creería que no era ningún problema para que se le pidiera que lo quitaran, como es el caso de todos los demás establecimientos, pero oh no, usted había creído que yo había tenido un rescate. Me informaron que tendría que dar una razón de por qué me gustaría que el cargo se eliminara, ya que necesitaría pasar a la administración, esto resultó como una táctica de miedo... informé al ejecutor que me gustaría dar propinas a mi propia discreción, que recibió un condescendiente “oh, eso es bueno”. Enforcer colocó la máquina de tarjetas delante de mí para pagar la cuenta sin confirmar si el cargo había sido eliminado (probablemente debido a la falta de información de la administración) revelando un agujero de la trama en su red de mentiras. Afortunadamente, la acusación había sido eliminada y el ejecutor se fue de la mesa sin decir nada más y muy parecido a como estaban en la bocanada. Rápidamente dejamos el lugar pensando si volveríamos de nuevo.

Me and my family visted here last week. The fishcakes were to die for and service was amazing. Could not fault any of the food that we had. Will deffinately be back. Thank you

Ordered via the appt at 18:10 - expected delivery 19:10 - Called at 19:30, food still had not left the shop, informed next to leave. Did not arrive until 20:00. When it arrived it had items missing. I called and they were replaced quickly. Shocking delay for a Monday night. Poor customer service.
