Ordered a doner kebab with chips, got home and it was literally donner with chips!

After ordering from here before and the food being nice I was extremely disappointed with it today. We ordered 2 chicken kebabs with all the salad, one with chilli and garlic the other garlic. When we opened them after being delivered they looked like they had been thrown together. Very little salad and for a large very little chicken!! Instead of the chilli and garlic being in pots as they usually are it was all poured on which meant the paper under the chicken was soaked through and stuck to the food in bits. The taste of the food wasn’t good at all and feel extremely sad that this ha happened and will not be ordering from here again😫

Good pizzas, kebabs less so. Quality a bit hit and miss.

Used these for years however tonight have waited 3 and a half hours told was already in car on way to then be told they've lost order absolute joke avoid!

We have ordered the kids munch box from here many times excellent value for money and very tasty too.

Waited over an hour and a half for my order and it still hadn't arrived rang shop and excuse was it's because of the weather a bit of rain if they were that bothered about road conditions they should of cancelled deliveries and collect in person

Ordered from Pizza Castle while staying at Travelodge at Sedgefield. the food was very nice I had doner kebab which was much nicer than the local takeaways in our town shame there wasn't garlic yoghurt because not a fan of garlic mayo but the meat was very tasty. my wife and a chicken and mushroom pizza which she said was very nice too.

Food is diabolical, order arrived and was inedible, they refused a refund but replaced 2 out of 3 items which were just as bad. Made myself and my family very very ill the next day.

All they do lately is forget sumat off ur list wheter its sumat daft as chilli but wen i want chilli with me food coz it makes the taste better and it dont arrive...all they do is say we giv u sumat off next time,which dosent help from the food ur about to have...plus wenever u order next u get nothing extra,u see im not greedy and dont like to remind but if u dont keep a log of who u dont send wot they want is wrong coz im not gunna ask for a freebie next time i order!

Very disappointed. We ordered for delivery and decided to use local business and not one of the big chains. Ordered on line for a specific time. Arrived about 45 mins after. When we opened the boxes, One of the pizzas had obviously been tipped onto one side and the toppings had stuck to the side of the box. It was delivered in a plastic bag, the box had sweated, therefore making the base of the pizza slightly too soft and not crispy. This is such a shame as the taste of one of the pizzas was really good with plenty of toppings. Considering the cost we expected a better service. Tried to contact shop, no response. Contacted the page where we ordered from, No response. Sent email, no response also sent message. Also sent photos. All of these options were on their fb page and did not hear back from any of them.

Order placed at 19.04 received at 21.25 , after numerous phone calls and being told it was on its way , arrived cold box’s covered in grease . V poor service

Ordered chicken kebab never smelt chicken like it definitely off. Give them it back.

Ordered at 1825 and was told 1 hour so rang at 1955 and was told it was out for delivery still waiting at 2030 so rang again and was told there was a computer problem so just cancelled the order this is not the first time this has happened. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

food is always cooked to perfection. lovely, friendly staff and quick service. we have visited regularly for several years now and have never had a bad order. huge amounts of variety on the menu and everything you could ask for from a takeaway shop.

Was staying at the impeccable pig decided to try this place after a terrible pizza from the above, food was really good pop was freezing, garlic and chilli sauce was spot on so was the pizza and kebab cheers

I normally love this place but today I got my order and the chip's where soggy and the garlic sauce was so watery and tasted strange. The pizza was nice just ashame on the other items

Took 1hr 45 to arrive when it did arrive had missing and inedible items.. Tried to cancel after an hour and a half but we’re refused a refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hot shot parmo, chips and salad for £6.30. Delicious bargain. Just make sure you've got salt, pepper and condiments to hand. I also have no idea why people put cabbage in salad!

Ordered 1/4 pound cheese burger bun was that dry s it dropped to bits in my hand as picked it up don't even think the burger was beef cheese on top salad instead off burger as ask for cheese burger Rotton waste off mo.ey like moat pizza shops round here

Delicious food.. Especially the parmos

£6.90 for a battered out half chicken Parmesan. Burnt to every inch of its life. Wouldn’t even feed it to one of them homeless cats you see abroad. Appalling!! Chips cooked then cooked again and then again to the point you don’t get any potato in them. Dreadful worst takeaway ever should be closed down! Oh and the donner and chicken wrap was bad also!

We order from here every other week love the food but pizza lately has been very greasy (Mexicano) also asked for thin base and when arrived it was standard base need to look at orders properly

Superb pizza and amazing Parmo. Place is super clean and in this current climate, you can order and pay online and you wait outside for your order to be called. Well worth a visit.

Ordered a mini kebab special box for delivery, website stated £7 on their home page but when delivery driver arrived they tried to charge me £8.50 when I questioned it was told the chicken has gone up in price. If that's the case they should change the price on their website. I won't be ordering from them again

Suffered food poisoning after a chicken and dinner wrap. This place used to be fantastic bit more recently been going down hill rapidly. Prices are going up yet the quality of food is coming down.

This place is slowly going down hill . Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and I will not be using this place again.

Don't think this is actually a castle. Didn't appear to have a moat and no port cullis in sight.

Called in after a night out in the village, ordered Chicken Tikka wrap and cheesy chips. Waited ages for them and when we got home [driving] we actually had a Chicken Tikka donner with a pitta bread that you could have knocked nails in with and stone cold cheesy chips.Attempted to eat but threw in the bin - will we use again NOT A CHANCE, total waste of money.

Me and my partner came to Sedgefield for a weeks brake had the special kebab box £11 oh my the chicken tikka was to die for best box I have tryed and believe me I have traveled the world a will be back for more next time

Terrible service. Ordered a take away and I arrived on time to collect it. Twenty five minutes later it appeared!

Opted for mushroom pizza and a tandoori palmo and chips. Delivered at the time stated pizza spot on parmo luke warm along with the chips. Average to be honest.

Love it. My local junk food takeaway. Their parmesans are probably the best in the local area, and their burgers, pizzas and kebabs are also all excellent. They do occasionally make small mistakes with your order though, and it can sometimes take a while to be delivered, especially Friday and Saturday nights as you would expect.

I order pizza from here and it's always very nice, I do not order from any where to be honest in this area, and it's not expensive so that is after 7 years of my experience, I have never had any thing else on the menu though to judge it completely.

No better place for bait on a night out in the city. Fairly priced and tasty.

Class day out well worth the drive

With reluctance we ordered some food for delivery (hoping it would be better than when wed first tried). The food was cold by the time they arrived, the Parmos had almost zero béchamel sauce (even though we'd specifically asked for more topping on one) and over cooked cheese. I think the picture says it better than words. Defy anyone to call that quality food!!

Got two donner kebabs think we were giving scraps from night before

En raras ocasiones cuando necesitamos un rápido té que alimenta toda la familia a menudo optamos por este lugar. Por lo tanto no sobre prometer tiende a no menos de entregar. Un rápido, té barato que nos llena. No tienes muchas expectativas, sigue siendo su media tienda de pizza, pero nunca hemos tenido una terrible y la entrega siempre es confiable.

Nice and cheap! Good place to go for some junk food, but it can be very greasy. That's not a bad thing though because my friend always comes here and he practically licks the grease. Ahaha not my personal place to go but fast!! Not the cleanest place I've seen though...

Recientemente he estado recibiendo pedidos de comida fría, y las cosas que faltaban. mal Cometí el error de pedir de nuevo y después de esperar 1 hora y 45 minutos la comida estaba helada. Mi pollo kebab tenía trozos de pollo y rosa sangre dentro. La pizza parecía que había sido sentado, echa un vistazo a la foto! No soy de quejarme pero enfermos de conseguir dinero para mi fue asaltado de. Lástima, ya que solía ser una comida para llevar bien.

Estado aquí un par de veces y está bien. Parmos son agradables y pizza. Higiene de los alimentos podría ser mejor, ya que muchos de estos lugares no parecen manejar dinero y comida sin lavarse las manos. Luego comenzar a preguntarse qué sucede con alimentos crudos?

He revisado este lugar anteriormente y honestamente creo que no puede ser tan malo como la última vez! Equivocado.La comida es terrible y descaradamente caro. Donner kebab, que era más grasa de carne y una ensalada que ciertamente han visto mejores días. Un sabor de la carne y en la papelera. Ni siquiera dar el perro.Pensé que le daría el beneficio de la duda, pero ojalá no lo hubiera hecho.Debo haber tenido demasiado sol ayer que afectó mi forma de pensar.Cómo este lugar permanece abierto es más allá de mí.

Comida absolutamente desagradable. novia cogió la envoltura vegetariana. Llegamos a la casa para encontrar que estaba lleno de pollo. llamada a quejarme y me dijeron que "tendrá conocimos antes" que luego se rió y colgó.

Hicimos un pedido esta noche que llegamos, como era de esperar, pero tenía objetos perdidos. Llamó a ver si habían dejado en el coche, pero me dijeron que si no fue entonces que no sería capaz de proveer reemplazos como demasiado ocupado y que son demasiado lejos de todo ... ! Así que en primer lugar ni siquiera una disculpa que habría sido un buen comienzo, después de todo estas cosas pasan y somos seres humanos pero es la forma que tratar con ellos. De todos modos un debate ampliado con el gerente seguido sin ni siquiera un gesto gesto para intentar resolver sin mi persistencia, larga historia nunca se debe utilizar de nuevo y lo recomiendo a cualquiera más que hacer lo mismo a menos que quieras una experiencia donde al final no coger el servicio que he pagado por! This is a tiny outlet and being quite late on a Sunday night thought a pizza would be just the ticket.There is no pork on the menu so ham is actually turkey meat.Our shared 12" pizza was cheesy and succulent and more than enough for two.They will deliver at no charge locally and at a tiny £6.90 real value.It is however the meeting ground for the village youth but they were friendly and well mannered.

We ordered a large amount for a family get together some of the order was missing and the rest went in the bin it was all cold and soggy. Would rather starve to death than eat from there again.

This place used to be good until current owners took over. We had a problem with them last week so just eat gave us a £10 which we used last night. This is what we were faced with believe it or not it's suppose to be a pizza they smothered it in garlic sauce that should have been in a tub we ordered cheesy chips there was a sprinkling of cheese in the bottom of the carton and dried chips on top ! Wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't spat in judging by the floaty bits. I have reported them to the food standards agency along with photos who know the mail maybe next. This place needs shutting down its filthy disgusting and the chef can't cook ! Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a delivery in which on arrival one of my orders were completely wrong I then rang in which I were told they would send the right one out in which again the wrong one came again absolute disgrace on how they could mess this up not once but twice

I've used this place in the past. They're the only takeaway that delivers to my area, so probably thinking beggars can't be choosers. The food arrived on time, but bizarrely was stone cold. Ordered a garlic bread for the kids and it was like cardboard. Also chips missing. Rang up to complain about missing chips and the fact it was cold, the guy said "It can't be, it's only just left" - Practically called a liar. I told them to forget replacing the chips.So I had to put some chips in the oven, and microwave our tea. Paid £20 for a glorified micro-meal. Do not use this place.

Whilst stood waiting for my take away on Saturday I watched the guy using the same tongs to put raw chicken on the grill then turning the cooked chicken. If your sick after eating from here now you know why!!!

Always seems busy in there but the food is always ready for pick up when we are told it will be. Food is reasonably priced and some dishes are quite plentiful. Generally the food is tasty and enjoyable.

I was a regular user of Pizza Castle but had not visited for some time. It has obviously changed owners and it certainly shows.Visited tonight and ordered a Donner Parmesan. Whilst waiting the place was organised chaos. On getting home I was looking forward to my food so imagine my disappointment when I opened the box to find the saddest looking Parmesan minus the Donner Meat. A search was then carried out but no meat found. The salad looked as though it had been made a week.On trying to eat the poor excuse of a Parmesan it was without doubt the worst takeaway I have ever sampled. Biggest part went straight into the bin.Certainly won't be visiting again and based on tonight's experience I can't imagine it the place being open much longer.

Order on just eat I asked for a chucked kebab which came with chips salad and sauce, what I got a tray of chips of chicken no salad or sauce equals a very dry bland tea.I ordered a burger for my partner online gives no option to get burger without salad so I always have to request this in the additional comments section yet it is always ignored.Thanks pizza castle totally spoilt our tea

I have had food from here several times and been more than satisfied but the tomato on the pizza was horrible and the chicken was very chewy not sure wether it has changed hand's or standards have slipped but a no go for me from now on

We have a takeaway from here at least twice a month and we have never had a bad takeaway yet. The chicken parmos are to die for and the pizzas are crisp and fresh. Doesn't look great from the outside but it's very clean and the staff are nice too.

Have used this place numerous times and have always found the food to be well cooked with good sized portions. The place is always busy which suggests the food is cooked to order and not just kept warm. The menu is extensive and good value for money. They also deliver locally which is a bonus.

think we are addicted to this place lol
