Pizza Time Consett in County Durham

Ordered food and got it burnt around the the side of the pizza cut the crust off tried to eat it to get a mouth full of hair lets say pizza is now in the bin domt no what is going on but it was nice at 1 point but now its gone down hill. As seen hair is cooked into the pizza . 🤢🤢

Order from here pretty much most weekends spending on average £30. Unfortunately for the last few months the delivery times are absolutely shocking waiting approx 2 hours. Waited tonight over 2 hours so rang to find out what was going on, to be told our order hadn’t been accepted on there end even though I had an email immediately after ordering to say it was accepted. Frustrating really when your all sat hungry, shame as the food is lovely.

Home delivery again turned up late and cold when phone to check why it was late told left shop 5min drive from shop to house but 15mins later turned up told by driver 1st delivery had 2 more in car

Don’t order anything from here as they lied twice to us when we placed an order tonight. It was over an hour late, called them and said it was on the way. We waited another 30 mins to be told that it had gone to the wrong address and would make it from scratch. We declined and asked for a refund. It’s debatable whether we will actually get our money back. We were put on hold each time and overheard them passing the buck to one another. We ordered online and we’re forgotten about, then lied to. We’d advise against using them at all.

Absolutely horrendous service placed a order at 20:46, 21:45 came and we telephoned the shop to be told it was out with the driver it’s now currently 22:30 and we still have no food rang the shop and no answer, my partner messaged over messenger to be told the shop was closed and there was nothing that could have been done and we have to go tomorrow to sort it out!

The cheesy chips and garlic sauce for me are the best around my area although they have recently changed the lids and the cheese just sticks to the lid which is so annoying having to scrape the cheese off the lid back onto the chips!! Go back to the old lids please :)

Excellent pizza's - just excellent food all round. Friendly customer service, Medhi and his team are incredible, and deserve much praise 👍🏻

We ordered 3 pizzas chips kebab salad, No salad in bag, phoned up not on order, but ordered it online and ticked for salad so tech problem on line, chips had bad bits in, I asked for thin base but thick base was made, so never even noted my request, overall poor quality and taste.

The jalapeno garlic sauce is super super delicious !! The pizzas are loaded with ingredients which are great tasting and fresh. WOW WOW WOW !!!

Always went here but know more they need to learn Customer service and actually serve wen you have been standing at the till for 10min and what's with the fake cheese

As a family we like to try different take always every now and again. We have eaten from here on a number of different occasions and they have never failed to deliver. It is by far the best Pizza in the area; the staff are always pleasant and so helpful. The shop is immaculate and well thought out. We will certainly be back and telling all our friends.

5 starts all the way, great caring staff and even better food, lovely tidy shop also, would recommend 100%!!

Very good pizza shop and reasonable prices. Probably the best pizza shop in Consett at the moment, I'd go as far as to say the cheeseburgers are the nicest I've ever had from a pizza shop!
