Restraunt was visibly very busy. We were made aware there may be a wait on food. Understandable. Service was the best I have ever had. Finlay our server for most of the night was flawless. An absolute asset to the business. Food was perfect. Would 100% recomend and will be returning

Me and my boyfriend love a good Kebab Spot but definitely not here! We were on vacation from the Netherlands and decided to take a bite at this terrible place. Simply asked for two Kebab wraps without onions and a side of chips and he immediately got annoyed with the term ‘without’. A customer next to me tried to help me with ‘clarifying’ my order (even tought it was pretty clear) and he had none of it. Understanable it was a Saturday night, but doesn’t excuse the terrible service I received.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, love the tracking option which shows you the step by step process, our pizza were out for delivery 45mins later they were delivered..Luke warm I phoned the Gosforth store explained that we'd eaten a couple of slices of the pizza and it was cold by the time we ate it. The person who answered the phone...no name given.... said he highly doubted that was the case and went to ask what we wanted... I replied a hot pizza.. he said under their terms and conditions the pizzas temperature was not guaranteed so no replacement or refund. He did say he would give us a small credit against a future order, I found him to be abrupt .. I told him not to bother as we won't be using papa John's he said no problem and hung up
